Warm welcome.

I'm Iris van Ooyen and I'll guide you through a powerful activation that helps clinch your energy field.

Because we tend to pick up emotions and energies from people that we've seen and places that we've visited.

And those energies weigh us down and can drain us.

And we can simply clear those energies out with this visualization.

So could you please put your feet firmly on the floor?

And if you want you can close your eyes and feel how the soles of your feet are resting on the floor.

Feel how every inch,

Every centimeter of the soles of your feet are touching the floor beneath you.

And if you want you can place a hand on your lower belly to invite your breathing to deepen.

Then with every exhale send the energy and your attention towards your feet.

Breathe in your natural rhythm.

And with every exhale in your mind's eye I'd like you to send the energy and your breath towards your feet.

And while you keep doing this,

While you keep your attention and your focus on staying grounded.

I'd like us to take a couple of deep breaths in together so we can align our energy fields and ensure that we're fully present in this moment.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take another deep breath in.

And release.

Final deep breath in together.

And release.

I'm going to take you on a little journey in your mind's eye.

Imagine yourself at a water stream.

It could be a place that you know in real life.

Or just something that now sprouts out of your imagination.

And see yourself being present here at this water site.

Maybe it's a beautiful little creek or river.

Just take a moment to take in the surroundings.

What are you seeing when you look around?

Is there anything that you're hearing?

Maybe another sense that draws your attention?

Is there anyone else present?

Just know that you're here.

Even if you're not able to see it in your mind,

Simply know that you're exactly at the right place.

Whether you're sensing it,

Seeing it,

Or just know that you're here.

And when you look up a little further down the stream or the creek or the river that you're at,

There's a waterfall.

I'd like you to get up and to slowly make your way over there.

And while you're going over there,

Pay attention to what it is that you're seeing.

Take in the surroundings and the energy of where you are at the moment.

Maybe there's a beautiful bird that's flying along with you or a magnificent flower that's attracting your attention.

I'd like you to walk up towards the waterfall.

And if you haven't yet arrived at the waterfall,

I'd like you to walk a little faster so you can join at the waterfall.

Now that you're at the bottom of this falls,

Take a look at this place.

What are you actually seeing?

Maybe it's familiar.

Maybe it's new.

It could be something you've seen on TV or in a picture.

Take in the beauty of the surroundings and notice how quiet it is.

The only sounds you hear are sounds from nature.

It's a beautiful,

Calming and very grounding place to be at.

Now I'd like you to go stand under the waterfall.

You can take a step forward if needed.

And I want you to literally feel the water as if you're taking a shower.

Let the water cascade over you and cleanse you.

And while the water cleanses your physical body,

We're also setting the intention that the waterfall is cleansing your energetic body as well.

Even if you don't really know that looks like.

Just set the intention that by simply standing under this waterfall,

It will take away and flush away all of the energies that are in your system.

Everything that's currently in your aura that does not belong there.

And let it be taken away by the beautiful waterfall that you're standing under.

If you want,

You can visualize the energy being taken away.

And feel the cleansing power of this beautiful,

Purifying water.

Feel that you become lighter.

Notice that there's more space.

You're really letting go of something.

You're actually releasing a huge piece that you are now ready to let go of.

You don't need to know what it is.

Don't let your mind take you there.

Simply trust that you're letting go of the exact perfect piece that you are now ready to let go of.

And give it to the waterfall.

Just let it be taken away by the stream to a place where it can be of better service.

Because it is no longer serving you.

And if you want,

You can take a deep breath in and notice the space you feel.

Really notice the difference.

And allow the waterfall to cleanse the last parts.

And then get ready to get out of the waterfall.

You can swim out or climb out.

However feels right.

And then find a beautiful place to sit.

Maybe there's a rock there or a patch of grass.

Just find a lovely place to seat yourself.

Sit in the sun and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Let it warm you into the depth of your being.

Breathe in the warmth and the healing light that the sun is providing you with right now.

Embrace the healing rays of the sun as they're shining upon you.

And in a moment I'd like us to take a deep breath in.

To help you ingrain the warmth of the sun into your being.

Breathe in.

Feel how the warmth of the sun just filled up all the spaces that you've opened up by letting go.

All this room was refilled by the beautiful warming healing light of the sun.

So you can feel more grounded and balanced and lighter.

I know that you really let go of a big piece which will enable you to move forward and take a beautiful next step.

So slowly I'd like you to come back into this room,

Into this chair,

Into this dimension.

Feel how your feet are touching the floor.

Feel the back of your chair.

Your arms resting on the table or perhaps on your lap.

And whenever you're ready,

I'd like you to open up your eyes and come fully back.

And what we've just done is a powerful combination of grounding and cleansing your energy field.

And I recommend you cleanse your aura at least once every day.

More often if you feel heavy or suddenly drained.

And especially when you've been around a lot of people.

Have a magical rest of your day.
