This guided activation helps you get clear on what your intuition wants you to know regarding a certain situation or problem. It helps you get out of your mind and in touch with your inner wisdom. Often, it’s hard to distinguish between your fear and your intuition. I’ve developed this activation so you can get clear whether that sense of unease in your stomach is your gut instinct speaking to you, or simply an attempt of your mind to keep you safe and playing small. It also brings to light anything else that’s important for you to be aware of before making a certain decision or to get more clarity around a specific topic.

It's important to be able to distinguish between your fear and your intuition.

Often when something doesn't feel good,

People tend to see that as a clue that they're not meant to do that thing or be in that place.

But often that's your fear talking.

Because your mind is trying to keep you safe.

That's its job.

It needs to make sure you steer clear from danger.

Your mind drives you away from uncharted territory because it doesn't know its way around there,

So it cannot safely navigate you through this new place.

To solve that problem,

Your brain gives off a signal of discomfort.

Because it knows you'll instinctively lean away from that new thing.

It's encouraging you to step back into your comfort zone in order to stop this unpleasant sensation.

So if you're tuning into your body to know whether you should move forward or not with something,

Or you check in and decide that this feeling of restlessness means that you should stay put,

Then chances are you didn't listen to your intuition,

But you listened to your fear.

That's why I've developed this activation.

To help you get clear whether that sense of unease in your stomach is your gut speaking to you,

Or simply an attempt of your mind to keep you safe and playing small.

A few things to keep in mind.

The more attached you are to the outcome,

The more personal a topic is,

The harder it will be to get a clear answer from your intuition.

But I believe that even in those circumstances,

You'll generally be able to sense what's right for you.

You just need to learn to trust your intuition and learn to recognize how it speaks to you.

And that becomes easier the more you practice it.

So we'll start by grounding to get you out of your head and more in touch with your body.

I'd like you to sit back,

Place both your feet firmly on the floor,

Giving yourself the gift of this time for yourself.

If you want,

You can place a hand on your lower belly to deepen your breathing.

And then with every exhale,

Send your energy,

Your awareness to your feet,

To the earth beneath you.

Breathing in your own pace.

Then allow any excess energy in your head to slowly trickle down.

Let the energy spread itself evenly throughout your physical body,

Trusting that the energy knows where to go.

And focus your awareness on your feet.

Feel how they're resting on the floor.

And then imagine that roots are growing down from the soles of your feet into the earth,

Just as if you were a tree.

Allow these roots to slowly make their way downwards,

Sideways,

Creating a fast network of roots,

And it's acting as a counterweight to anything that's present above the surface.

Relax your shoulders.

And in a moment,

We're going to take a few deep breaths in together to fully align our energy fields and to ensure that we're present here in this moment with all of our energy,

Attention,

And focus.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it out.

Breathe in.

And release.

Finally breathe in together.

And let it out.

I'm setting the intention that only that energy and information can come through that is in your highest good,

That will help you take the best next step on your path,

Support you in receiving clarity on this question that you have,

Allows you to release anything that no longer serves,

And open up to that which is in your highest good to receive right now.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

I invite you to focus your awareness on the question at hand,

Or on the topic that you'd like to get more clarity on.

And in your mind's eye,

I'd like you to place this question or this topic in front of you,

As if it were a person or an object sitting there.

And if you feel that you have to choose between several options,

Allow each of these options to show up in the energy in front of you.

Whether you can see them with your mind's eye,

Whether you can sense that they're there in the energy,

Or simply by knowing that they're appearing in front of you.

Make sure that you leave space for an extra option,

A new possibility that you haven't yet considered.

If your question is about a topic without having any clue on next steps,

Simply allow this topic to stay present in front of you.

If you want,

You can place a hand on your chest to connect more deeply to yourself,

Knowing and trusting that the answers lie within.

No matter how hidden they may feel,

They are present inside you,

And you are able to uncover them.

If only you're willing to let your mind fall to the wayside for a moment,

Creating space for your inner wisdom to show up,

Giving your intuition permission to speak,

And then see or sense,

Or perhaps know,

Where your focus is being drawn to,

Without trying to steer it with your thoughts.

Just gently allow your focus to be drawn to wherever it wants to go,

Whether that's a person,

An idea,

A sensation.

Trusting that it is somehow tied to this question that you have.

Being open to receive,

Without needing to conclude what something means.

Allowing this process to unfold.

See if there's anything else that's being brought to your attention.

Whether it's something that's happening in front of you where you've placed the questions.

Whether it's a sensation in your body,

Or something else entirely.

Allow yourself to be guided.

In order to be able to listen to your intuition,

You need to surrender control for a moment.

You need to trust that you are guided,

That the answers are available.

It's simply a matter of looking from a different perspective.

It's a matter of allowing the answers to find you,

And see what else is coming up for you.

Perhaps something is happening in your mind's eye.

If so,

Let that movie unfold.

If you have multiple options in front of you,

See which one feels most potent,

Most present in the energy.

And see which one brings you most joy,

Which possibility will light you up,

Or cause the least problems.

Even if it's this unidentified extra option you hadn't yet considered.

See what else comes to mind.

Any extra clarity.

Any sudden inspiration.

And even if you feel that you're not getting specific clarity in this moment,

Know that this process is drawing the answers to you.

Even when they find you after this activation.

Keep breathing deeply.

Giving yourself permission to be supported,

To find the best next answer for you and this situation.

Knowing and trusting that not only you are guided,

But you know best what is in your highest good.

When you're allowing yourself to tap into your inner wisdom,

To the answers that reside within you.

And see if there's anything else that wants to bubble up.

Anything else that your intuition wants you to become aware of.

As you're focusing your awareness back to what's in front of you,

Whether you can sense it,

Feel it with your body,

Whether you just know it's there,

Or you can see it in your mind's eye.

Allow yourself to be guided to what is in your highest good.

To which option or solution is what your intuition feels is most aligned.

And keep in mind that sometimes the best solution is the best solution in the long run.

Sometimes that involves difficult decisions in the short run.

Giving yourself that eagle eye perspective to zoom out and take in the whole process.

And see if that changes anything,

Whether that adds any ideas or insights.

Whether that changes anything in the energy.

As we're setting the intention that inspiration will continue to find you.

As you're promising your intuition that you will do your best to remain open to what it has to share.

I'd like you to open your arms wide,

Whether that's in your mind or you open your physical arms and embrace this answer.

Embrace this next step,

This solution,

Without needing to know exactly what it is,

But welcoming it in.

Letting it know that you're ready to see it.

That you're open to receive further clarity.

Letting it know that you're willing to listen and act accordingly.

In a moment I'd like us to take a deep breath in,

To ingrain all these insights,

These energies into your system.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Bring back all of your energy,

Your awareness here into this moment,

Into this dimension,

Into your body.

Bringing with you any and all insights and ideas,

Any and all energies that are meant to support you.

Wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Your jaw.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open up your eyes.

Welcome back.

You can use this guided activation as often as you like,

For whenever you're looking for a little extra support in getting clear on your intuition.

I also recommend you stay open to recognize any synchronicities,

Any signs that find you in the coming days,

Because you never know how the universe is speaking to you or how you will find the answers.

They may come in the most unexpected ways or through the most unexpected means.

Thank you Iris, It will need some practice for myself and trust the process, instead of listen to self criticism out of fear, and recognising this acting from my comfort zone.
