First of all,
How we're doing emotionally.
So we're bringing awareness into our heart center.
Just to check what's happening there.
Is it quiet?
Is it tight?
Is it expanded or tense?
We're bringing awareness to our mind.
To see what's going on with mental activity right now.
We want to see also which part of the head is affected by the mental movement.
Then we're bringing awareness to our physical body.
Just checking if there's any physical sensation.
Comfortable or not comfortable.
And let's check a general level of nervousness.
Like tension in the body,
A general sensation.
Then let's shift more subtle into our energy body.
Let's observe how is the flow from heaven to earth.
Through the front of our body,
Is it free?
Is it moving outside the body and inside the body?
How is the flow of energy in the front,
Deep inside the body?
And further out,
Away from the body,
Because it has a spectrum.
How is the flow of energy in the back?
Again,
From heaven to earth.
Like a golden light or golden waterfall should flow down.
Is it happening?
And again,
We can always check inside the body,
Outside the body.
How is the flow from heaven to earth on the left side of our body?
And how is it on the right side?
Then we're shifting to check our aura,
The energy field around the body.
If you're familiar with your aura,
You just bring awareness to that space.
If not,
You're just visualizing a space around your body.
Whatever distance comes automatically for you.
And then ask yourself,
What do I feel in that space?
Feel,
You can also see,
Some people see colors,
But it doesn't matter.
What is the experience?
Wonderful.
Then we're just taking a minute to affirm and understand what's happening,
Who we are.
So we are everything,
You are everything.
Your mind has the capacity to be the whole creation.
And to be a person in the same time.
And you are that.
You are nothing,
Or you can say everything.
And you are something called you in the same time.
Nothing and everything is not the same.
Nothing is before something.
And you are the nothing before everything.
That very awareness that allowed you right now to check all these things that we checked.
Is the expression of the nothing.
And the nothing in the something is the first moving part of the nothing as it moves into manifestation creation.
So your awareness is the key for your salvation.
And salvation means exactly that,
Realizing the truth.
Realizing that you are that infinite being in infinite ways of manifestation.
And being that,
Not only knowing that,
Being that and using it for your healing,
For the wellness of others.
So from that wisdom that we must understand,
Know and live and be.
We would like to harmonize what is out of order,
Out of tune.
Now infinity is never out of tune,
Only finity can be mistuned.
So all those things within us that come and go,
They are mistuned.
The awareness that observes it,
Observing it,
Never will be tinted with any difficulty or any problem,
Never.
Never be tinted by life or death.
Never be tinted by time and space.
It's infinite,
It's forever.
Never being born and never dies.
So let's use this sacred ability that we all have to realize all there is in an instant.
And use it to harmonize all those parts within us that are not now in tune,
In harmony.
With that infinite being which we are.
And we know they are out of tune because we feel them,
Maybe we suffer from them.
But that part that sees the suffering is perfectly perfect,
Never had any problem.
Never will have problem.
So let's use this beautiful awareness that we all have.
And focus on our nervous system.
As we're focusing on our nervous system,
We're focusing as the infinite,
Not as the person.
Because the person identity is mind,
The tension created by the mind.
So we want to widen to infinity and from there to deal with the tension.
Let's observe the tension,
Observe that sense of nervousness.
And try to identify its pattern all over the body.
There's that knowledge now on the mushroom,
On mycelium,
Network.
The tension is a network.
When your mind is identifying that network,
Then you can transform it.
This network of tension is in a very specific layer right now.
It's not deep inside necessarily or way out.
Try to localize it.
It's in your breath.
It's in your emotion.
It's in your mind.
It's in your cells.
But try to observe it very,
Very clear.
When you're honed on it,
When you're exactly on it,
Then you're invited to synchronize with the infinite creation,
With infinite space,
Which you are as well.
Nothing stands awareness,
Nothing.
But you have to be at it.
You have to stay at it.
The minute the awareness is being hijacked by the thought,
Just bring it back to what you're doing.
Awareness is exactly like fungus mold.
That what they do,
They transform everything back to its original elements.
Anything that dies,
Immediately it gets filled with those fungus and it gets transformed back to its elements.
That's exactly what awareness does on a spiritual level.
It will transform everything that is misaligned into unity.
You just have to make sure that it's on it,
On the misalignment.
That's all your job.
If you find it difficult to maintain your mind stable,
You can always use the breathing.
You inhale to the area of tension and you exhale and you soften it.
But don't use the breath for a long time because it will keep you on the physical level.
Just use it a little bit and then drop it back to just pure awareness.
Now shifting awareness into the heart center.
Always as the infinite being,
Always.
And from there we're observing the heart center and inviting it to synchronize.
Exactly the same.
All your existence must be in complete communication with Source,
With all there is.
If you feel part of your existence tense,
Just invite it to synchronize.
Let's shift awareness to the solar plexus and invite it to do exactly the same as the infinite consciousness which you are.
To synchronize and harmonize.
So we are awareness,
We're uniting the infinite with the tension and we let them harmonize.
And then let's shift upwards to the third eye and do exactly the same,
Invite it to harmonize.
And now again check your physical body and see if there's any part which feels tense and do the same,
Invite it to harmonize with Source.
We have to allow our system to move into the no-thing.
No-thing meaning no mental movement because the mind is what is.
We want to go before is-ness.
To that sense of being with zero movement or with zero focus.
So for that we're inviting the mind to drop completely.
So we don't look for something,
We don't harmonize anything.
And it's not important if something still feels off,
It doesn't matter really.
What matters is to drop the mind.
Not to be interested in anything right now.
As we're dropping the mind it becomes obvious that we still hear 100%.
But we hear as essence,
Not as the expression of that essence,
As something.
So all the senses are functioning beautifully.
The mind is extremely expanded.
The human form,
The physical form feels much better.
Yet there is a sensation of all there is.
There's no outside,
There's no inside.
The sounds that come from outside,
I'm that.
The body,
I'm that.
Infinity,
I'm that.
When you're in that state,
If you still have some discomfort in your system,
Or not discomfort but separation,
You can always invite those parts to continue and synchronize.
And the deepest bliss is when the whole system is completely unfelt in a way,
In a state of complete being and zero separation.
Because this is the most transformational state and space to be.
Let's invite those that are not sharing with us this space at this moment to be with us.
And like you adjusted and synchronized your own discomfort and imbalance,
From that infinite position you can invite and do the same for others,
Exactly the same.
Because as infinity you are everything.
And when you hold this consciousness of everythingness,
Everything that entered to that space,
Sacred space of consciousness,
Will transform to its essence.
Exactly like the mushrooms.
They transform physical into its element.
Awareness transforms physical into consciousness.
So let's invite loved ones,
Friends,
Anyone you want,
Into this space.
And invite them to be part of you as infinity and to heal as tempt.
The same you can invite the whole humanity.
You can invite the planet,
Animals,
Trees,
Plants.
So when we move out of this meditation,
Of course when the body moves,
The chi,
The prana starts to circulate faster.
And then it's affecting the mind immediately.
And it starts to move.
And again move back into the ego identity,
Because that's how it used to be.
So first of all,
Just by making sure you're entering to this state as much as possible,
The illusion will not grasp you completely.
You can operate in the illusion,
But in the way stay aware of that in the same time.
Number two is to pay attention to what you're doing.
This will keep the mind,
Again,
Away from the illusion and more in the truth.
Pay attention to the most simple movement,
What you touch,
How you walk,
Everything.
Make your daily movement and daily activity into your practice.
Number three is gratitude and humbleness.
Try to incorporate gratitude and humbleness as much as possible in whatever you do.
Try not to do things automatically.
When you drink something,
Just look at it for a second.
Say thank you when you eat,
Thank you.
When you meet people,
When you look at the trees,
Everything.
Then your mind will stay open and your heart will stay open and you're safe.
If negative thoughts come and you keep awareness,
You have space to decide what to do with them.
They will not hijack you so easy.
And if they do,
You wake up and you let go.
