
Fill Yourself With Trust
This guided activation helps you relax and fill yourself with trust. When you feel great, it’s often easy to feel trust. Whereas when things aren’t going your way, it’s much harder to experience the sense that all will be well. This meditation helps you reconnect to the belief that you are exactly where you need to be and you too are cared for. Feel the deep relaxation. Release your worry and doubt, and fill yourself with confidence. Great for when you need to ‘borrow’ a little trust or faith.

Warm welcome.
I'm Iris van Ooyen and we are here for a guided meditation to cultivate trust.
And I'm so thrilled that you're here.
I really look forward to our time here together.
So the focus for today's meditation is all about trust.
And what I've noticed about trust for myself but also with supporting clients over the years is when all is going well,
When you feel great,
It's relatively easy to feel trust.
And when things don't go well,
When you're in trouble or there's a challenge or things aren't going your way,
It's so much harder to then feel that same level of trust.
And today's meditation will focus on how can we embrace some of that trust when it's hard to feel or when things are simply difficult.
And I believe feeling trust and being able to tap into that makes a lot of things easier.
It's easier to tap into the flow and just all around.
It'll help you feel much better.
So I'd like you to place both your feet firmly on the floor.
Giving yourself permission to be fully present in this moment.
Feeling the weight of your feet resting on the floor.
And if you want,
You can place a hand on your lower belly to invite your breathing to deepen.
Then with every exhale,
Send your energy,
Your awareness to your feet,
To the earth beneath you.
Breathe in your own pace,
Your own rhythm.
Then allow any excess energy in your head to slowly trickle down.
Let it spread itself evenly throughout the rest of your physical body.
Check the energetic cord at the bottom of your spine.
There's an energetic cord there.
And in your mind's eye,
I'd like you to grab that cord and tuck it in firmly to the center of the earth as an anchor to keep you rooted.
And focus your awareness back on your feet and how they're resting on the floor.
And then imagine from the soles of your feet,
Roots are growing downward.
Just as if you were a tree.
Downwards as well as sideways.
Creating a fast network of roots.
That's supporting you as a counterweight to everything that's present above the surface.
And allow these roots to continue to grow.
Even when we focus on something else.
Relax your shoulders.
And in a moment I'd like us to take a few deep breaths in together to fully align our energy fields and to ensure that we're present here in this moment with all of our energy,
Attention and focus.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it out.
Breathe in.
And release.
Final deep breath in together.
And let it out.
I'm setting the intention that only that energy and information can come through that is in your highest good.
That is what I hope to help you take the best next step on your path,
Support you in releasing what no longer serves you,
And allows you to open up and allow in that which is in your highest good to receive right now.
Allowing you to embrace more trust.
Feel more confident.
And let it out.
If you want you can place a hand on your chest.
Connecting even more deeply with yourself.
Take a quick scan of your body and see if there's any area where you're holding tension.
You might want to check your calves.
Relax those your upper legs.
Allow those muscles to relax as well.
Your pelvis,
Your hips.
Relax your lower belly and your lower back.
The middle of your chest.
Your upper chest.
Relaxing all your organs.
Your entire back.
Relax your shoulders,
Your arms and hands.
Relax your throat and your neck.
Your jaw.
Cheeks.
Your mouth and your tongue.
Relax your nose.
The area around and behind your eyes.
Your eyebrows,
Temples.
Relax your forehead.
The top of your head.
Feeling how you're getting heavier as you release more and more tension.
Then imagine that you're standing in the sun,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on the top of your head,
On your entire body.
And allow the light and the warmth of the sun to melt away any worries,
Any concerns,
Any doubts you're having.
About yourself,
About how things are going.
About someone else.
Allow these worries and doubts melt away.
Even if it's just for the length of this meditation.
And feel how much freer you feel without the worry.
And without the concern.
Feel how you're starting to feel a little lighter.
Heavy with relaxation.
Light mentally,
Emotionally.
And then imagine yourself sitting in somewhere in nature.
To me it looks like a meadow filled with flowers.
But go with whatever shows up like for you.
A comfortable place where you can sit in the sun.
Where it's the perfect temperature.
Peaceful,
Relaxing.
And allow yourself to feel the soothing presence of nature.
And the steady presence of the flowers and the trees.
Perhaps some animals.
Knowing that it's always there.
How the trees are generating oxygen every single day.
How the sun comes up each morning.
Again and again.
Feel the steady rhythm of nature.
The patterns.
Feel how you can trust on the sun to rise every morning.
The moon to show up at night.
And feel how these patterns,
These cycles are something you can depend upon.
Something that's always true.
Watching the sunrise or sunset fills you with faith,
With trust.
With a certainty.
And a knowing that all will be well.
Perhaps not today,
But soon.
No matter your worry,
No matter your concern,
Things will shift.
Nothing stays the same.
New opportunities will arise.
New people will find their way to you.
And whenever you get stuck on the how,
Allow yourself to remember the sun and trust.
Trust in change.
Trust that you are cared for,
Even when it's hard to see or feel or even believe.
Reminding yourself that there is one certainty above all else.
The rhythms of nature.
And how you're tied to those.
And how as long as you keep breathing,
You'll keep growing.
You'll keep expanding your capacity to embrace even more love.
To receive more wisdom,
More ideas,
More opportunities.
And after disappointment,
Come new possibilities.
And the more we're allowing ourselves to open up to opportunity,
The more we'll be able to see that reflected in our lives.
And I'd like you to imagine that you are opening yourself up to possibility.
That where you've perhaps closed yourself off in an attempt to stay safe or free from hurt.
That you not only kept the pain away,
But you shut down part of your life force energy and with it,
A large part of opportunity and flow.
So I'd like you to imagine that you're opening yourself.
Opening up your heart chakra just a little bit wider.
However wide feels comfortable.
Allowing yourself to reconnect to the universe.
To those around you that are here to support you.
To nature and its steady rhythm.
Allow yourself to feel some of that warmth,
That steady presence.
Allow it to comfort you,
Support you.
Know that this is always here for you as a beacon where you can draw from.
Where you can draw strength,
Believe,
Energy and support.
Whatever it is you need.
Allow yourself to ask.
And believe it will find its way to you somehow.
And if you want you can set the intention to see one of more examples of synchronicities.
Play out in your life today.
And tomorrow.
Every day if you so choose.
Reminding you that you're not alone.
That you are cared for.
That you are loved.
And that there's so much more available.
Now we can see with the naked eye.
Allow yourself to open the door inside yourself a little wider.
Feeling more of the warmth,
More of the love and support trickle in.
Filling you up.
Filling you up with trust.
Believe in yourself.
Knowing that you are exactly where you're meant to be.
Even when it doesn't seem to make any sense.
Or not yet.
Allow the increase of warmth,
Of loving support to speed up a little.
Filling your entire body.
Your entire being.
Your entire energy field.
With every in breath,
Breathe in love,
Faith,
Trust.
On every out breath release worry,
Fear,
Doubt.
Feel like you're shedding even more of the negative emotions that have been holding you back.
Feeling how you're allowing in even more support.
Supportive thoughts and feelings.
Feeling how you're becoming even more grounded,
More centered,
More present.
Allow yourself to take that in.
Take in the last bits of energy that are meant for you right now.
And in a moment I'd like us to take a deep breath in together.
So we can ingrain all these new energies into our system.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it out.
Bring your awareness,
Your energy back here.
Into this moment.
Into this dimension.
Into this meditation.
Feel how you're sitting here.
Where your body is supported by the chair,
The floor.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
You can rotate your shoulders.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open up your eyes.
Welcome back.

This is your cue to come fully back in your body in this present moment.
Know that you can listen to this meditation whenever you feel like you need a boost in confidence or a reminder of trust and that you are cared for.

I usually love meditations with music. This was good without so that I could focus. I love how she said that even with disappointments comes possibility! If I’m not already following her, I certainly will and I saved this as usual!
