This meditation is to allow yourself to release any stuck energy in your mind and in your body.
To begin,
Find a comfortable place to either sit or lay down.
The most important thing is that your body feels both supported and grounded with connecting to Earth energy.
Allow it to feel comfortable,
To feel restful.
And still awake and alert.
So take a few moments,
Find yourself in a comfortable place to be.
Move around if you need to.
And then find stillness.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale out of your mouth.
As you inhale,
Clear your mind.
And as you exhale,
Relax your body.
Inhale,
Clearing the mind.
And exhale,
Relaxing the body.
Give yourself another full breath.
And as you exhale,
Sigh out the energy.
So breathe in.
BOOM!
Let it go.
Now take a body scan and notice any places in your body that feel a little tight or tense.
Notice any places where that tension may be caused from you holding on to something that's no longer yours.
This could be a past event.
It could be a relationship.
Could be anything that just feels heavy.
That you would like to release.
And notice all of the areas in your body.
What spots are holding that tension?
What spots feel stuck with old,
Stale energy?
And start to send some breath there.
Even have the breath be a little energized,
Taking a bigger inhale.
New energy in.
And then exhaling out.
Focusing all of your attention on those stuck places in your body,
Those places that feel tight or tense.
Breathe in new energy,
New life.
And exhale,
Release it out.
Imagine with each breath you're bringing in new experiences,
New opportunities to have something be different.
New opportunities to release what's no longer serving you.
Now focus not only your attention,
But your intention to let go on those places that are tight.
Big breaths in,
Big new energy coming in.
And slow exhales,
Letting stale energy out.
Continuing that,
Continuing to have your inhales be longer than your exhales,
Your inhales be full of life force.
Full of vibrancy.
Full of the essence that you want to embody.
And if your body,
Your physical body,
Starts to feel tense,
Don't be afraid to give it a little movement.
Don't feel stuck within your own physical body.
Allow yourself to expand both your breath your energy,
And your own life force.
What is there that you want to release?
What is no longer meant for you,
That it's time to cut the cord.
Keep focusing your attention on those stuck places of energy in your body.
And keep focusing your intention.
On releasing that energy out.
Longer inhales.
Slower exhales.
Little movements,
Always available.
Let the energy build.
And then let it out.
And you may even want to welcome in some sound.
Any releases could be sighs,
Could be grunts.
Moans,
Yells,
Whatever you need to let go.
Focusing your attention on the places in your body that are heavy.
Focusing your intention on softening those places and cutting those cords.
Big,
Bold inhales.
Slow,
Deep exhales.
Now choose to move that into the mind.
Into the stories that are on repeat,
The stories that you may keep telling yourself that also feel heavy.
What is on a loop in your own mind,
In your own thoughts?
That is no longer meant for you.
Let's let those old stories go.
With intention,
We take long,
Deep breaths in.
Rewriting the stories.
Building new ones.
And slow exhales up.
Big inhales,
Big new energy,
New possibilities,
New opportunities.
And slow exhales out.
And keep working with that energy,
That breath.
Big inhales,
Slow exhales.
Attention on the mind.
Intention to write your new stories.
Again remembering that none of this is a right or a wrong None of this is a good or a bad.
It's just a release.
It's an experience that it's time to move on from.
Time to move on from the tension in the body.
The weight that you're physically carrying.
Time to move on from the stories in your mind.
Big bold inhales.
Slow exhales.
Welcome any little movements.
Welcome any sounds.
Welcome anyways,
For you to release.
For you to rewrite your own ending.
Big,
Bold inhales,
New energy coming in.
Slow exhales,
Release the old.
Big breath in.
Slow breath out.
And to close this meditation,
Create a small intention for yourself.
Something little but impactful.
Something meaningful to help you move on to what's next.
Say your intention out loud to yourself.
Say it out loud as many times as you need.
Letting this new intention imprint in your mind.
Letting yourself feel this new intention in your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Keep taking in new air,
New air.
And then sigh it out of your mouth.
Repeat your intention.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
New opportunities.
And sigh it out of your mouth.
Once more,
Repeat your intention.
Once more,
Take a big,
Loud breath.
And let yourself re-enter the world.
A little lighter.
With new energy to step forward.
