This guided activation helps you open your heart wider and allow in more energy and support. We often close our hearts in an attempt to feel less pain or avoid being hurt. This habit makes it difficult to open our hearts—it may even feel unnatural. A closed heart impacts your energy level and well-being. It’s important that you get into the habit of opening your heart, again and again, because this is tied directly to your life-force energy. It's what you need to be fully present and alive.

Warm welcome to this guided activation to help open your heart further I'm Iris and I'd like you to allow yourself to be fully present And let's take a deep breath in to allow ourselves to release anything else that's been going on in our lives take a deep breath in And release Allowing you to be fully present here in this moment Feel how you're sitting here Where your body is being supported with the ground supports your feet And allow yourself to get heavy heavy present and grounded Present and grounded And I'd like you to place a hand on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest And allow yourself to feel the weight of your hand resting on your chest The warmth or perhaps the coolness of your hand You might notice the beating of your heart And allow yourself to connect to this heart Knowing that most of us close our heart out of habit Because it has kept us safe It has diminished the pain And not only have we closed our heart most of us have built a wall around it as well as an extra precaution In an attempt to stay safe and stay unhurt To stay away from disappointment And today we'll take the first step In reopening your heart continue to feel the weight of your hand on your chest And in your mind's eye Imagine your heart whatever that looks like for you It could be an image a feeling an idea Just go with whatever comes to mind for you And allow yourself to focus on whatever shows up for you even more It's the only thing you need to focus on And that's what I want to do today Focus on the image and on my voice And perhaps you're able to send some tightness some tension around your heart And let yourself feel the warmth of your heart And know that that's a result of your choice and that is also a choice to start to undo that And in a moment i'm going to ask you to take another deep breath in And on the out breath,

I ask you to release some of the tension around your heart Some of the reasons that made you escape that made you close your heart So let's take a deep breath in And release releasing the tension The disappointment The pain The disappointment And let's do that one more time take a deep breath in And on the out breath release more tension And give yourself a moment to notice how that feels A little looser a little less tight And relax the rest of your body as well relax your feet your legs Relax your belly and your lower back Relax your chest your shoulders your upper back Relax your arms Relax your arms your wrists and hands And then relax your neck your jaw your cheeks and your eyes Your nose Relax the back of your head and the top of your head And feel how you're getting more comfortable more at ease And in your mind's eye I'd like you to picture your heart as having a door A door that's perhaps fully closed maybe it's slightly open See or sense what it looks like for you or perhaps you'll just know See or sense what it looks like for you or perhaps you'll just know Then I'd like you to open this door in your heart a little bit more If it's fully closed grab the handle push the handle down Open the door however far feels comfortable it could be just a tiny crack And if there was already a bit of room I'd like you to open the door a little bit further Allow a little bit more light into your heart Know that you're safe You're protected And this is a sacred space where you can practice opening your heart And feel how the relaxation in your body deepens As if something is coming at ease As if something is coming at ease And notice what's happening with the door Is there anything trying to get out perhaps thoughts situations energies colors or words Maybe something's trying to get in support love encouragement light See whatever is true for you I'm going to ask you to stretch yourself a little bit more Take a deep breath in and release I'm asking you to open a door to your heart a little bit further However far feels comfortable and safe to you And see what that does How that feels Perhaps you can feel there's a little bit more flow or movement of energy Water that stagnant gets still And when your heart's closed all the time it gets a little bit stale as well It needs movement It needs fresh energy It needs love Just like you And I'd like you to imagine you're embracing your heart as if it were a person See if you can give your heart a hug In your mind's eye open your arms wide and press your heart to your chest As if it's a long lost friend And in a way it probably is Hold your heart to your chest Feel it beating Feel it come alive And as you keep embracing your heart Notice how it's being absorbed in your chest This heart that is now open a little bit wider And feel how it's taking up its rightful place again at the center of your core In the center of your being And smile You just took a big step forward Giving up the defensiveness Giving up the self-esteem Giving up the self-esteem Giving up the self-esteem Giving up the self-esteem Giving up the self-esteem Giving up the defensiveness Letting down some of your protection Stepping out of your comfort zone Opening your heart a little bit further than you're used to Going beyond what is your normal And keep smiling As you keep this energy This image close to your heart and mind And I'd like you to return your attention to your feet Feel how they're resting on the floor How you're sitting here in this chair And I'd like you to bring all of your energy All of your focus Back here Into this dimension Into this call Into this moment And into this room Wiggle your toes and your fingers And whenever you're ready,

You can open up your eyes And sitting here smiling Enjoying the energy Enjoying the openings that have been happening And just know that you can return to this exercise And just know that you can return to this exercise As often as you like You can keep opening your heart wider and wider You can keep opening your heart wider and wider And I hope you enjoy doing that Wishing you a lovely rest of your day or evening And until we meet again

One year ago I did exactly that, I took off the armor shield around my heart and after a while replaced it by a light curtain with flowers and many seams to open. This changes me gradually. So I can recommend this doing to everyone here! 🤗💖☺️
