Welcome to this practice that's designed for you to regain a soul-led inner balance,
Embracing gentleness,
Peace and inner strength in challenging times.
Sometimes life just becomes so hard on us that we allow negative thoughts and energies to take over our inner and outer spaces.
This practice is to remind you that you are in power,
That nothing that happens to you needs to define your inner reality and that inner balance and gentleness have always been of your intuitive competences.
So if you are ready to find peace and inner connection again,
Make yourself as comfortable as you can and let us begin.
Take all the time you need here to welcome yourself to this space,
The space you have chosen today for your meditation and really breathe yourself into your body.
I can always recommend if that feels safe for you,
You bring your focus somewhere above your head,
Outside your body and with every breath you are breathing yourself more deeply,
More closely into the body,
Sinking into the body as you exhale.
This is just to give you a focus of centering,
Of grounding and with every exhale you are letting energies go out of your body system that don't seem very supportive,
That don't seem very gentle on you.
With every exhale open your feet wider,
Let them connect to the ground that's underneath you and let every breath fill your body more and more with the soul that you are,
The energy that you are.
Expand beyond your body if you really feel you need space,
If it feels it's a lot right now.
Just expand your body as far as you wish.
Beautiful.
Watch your mind running or judging or worrying,
Watch the energies that make it feel so hard these days for you to be at peace.
Watch them in your mind and watch them in your body,
The effects on your body.
Okay.
And find compassion,
This is not about judging anything,
This is not about getting rid of something very fast,
This is really about first feeling what's there.
So the moment you feel you've really expanded your space in a way that it feels safe for you and vast enough so you don't have to hold on to something that you don't need anymore,
Really focus on the feeling.
You might want to place one hand on your chest,
Maybe one on a different part of your body where you notice intuitively you need some support.
Maybe you're feeling restriction or freezing energies.
Okay,
And feel what's there,
Feel what's there,
If it's hardness,
Okay,
Feel it.
If underneath that hardness there's pain,
There's sadness,
There's frustration,
Maybe anger,
Feel it,
Feel what needs to be felt.
Gentleness is nothing else but your permission to allow things to flow through you,
To stop trying to protect yourself from certain energies in a way that you create an inner blockage,
To stop judging you for your thoughts or for not being high vibe enough these days,
But finding compassion.
Which permission do you wish to give yourself right now so that some restriction,
Some inner hardness or judgment can melt into the ground?
Which permission have you not been giving yourself lately?
It might be the permission to just feel,
It might be the permission to express your feelings,
To cry,
To make a sound,
To move your feelings,
To breathe them,
It might be the permission to focus on the love that you are and the love that you receive despite all that's happening at the same time.
To receive love,
To be love no matter what.
Give yourself permission to be.
If it's hard for you to pinpoint exactly what permission you need,
It's enough to just invite permission to be,
To be you,
To be led by your soul in this moment,
Invite the permission from the cosmos,
From the ground,
See what's easier for you and find permission to be led by your intuitive truth and less by your thoughts.
Find permission to really say,
Yes,
It's hard these days,
It's so hard,
It's so heavy,
It's so frustrating and with that permission to feel,
To feel whatever wants to move from the inside out,
Whatever truth is there at the same time about who you are,
About who you long to be more with more permission for yourself and know that you're exactly where you need to be,
Know that you are giving it your best,
That permission for yourself will make you softer on yourself and will make you softer on others.
And when you are ready,
I'm inviting you to connect to the focus that you have been setting on unconsciously,
Subconsciously in the past days and I'm inviting you to do this through your third eye,
So you might want to touch your forehead,
The center of your forehead gently just to focus on that energy field,
That energy field where you can see intuitively,
Consciously,
You can see with eyes closed and that gentle touch,
Let it also be a cleansing touch,
Let it just melt away all the energies that might be stuck there that aren't of you and see what has been the focus,
Which frequency have you been centered around,
Your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Your inner reality,
Is it a focus of fear,
Is it a focus on impossibilities or on problems that might arise,
Worrying a lot,
Doubting a lot,
Judging a lot,
Has it been a focus on your cognitive thinking,
So that maybe your emotional and intuitive wisdom didn't find enough space lately,
Whatever you find,
Just look at it with compassion and know that we are going to reset your focus but first appreciate what is there,
You have your reasons,
Maybe you didn't even know that you have been defined by that focus,
You allowed this focus to be your reality,
Your center,
Your truth,
Once again touch your forehead and touch your head wherever you feel a need of releasing some energies,
You are a healer so wherever you touch your body you can just choose to release energies,
As simple as that and I'm inviting you to reset your focus,
What's the focus you need to go through the next days and weeks,
Maybe there are still challenges ahead of you,
Maybe you don't know really what's ahead of you,
What would be liberating for you right now,
Do you need a focus on freedom or on openness,
To not fix a specific outcome with your energy and to be open to any outcome,
Do you need a focus on lightness,
Abundance,
That might take some weight off whatever you are going through right now,
It's just one chapter and it will pass,
Is it the focus on possibilities,
What if it works out,
What if I can go through this phase of my life and be just light,
Loving and gentle with myself and follow your very intuitive way of setting that focus,
It might be really a vision opening up in front of you,
Just seeing yourself,
Feeling that way that you are focusing on right now,
Maybe it's a color that's translating that frequency for you,
Maybe it's a feeling,
A knowing,
A body image,
Set that focus and take yourself serious and see how this focus,
This vision makes your body feel,
Allow this focus to embrace your physical being or the energy fields within your body and that can happen just within the blink of an eye,
It doesn't have to be complicated,
You just choose and you feel it,
You are in power,
Your intuitive competences will always remind you of your focus,
Of your ability to choose gentleness,
To balance,
To release energies that put you off and to invite the energies that you really needed and I'm inviting you to see when you are ready to ask yourself,
What is the baggage,
What is the luggage that I wish to drop off here and now,
So that I can walk the next meters,
The next steps of the way with lightness,
Grace and an inner connection of love,
You can really visualize yourself somewhere,
Maybe heading towards a bridge or something like a seesaw,
A balancing thing that you know you need all your focus,
Your inner strength and power to walk through this safely and in your own pace,
Knowing very well about your focus,
What is it that you just wish to drop off here,
Maybe your body response showing you,
Hey there's some energy here stuck,
That you're still holding on to,
That you are still trying to justify,
Somebody else's energy maybe,
So I wish to remind you that you can just choose to leave it here,
Wherever you are,
Take it off,
It can look like a backpack that you just put off,
Leave it here on the ground as you walk on with your new focus,
Your new inner strength,
Which beliefs are those that you are living here right now,
Which world view or which view on yourself,
On your capabilities,
Which view on how loving you are,
How deserving you are,
Do you wish to just let go off,
Here and right now,
You can do it quite visually or you just invite something like a cosmic shower,
Taking off that luggage from you,
From your body and all you have to do is allowing it to be as you exhale,
There you go,
There you go,
Beautiful,
There you are,
You can feel that space that has been emptied with energy that's of you,
Of your heart space or of your new focus energy,
That color that supports you now,
Once more exhale as you release your feet into the ground,
Open them widely so you can really let that shower take anything away that doesn't support you on this path,
That takes away your peace and your ability to choose,
You have done wonderfully today,
However big,
However small your achievement of this practice feels on you right now,
You've done a lot to set a new reality,
A new focus for you,
A new level of peace and gentleness,
