
Release What No Longer Serves You
This 20-minute healing activation and guided visualization will help release something you are ready to let go of now. Calming and relaxing, this practice helps you become centered and present as well. It includes a healing golden light.

Hey everyone,
I'm Iris van Ooyen and today I'd like to guide you through an activation that helps you be more present and more in touch with what's going on around you.
And in order to fully benefit from this activation I recommend that you shut down your email,
Your phone and make sure that you're seated in a place where you can be fully focused and fully present here with this recording.
So you can receive exactly that which you're meant to receive without being disturbed.
And just make sure that you sit back in your chair or on the couch or wherever it is that you're sitting and feel how your body is being supported by the chair where your legs,
Where your back is touching the fabric of the chair or the couch.
And then feel how your feet are resting on the floor and allow the weight of your feet to settle on the floor in your shoes or if you're barefoot that's even better.
And allow yourself to connect with the earth beneath you knowing that it is a source of power,
Of nourishment and that we're very much connected with this planet that we live on even while we may not be aware of our connection and how deeply we are in touch with the seasons and how they affect us and our physical well-being.
No matter whether you are aware or conscious of that or not the connection still exists and right now with the spring season where everything starting to bloom,
Starting to blossom,
Going through a growth spurt that is something that may be activated inside you as well.
So stay connected with your feet resting on the floor aware of the connection with the earth and allow your breathing to deepen.
Just breathe in your own pace and if you want you can place a hand on your lower belly to invite your breathing to deepen and go further downward.
And then with every exhale send your attention,
Your awareness towards your feet and towards the earth beneath you and feel how with every exhale you become a little bit more aware of your physical body.
Allowing any excess energy in your head to slowly go downwards so your energy is spread evenly throughout your physical body.
Because often when we spend a lot of time behind our computers or thinking energy tends to go up worth and the majority of our energy is then centered above our shoulders creating some pressure in the mind.
So give yourself permission to release that pressure and to let the energy go downward deeper into your physical body feeling how you're becoming more and more aware how you're sitting here in your chair feeling where your body ends and the chair the floor begins allowing yourself to deepen that awareness.
Then relax your shoulders and I'd like us to take a few deep breaths in together to fully align our energy fields and to ensure that we're present here in this moment with all of our energy attention and focus.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in and let it out.
Finally breath in together and release.
I'm setting the intention that only that energy and information can come through that is in your highest good that will help you take the next step on your path and again feel how your feet are resting on the floor and then I'd like you to place a hand on your heart fully connecting in with your inner knowing and feel how your hand is resting on your chest.
Feel the warmth or perhaps the coolness of your hand the weight of your hand resting on your chest allowing it to deepen your awareness of your body being fully present here in this moment and then as you keep breathing feel how your attention is turning more inwards.
Feel that you're guided to a specific part of your body.
Just go with whatever comes to mind or whatever body part you feel whether that's because there is a little bit of tension,
Chills,
Different sensation and temperature perhaps.
Just trust that your inner knowing will take you to the exact body part that now demands your attention whether that's an organ or a limb whether that's more on the surface on your skin and if at all possible I recommend that you place a hand on that spot or close to that spot so you can connect even more fully with what's going on there and then as you let your awareness deepen feel what's going on there.
Is there a particular emotion that is connected to that area of your body?
Is there a physical sensation that comes forward?
Does it bring up any memories?
Does it remind you of something or someone?
And just trust whatever comes forward.
Go with whatever surfaces first even if it's difficult to place just trust that your inner knowing guides you to exactly what you may place your attention on right now and then dive in a little deeper into the sensation into this awareness almost as if you're sticking your head inside your body taking a look around to what's going on inside and let the bodily sensation increase further even if it's a little uncomfortable see if you can expand and enlarge this feeling that you're having in your body make it as big as you can even if there's a tendency to want to go away from the feeling that's a perfect sign that it's really important to stick with it because there's something important that you are about to release something that you are ready to let go of and it's right here represented in this feeling perhaps this anxiety the pressure whatever the sensation feels like in your body and then imagine a cave opposite from you maybe a place where you've been before maybe something entirely new perhaps you're able to see it in your mind's eye or you just know what it looks like and maybe you just have a sense that it's there no matter what it shows up like for you just know that there's a cave energetically in front of you and then allow this feeling the sensation in your body to be transferred into that cave as if you're moving that feeling that anxiety that pressure the tension into that cave where there is plenty of room for it to reside for it to expand for it to be present and then take a look at whatever it is that you've placed in that cave are you getting more clarity and what it is whom it concerns this is about a certain period or situation in your life for some of you may be very very clear for others it may be more than a feeling and knowing that there's something important there and know that this is part of you that you've been resisting that you've been holding back something that up until now you have not been able to face you've not been able to accept and it might be a character trait it might be something that happened to you might be a person you've been unable to release let go of perhaps someone you haven't yet been able to forgive or understand what happened and then feel as if the roof of the cave is being removed and sunshine's pouring in sunlight's pouring in to your situation your person your feeling and feel how the light is permeating everything that is present there without you having to understand how that works or what it does just see this being flooded with brilliant white light and feel how with every second that you're flooding the situation this person is feeling with this brilliant white light you feel that it's starting to soften it's almost as if it's melting away as if it's dissolving perhaps into thin air and feel the changes happening in your body feel that that area where you were focusing your attention on before is releasing the tension it's getting softer it's relaxing a little bit you're able to breathe deeper you're feeling a sense of relaxation permeate your entire body and as this brilliant golden light keeps flooding this cave without a roof see what's happening in front of you see what's changing perhaps you're seeing a scene play out in your mind's eye just pay attention to the difference in sensation the feelings the shifts in your body trusting that only that can happen that is in your highest good whether or not you are consciously aware or understand what it is that's happening trust the process trust what you're seeing trust what is shifting and then keep flooding this cave until you feel that it is completely filled with this golden white light when you feel that the heaviness is being lifted that whatever it is that you've brought into this cave has either transformed or dissolved and then think back of the connection to that body part where you felt your attention being drawn to earlier and then just imagine like there's this connection between this golden light like cave and that body part and feel how this cloud of light is seeping into that part of your body is filling the emptiness of the part that you took out and feel how that cloud of golden white light is starting to permeate your entire being how it's expanding beyond that spot that you felt before feel how the golden white light is starting to fill up your entire physical body feel the lightness the warmth feel it from the tips of your toes to the ends of your fingers all the way to the top of your head to your crown and from there let the energy expand from your physical body into your energy field as if your body so fully soaked with this golden white light that it leaks into your energetic system and it starts to fill your aura with golden white light feel the warmth feel how even more of the heaviness is being lifted feel the lightness and the joy know that you are loved no matter where you are on your journey you are loved you are worthy and you are oh so precious know that no matter what is going on in your life you will find your way you will find the signs that are guiding you forwards allow yourself to take one step at a time trusting that the next step will show itself when you are ready feel this inner knowing this inner connection and trust that you are exactly where you need to be even if it's perhaps not where you want to be know that there's a reason that you're here that there's something to learn to experience or it's simply a matter of divine timing for you to be able to start to move forward again and so it is take a moment to really feel the energy and the sensation in your body feel the lightness the warmth the support and then in a moment I'd like us to take a deep breath in together to fully engrain this sensation this energy into your physical and energetic body so you can really anchor it and anchor the sensation so you always have a place to go back to let's take a deep breath in and release ingraining this into your system and from there I'd like you to focus your awareness and your attention on your feet feel how they're resting on the floor feel how you're sitting here in your chair wiggle your toes your fingers and bring back your full awareness all of your energy back into this moment into this dimension and into this call stretch your arms your legs and if you're still floating out there a little bit this is your call to come fully back into your body and into this moment feel your feet getting heavier again and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes and I recommend that you take a moment for yourself to integrate this energy to be with what is perhaps you want to journal take a walk whatever it is that you do I recommend that you take a few moments a few minutes for yourself at least and remember to drink extra water as you've gone through a cleansing so if you feel a headache coming on that is a sign that your body needs even more water to flush out the toxins and to support this process I wish you a lovely rest of your day and just trust that you are exactly where you need to be giving you big hug bye
