Sacred Existence

By consciously choosing to embrace and embody these high vibrational feelings, we unlock a deep connection to the energy that permeates the cosmos. While we recognize that external factors can influence our choices, we affirm that the decision to vibrate at a higher frequency is within our control. Through conscious intention, we can choose to align ourselves with love, bliss, unity, pure consciousness and gratitude, regardless of the variables that life presents to us.

Okay, Let's start. And today I want to guide the meditation towards sacred existence. And just a few words about what does it mean, What does it mean to me. What I realize is that everything is a vibration and everything is a choice. Yeah, So creation is, Before creation there is no thing, There is just pure vibration, Pure consciousness. That's before creation. And the minute creation starts, Starts vibration and we are that vibration. So we can choose what level of vibration our mind will produce in order to synchronize with the vibration that we want to live in. Yes, So we can live in a horrible vibration, It's called hell, When our mind is dealing with really, Or producing very negative existence. Or we can live with very high vibration, Like love, Like gratitude, Like unity, Like pure consciousness, Like bliss, And then our mind, Not and then, Because our mind is producing the highest vibration. So the aim of this meditation is to clarify for all of us that it is a choice to vibrate where we want and where we choose to vibrate. And not to think that life is coming from outside and I have no choice. It's true that there is a lot of variables in life that do not depend on us, But what for sure depends on us is how we perceive life and what is the choice of the level of vibration I'm choosing to vibrate in. And from my own experience, What I see is that the highest vibration is when the mind and the heart are uniting into one vibration. And then the perception of life comes from that place, When the mind and the heart are vibrating together, And as a result, Whatever we see, Whatever we hear, All our perception is filtered with that vibration of mind and heart. So let's focus the meditation on that, To train in that, Because it takes training, It takes awareness. And then our life will be nice, Just nice, Very, Very nice. Even if it's not always nice, It will be nice, Because we choose to vibrate high. So let's first create some space and peace within us by just focusing a little bit on the breathing, The tension, How the breath moves in, Moves out. See if you can recognize already what's between your mind and your heart. Are they vibrating the same, Or is there some kind of a distance? Is there some distance between mind and heart? Or maybe distance is not the right word, Maybe the right word is not the same vibration. Just check for yourself. Okay? And then to start to harmonize, Let's pay attention to the breath even more, Just try to be clear where is it going and maybe where is it not going. Try to be clear if you can recognize areas that are kind of resisting the free flow of the breath. If you do recognize some tension inside you, In the chest, In the solar plexus, Or any other place or any other form, Continue to stay aware of your breathing, But try to be aware in the same time of the area of tension and just encourage it to soften. So when you exhale, Get a sense of dropping, Softening, Letting go, Something like that. Yes, So when we're exhaling, Something goes deeper, Something softens, Something opens up. And for that space that opens up, We're inhaling again and releasing more and creating more space. We have to acknowledge and to remember that the highest vibration there is, Is when we feel that everything is united. As long as we feel separation between me and me, Between me and others, Between me and my body, Between me and the world, And just needing to use the word or the sensation of I and the world, Then the vibration is not very high or not high enough. So keep on going. The vibration cannot reach very high vibration when we are still in the physical form. So if I'm trying to reach high vibration, But my awareness is limited to the size of the body, Then I'll be limited in the experience. We must expand to infinity to raise vibration. So let's raise vibration by expanding our awareness to the whole creation. Allow your mind to expand, Remembering that our existence is a decision. And as we're shrinking our awareness small to the size of the body, Of the I of the ego, Then the vibration goes lower. As we're expanding further out in the aura, Further out, Further out into infinity, Vibration goes higher. So let's expand directly and allow our mind and allow our heart to reside in the whole, Whole creation. It's no problem. You just say, I'm allowing mind and heart to expand to infinity. And that's what's happening. And then to help more, We continue to synchronize with the breathing, But this time we're breathing with awareness of infinity. So we inhale from infinity into the body and we're exhaling back to infinity. So slowly our system relaxes, Vibration becomes more harmonious. As with that awareness of infinity, Again check if there's any tension inside your system, In your mind, In your emotions. And as you exhale, Just allow it to expand. Let's pay attention to our energy body because maybe we don't feel any tension in the physical form and our mind is pretty relaxed. But maybe there is some tension in the energy body, Meaning that you might feel that there is vibration that is not balanced in your aura or somewhere in the body. Something vibrates in a way that doesn't feel comfortable, Doesn't feel right. So again, Check it with your awareness. And if that's the case, Just go there with your awareness and allow it to soften. And then let's acknowledge the presence of each other, To support each other, Raise vibration. And just the fact that we're acknowledging that we are sharing the same place, The same now space, Already supporting each one of us to raise vibration by receiving and giving to the others. Okay, And now let's practice sacred existence. And let's use our mind for that, Our imagination for that. So just think about somebody you love and visualize that you are sharing space with this person right now. And allow your heart and their heart to communicate. And feel that they are a divine expression of the creation. And allow both your vibration and the other person's vibration to synchronize. And like this experience the sacred existence. Then you can move to another person and see if you can feel the same thing. Meaning that your heart and their heart vibrating in the same way and you feel that you are both divine expressions that communicate with each other or communicate with itself. And now let's shift to a beautiful scenery, Maybe where you go for a walk or any place that you can think about that is quite mundane, That you pass that place every day. And see if you can visualize the trees, The scenery, Whatever you see when you walk. See if you can feel that that external scenery and your heart are communicating into sacred existence. Meaning that all that you see outside and your heart are vibrating in harmony. Then visualize your home where you are sitting right now and the other rooms and spaces in your home. And again feel that it's all vibrational existence. It doesn't matter if it's walls or chairs or sofa or TV. It's all vibrating with your heart. As if everything you look at, You listen to, You're touching or touches you is divine expression of creation. Meaning that you're communicating with life from your heart. And if there's anyone that you feel that is in need for support, That although you feel this vibration, They don't because they're suffering in this moment, Just invite them to this space that you created just by synchronizing your heart with sacred existence. And feel that the healing is moving into them as well. The harmony moves into them as well. This work that we do is very important. It's very practical and very useful. And it's a choice. It's a choice how we want to vibrate in our existence. It takes a lot of commitment because life pulls us to very low vibration. Especially with news, With media, Social media and thought that habitually runs in our mind. We're lowering vibration. We move ourselves out of sacred existence completely. So I want to encourage us all to vibrate the highest possible for our sake and the sake of loved ones and the whole creation. Because the higher we vibrate, Life on planet earth improves for everybody. So thank you so much for joining the meditation. All the best to everybody.
