
Raising Your Vibration: Allow Loving Energy In
This guided activation helps you raise your vibration and allow in the fulness of your being. Your vibrational level has an impact on everything you do. The higher your frequency, the more confident, happier, and healthier you’ll be. Your vibration impacts your immune system and your ability to hear your intuition. Use this meditation to reactivate your own energy and remember your true strength. As you let go of lower-level emotions such as jealousy & anger, you make more room for love. Enjoy!

Warm welcome.
I'm Iris.
What we're going to be focusing on today is on raising your vibration.
And if you follow me,
You might know that it's my mission to help raise the vibration of the planet.
Because I believe it will help people to live from love.
And I think that's so important.
And not only important,
But so much more fun.
I always like to start with a moment to ground ourselves to make sure that we're fully present here.
So place both your feet firmly on the floor.
Giving yourself full permission to be present here in this moment.
Giving yourself the gift of this time for yourself.
And feel the weight of your feet resting on the floor.
And if you want,
You can place a hand on your lower belly to invite your breathing to deepen.
And then with every exhale,
Send your energy,
Your awareness to your feet.
To the earth beneath you.
Breathe in your own pace.
Feel how each breath out allows you to become more aware of your physical body.
And then allow any excess energy in your head to slowly trickle down.
Allowed an energy to spread itself evenly throughout your physical body.
Trusting the energy knows where to go.
And there's an energetic core at the bottom of your spine.
And in your mind's eye,
Grab that cord.
Or simply know or sense that it's there.
And took that cord firmly into the center of the earth.
Serving as an extra anchor to keep you centered.
And then focus your awareness back on your feet.
Feel how they're resting on the floor.
And then imagine roots are growing downwards from the soles of your feet.
Just as if you were a tree.
Allow these roots to grow downwards.
Sideways.
Creating a vast network of roots.
That serves as a counterweight to everything that's present above the surface.
Keeping you rooted.
And grounded.
And we'll set the intention that the grounding will continue,
Even when you're not focusing on your feet.
Relax your shoulders.
And in a moment I'd like us to take a few deep breaths in together.
To fully align our energy fields.
And to ensure that we're present here,
In this moment.
With all of our energy,
Attention,
And focus.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it out.
Breathe in.
And release.
Final deep breath in together.
And let it out.
And so the intention that only that energy and information can come through,
That is in your highest good.
That will help you take the best next step on your path.
Support you in releasing what no longer serves you.
And allows you to open up and let in that which is in your highest good to receive right now.
And so it is.
Give yourself a moment to feel how you're sitting here.
Feeling the heaviness of your body.
The weight of your feet.
Feel how you continue to become heavier.
Even more rooted.
And then if you like at the top of your head,
You can open up your crown chakra.
To allow in more of the universe's energy.
Knowing that you'll allow in only that which is in your highest good to receive.
And trusting that.
If you want you can place a hand on your chest.
To connect even deeper within.
Allowing yourself to become fully aware.
Fully present.
Here in this moment.
Allowing yourself to be supported.
Allowing yourself to receive that energy and those insights.
That are exactly what you need right now.
Allowing the energy from the universe.
To flow in and around you.
Becoming even more aware.
The energy that's surrounding you.
Like a warm cloud.
A virtual embrace.
And allowing more and more of the energy into your system.
Allow the energy to relax those parts of you that have been tense.
Relaxing places in your physical body.
That you might not have been aware that you were holding tension.
And feel those places soften.
Allow the energy to flow into your emotional and energetic system as well.
Trusting that there it will soften those places that are in need of some care.
Some extra attention.
Some emotions that might need nourishment.
Some extra support.
Feel the energy flowing through you.
Even into all the dark corners that you might forget are there.
That usually don't receive the light.
Parts of you you might have difficulty accepting or embracing.
And without judgment allow them to be.
Even if it's just for this moment.
Knowing that all the different parts of you.
Are exactly what you need.
Even when it doesn't make sense to the mind.
And allow the energy,
The loving light to flow into those nooks and crannies.
Into those corners of yourself.
That you don't always look at.
Or might have forgotten.
Or even there.
Feel more and more of the energy flow into your system.
You might feel the warmth.
Tingling sensation.
You might feel lighter.
Or just have a sense.
That something's happening in the energy.
That you are receiving support.
That you are allowing yourself.
To be guided.
Knowing there's no need to do this alone.
There's so much love.
So much light.
And so much guidance present for you.
Always.
And if you want you can give yourself permission.
To see more evidence of that support.
More evidence of that support both from the seen and the unseen dimensions.
Whether it's someone showing up.
Whether it's an inspired idea.
Or simply a nudge to do something.
It might be a knowing.
That you're cared for.
That you're on the right path.
Even when things are difficult.
Or when you're not sure.
Where to move next.
What to focus on.
Allow this guidance to strengthen.
Feel how your system is elevated.
Feel how you're receiving more and more vibrant energy.
Allowing you both to relax and recharge.
Feeling those parts of yourself that have been forgotten.
With this vibrant energy.
Reconnecting those parts to your system.
So you become a bigger,
More present whole.
So you have access to all of your energy.
All of your being.
Allow yourself to feel the warmth.
The warmth.
The loving light.
The loving presence.
And if you want you can allow it in even more.
Allowing so much love.
So much light.
That it's overflowing.
That you're filling yourself to the brim.
Knowing that every single part of you.
Is filled with this loving light.
With the support from the universe.
Reactivating your own energy.
Your own energy that's always been there.
But that sometimes goes dormant.
Sometimes we forget to tap into our own power.
Into the fullness of our being.
We get caught up living our human lives.
We forget that we have this powerful soul connection.
Not just to our own soul.
But to everyone around us.
And whenever we remember.
The strength of this connection.
We give more permission to our soul.
To intervene on our behalf.
To support us and guide us.
Provide us with insights.
With knowing.
With inner wisdom.
Remembering parts that you've forgotten.
Remembering your true strength.
Feeling the fullness of your energy.
Feeling more and more of your own power.
As you feel more and more of your energy.
Right this moment.
And perhaps you can feel the tingling of the energy in and around you.
Simply allow it to flow.
Allow it to clear out that which you are ready to release.
Allow it to bring to you.
That's what exactly a match for what you need.
Give yourself a moment to bask in this energy.
In this warmth.
And smile.
Take a moment to really feel the energy.
Feel the shifts in your body.
Perhaps in your energy level.
Your mood.
Taking it all in.
And feel even a greater intensity of the energy.
As much as you're willing to allow in.
And know that most of us can allow in more than we think we can.
And you can never allow in too much.
So if you want you can open up yourself a little bit wider.
Allow even more energy to flow through you.
And know that the last bits of energy that are meant for you today are flowing through your system right now.
Trusting the energy knows where to go.
It knows how to settle.
And allow yourself to become more aware of your physical body.
In a moment I'd like us to take one deep breath in together to ingrain these energies in your system.
And to support the process of integration of the energy.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly bring back your awareness,
Your attention,
Your energy to your physical body.
To this dimension.
To this moment.
Feel the weight of your feet resting on the floor.
Feel your body being supported by the chair.
Close your fingers.
Rotate your shoulders.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open up your eyes.
Welcome back.
And if you're still floating out there.
This is your cue to come back.
