Let's start by giving gratitude that we are here together.
Gratitude for the breath that we're breathing.
Gratitude for being on this planet.
Gratitude for bringing us to this moment.
So we can connect to source,
To freedom,
To the truth that is beyond everything.
Let's bring our awareness inwards and observe how the breath moves in the body,
Guiding it gently to the lower part of the body,
Directing the breath all the way down to the pelvic floor.
Let's widen our awareness,
Visualizing that when we inhale,
We're pulling the breath together with life force in a form of golden light above our head from infinity.
And when we exhale,
We're spreading this beautiful quality all over the body,
Inhaling the life force,
Visualizing a golden light entering together with the breath when you inhale.
And when you exhale,
Visualize that it's spreading all over the body to nourish it,
To cleanse it,
To soften all tension,
To help the breath move deeper.
Let's bring our awareness to our head,
To our forehead,
To our eyes,
And allow them to soften,
To relax.
Let's soften our facial muscles,
Our tongue and our jaw.
And again,
Allow it to relax,
To soften.
Let's soften our chest,
Feel that it's so soft and gentle,
That when the breath enters to your chest,
It has no resistance and it fills up in a very soft and comfortable way without any force.
Let's relax the shoulders and the arms,
The ribcage,
Feeling that when we inhale,
There's a lot of space that the ribcage is creating for the breath naturally to fill up the lungs.
Let's relax the diaphragm,
The area of the solar plexus,
So there will not be any resistance for the breath to move deep into the body.
Let's soften our abdomen and feel that there's a lot of space in the abdomen to receive the breath.
The inner organs are soft,
The lower back is soft,
The front is soft,
So when the breath makes its way down into the body,
There's no resistance.
Let's shift our awareness to our lower abdomen,
Allowing this area,
Like a belt,
To soften front,
Sides and back.
And as it softens,
It allows the life force and the breath to move deep in,
To fill it up with no tension,
With no force,
As if it's relaxing and inviting the breath to move in and to nourish it.
Let's relax the pelvic floor,
Feeling the warmth and the expansion of that area as it opens to all directions and facilitating this filling up of the life force into the whole body.
When the pelvic floor relaxes,
The breath enters from heaven and fills up the whole body.
And then when we exhale,
The pelvic floor gently moves up,
Naturally,
With no force,
And the breath moves back out and out.
Let's observe this magic exchange,
This natural way that life gives us life,
And as we relax more,
There's more space,
More nourishment,
As if the life force,
The breath,
The relaxation can enter and penetrates to any corner,
Distant corner,
In our body.
And now let's shift from the controlled breathing or the physicality of it,
Let's observe that actually that nourishment that takes place in a physical way through the breath is actually happening also without the breathing.
Let's pay attention to the vibration all over our body,
And let's acknowledge that that vibration is inside the body and outside the body in the same time.
And as we facilitate it by relaxing so more breath can enter into the body,
Let's now facilitate the movement of energy,
The nourishment of energy,
Again by relaxing and connecting each and every part of our body to the life force,
To the prana,
Chi,
That vibration that is constantly available for us,
And in fact it's who we are.
So let's bring back our awareness to our head and try to recognize that your head is vibrating,
That your forehead vibrates,
Your face,
Your lips,
Your nose,
Your ears,
And let's invite that sensation of vibration in the head to expand outside the head,
So we feel that the head is actually part of the energy field surrounding it.
Let's shift our awareness lower to our throat,
To our shoulders,
Arms,
Fingers,
And the same let's feel that they are vibrating,
They are vital,
They are alive.
And once we get the sensation of vibration,
Let's expand our awareness outside and acknowledge that outside is vibrating exactly like inside.
In fact there is no really inside and outside,
It's all one energy field,
The whole creation is vibrating.
Only our mind is,
By wrong habit,
Constantly shutting this connection,
And now we're opening it.
Let's shift into our chest,
Into our abdomen,
Into our lower abdomen and pelvic floor,
And again acknowledge that they are vibrating,
They are alive.
And here as well,
Now widen your awareness outside the body to feel that that vibration is inside and outside the same,
All around your body and inside your body,
It is all vibrating,
Alive.
Those who are sensitive to colors might see colors here,
Those who are connecting to energy through images might see images.
Please don't look for something,
Just acknowledge the energy field and the way it comes will come naturally to you.
It's effortless.
Then let's shift our awareness down and include the legs,
Top and bottom,
The feet,
Toes,
To feel that the whole body is vibrating,
It's completely alive,
And it's uniting with its vibration,
With the space around it.
If you cannot feel the whole body,
It doesn't matter,
Just acknowledge that wherever you're feeling that is vibrating,
Try to acknowledge that that vibration is also as well outside the body.
And then gradually,
Gradually,
You can acknowledge that that vibration,
For example,
Is not only in your hands or your fingers,
It is everywhere.
We have to be patient with the mind,
Because we're teaching it to recognize something very subtle,
That normally it's not aware of.
Now let's emphasize the awareness that that vibration we're feeling in the body is in fact in the whole creation,
Everywhere.
Let's try to feel it,
To experience it directly.
For that we need to allow our mind to expand,
Just to allow it,
You know,
You don't need to push it or to visualize it,
Just need to allow your mind to be opposite than only in the body,
To be boundless,
Infinite.
The opposite of human tendency to shrink it constantly into the size of the human form.
On the contrary,
Let it expand,
Let it be boundless,
Infinite,
Because this is its nature,
That's how it functions the best.
So once we feel that the whole creation vibrates,
The same as your body,
We move into the feeling and the acknowledgement that my body is creation.
Yeah,
I don't feel that I'm ending in my skin,
I don't feel that I end at all,
I'm boundless.
This is not a theory,
It's not philosophy,
This must be direct experience.
This direct experience is taking place when you allow your mind to be infinite and it's in infinity,
It connects inside the body and outside the body,
And those vibrations mix completely.
Then you know you are infinite,
There is no doubt,
No question,
It is just it is as it is.
The next step is to invite the tension in the body,
In the human form,
Which is the,
It is the result of living constantly in an ego-bound identity that pulls the energy in constantly,
It creates so much tension,
Physical,
Emotional,
Psychological.
And even when we're opening to our boundless being,
The tension takes time until it resolves,
Until it's released and relaxed.
So let's dedicate our awareness to soften the tension,
To invite the tension,
To synchronize,
To harmonize with the infinite space which we are.
For that,
Most important,
And this is the most powerful breakthrough for human beings,
Is the realization that you are that infinite being,
So you don't push the tension from inside out,
You are the infinite,
Infinite creation,
Calling parts of it,
Which is that human being we called me,
I,
To soften into yourself.
So the infinite being,
The infinite I is calling the illusory I home to relax,
To synchronize.
That I identity is really a thought,
It's only a thought.
When that thought dissolves in the infinite consciousness,
Then immediately you know who you are.
As infinity,
Let's invite the heart center,
The heart chakra,
To expand into its infinite boundless expansion.
I'm calling my heart chakra to open,
Relax and expand into the boundless being which I am.
Right now you're functioning as creation,
Calling a part of itself,
The heart chakra,
To unite.
Your mind is boundless,
Your energy is boundless,
Your heart chakra becomes as well boundless.
Let's connect to our nervous system.
When I say nervous system,
I mean that sensation of nervous energy in the body.
And again,
As infinity,
Call that nervous system to synchronize,
To soften the tension accumulates in it,
Into the whole creation.
I'm inviting the tension accumulating in my nervous system to synchronize and soften.
With infinity am I.
Okay,
So your mind is the whole creation,
Calling part of it to synchronize with the whole.
Let's take a minute and pay attention if there is any leftover tension,
Could be emotional residue,
Could be physical tension,
Could be mental tension.
I just invite wherever you feel is pulling in,
As in it's not in accord with the infinite vibration which you are,
Just call it to synchronize.
Now let's take advantage for the fact that we are here together,
Light beings,
Brothers and sisters on the spiritual path.
Let's visualize that we're forming a circle without losing that infinite being,
Sensation,
Experience.
But visualizing that while holding that boundless being,
We are locating ourself in a circle and intuitively place yourself in that circle wherever you want.
And we start to feel the power that we're sharing to support each other through love,
Through acknowledgement that we are together.
So we can inhale the nourishment from each other and we can exhale to nourish each other.
Without any effort it comes naturally.
Let's bring to this beautiful circle of light anyone we know needs support at this moment.
And by you keeping that attitude of infinity that helps you relax,
Dissolve all tension,
Just be with them as infinity so they can soften exactly the same.
So when you meditate on your own,
You can go with this process of synchronization and softening tension into infinity.
And then after you're doing that,
The next step which we're not going to go into right now,
But you can do it on your own,
Is softening the mind completely and stop putting any effort.
So the mind becomes no thing.
And as the mind dissolves and dissolves and dissolves,
There is no mind being,
But what stays is being.
So the sense of being is way beyond the mind.
