So we can start.
Before we go deeper into the meditation,
I just want to share a few words about the importance I feel is to take care of the body.
Because what I see very,
Very clearly is that when the body,
And especially when the mind,
Is not checked,
Meaning I'm not talking about uncontrolled thoughts.
I'm not talking about that.
I'm talking about a sense that the body doesn't feel well enough so the mind can be concentrated.
And of course sometimes life is way,
Way too much and we cannot do anything about it.
But sometimes this is a self-harm,
You can say.
And it's just maybe a wrong diet,
Or maybe not sleeping enough,
Or whatever.
But I just want to say that we need to really pay attention.
I'm talking to myself,
Of course.
And if it's relevant for you,
You take it on.
That it's very important,
I feel,
To make sure that our body can be the right place or the right anchor for our mind so the mind can go deeper into no mind.
Maybe you know what I'm talking about.
I hope you don't.
But if you do,
Just make sure that you do whatever you can to make sure that the real work that we need to do in order to be able to use the mind,
To calm the mind,
The body allows that to take place.
And it's not all over the place physically or emotionally,
That there is no way we can access peace.
So let's bring our awareness inwards and let's see what's going on inside.
That simple action of bringing awareness inwards,
When the body is really not okay,
And the emotions are very,
Very strong,
And the mind is all over the place,
Sometimes it's very difficult to do.
So I hope that's not the case for you right now.
I really hope so.
But if it is,
I want to start this meditation as if it is,
Because it's useful for all of us.
And the way we connect or use awareness when we feel unwell has to do with pushing or guiding with a bit of force the energy to go the way we need it to go.
Like forcing it.
Because sometimes if the system is really out of order,
If we don't force the energy,
The opposite force is too strong for the mind to calm down.
So the most common imbalance that we encounter is when the energy goes up and agitates the mind and agitates the heart.
And agitates the upper part of the body.
So it's very difficult to calm the mind,
What we want to achieve when we meditate.
So the most common forcing energy is downwards.
Sending it forcefully downwards.
How do we do that?
We do it in combination between the breathing and visualizing that the energy flows downwards.
We can visualize it as water rushing down or a stream of light.
Whatever image comes to you,
It doesn't matter.
And it all will work.
It doesn't really matter.
So let's practice it.
So I want to invite you to close your eyes.
And I want to invite you to self-diagnose how is the energy flowing right now.
Can you notice that it's flowing backwards,
Meaning upwards instead of downwards?
It's very common when we start meditation,
Even if we don't face a really strong tsunami,
Emotional or mental tsunami.
It's very common.
The symptom of backflowing or upflowing energy is shortness of breath.
It's a tension in the head.
It's a sense of pressure building up from the eyes,
In the eyes or in the forehead.
Maybe some ringing in the ears.
And the sense that the mind doesn't stop.
It's like all the time trying to think about something.
If you look more energetically,
Not only symptomatically like this.
So energetically there is a sense of exactly like this.
It's a backflowing energy as if there is a wind or some kind of force that flows in the body upwards and gives you an uncomfortable feeling.
I didn't mention the emotion.
Reverse energy emotions are not comfortable.
It can be sadness,
It can be a sense of anxiety,
It can be a sense of fear or just a sense of I don't feel well emotionally.
So now let's practice forcing energy down,
Forcing it.
So let's say combine visualization and the breath.
And we don't need to breathe really strong,
But we need to breathe in an ordered way.
So we inhale into the head.
And when we exhale,
Let's visualize that we're pushing the energy down,
Forcing it down.
We can have an image or can bring an image of a water that flowing down strong.
Or like a light that flows down strong.
Or anything else that works for you.
And here is a theory that we need to understand because it really works like this.
Energy follows image.
Energy follows image.
So when the image is of a flow downwards,
The energy will follow and there is no other way.
For sure it's going to work,
100%.
So let's inhale to the head.
And then exhale and visualize that you're forcing the energy or the water downwards.
Downwards I mean to the lower part of your body,
To the legs,
To your feet and deep into the earth,
Like rooting down.
Let's continue each one on its own rhythm.
If you just felt the very small symptoms of relaxation,
Like more saliva,
More softness in your face,
The breath goes deeper,
It means that you're on the right track,
100%.
If you continue more and more,
You'll get better and better and better.
Okay,
Let's do the same in the back.
So we inhale to the head and when we exhale,
We visualize that we're forcing,
Pushing the energy strong,
Down our back,
The back of the legs,
The feet,
The sole of the feet,
Rooting into the earth.
Okay,
Let's do it.
Okay,
And let's continue exactly the same technique on both sides of the body,
Left and right,
Inhaling to the head and forcing the energy down the sides of the body,
Down the legs,
Same feet and deep rooting into the earth.
Beautiful,
And now let's do four directions in the same time,
Inhaling to the head,
When you exhale,
You force the energy front,
Sides and back in the same time.
You can visualize golden light washing down and cleansing,
You can visualize a beautiful waterfall of spring water washing down,
Anything that works for you.
Okay,
Because we're talking like more kind of emergency,
Although I hope everybody is feeling good already,
But we're taking an example of when we don't feel good and we need more forceful meditation to start with.
Okay,
So let's continue and now push the energy out,
Yeah,
Out like the sun.
Okay,
So right now let's inhale to the solar plexus or to the abdomen and when you're exhaling,
Let's visualize that we're expanding bright,
Bright light from the center of our body out into the whole creation.
Remember that the energy follows image,
So it's clear the image of brightness,
Of expansion,
Of light,
The faster and the stronger is the result of what you're doing.
Keep on breathing like this and allow yourself to visualize that the light that emanates or emanating fills up the whole creation with staggering light.
Wonderful.
Now let's let go of the controlled breathing and let's pay attention to the awareness capacity,
To the fact that we have the capacity of awareness.
That awareness is the most sacred aspect of our existence.
Remember,
Your awareness is the most sacred aspect of your existence because awareness is the only thing that is forever,
The only thing in you that is forever,
Only awareness.
The same awareness that is now aware of what we're doing,
The meditation,
Or aware of anything,
Any mundane activity,
The same awareness will be with you when you die,
It was with you when you were born,
And it is forever.
This awareness,
In fact,
Is the truth of who you are because this is the only thing that is forever,
It means this is you,
The rest comes and goes.
Awareness is not really meant only to help us be aware of what we're doing.
Awareness is the moving part of consciousness.
When our mind,
The moving part,
The mind that thinks all over the place,
Is uniting with awareness,
Then we know the truth immediately.
How do we unite the mind with awareness?
It's actually straightforward.
We just don't think for a second.
And then something stays.
This is awareness,
And this is pure awareness.
So,
Allow your awareness to be conscious of its boundless being.
Awareness is not meant to be confined only to this little person we call me because awareness is infinity itself.
And you have the capacity to become that infinite being or to acknowledge that.
So,
Allow yourself or your awareness to expand boundlessly and allow yourself to rest in that boundless being which you are.
The fact that you are boundlessly expanded it doesn't mean that you don't have symptoms right now.
Maybe you still have headache or maybe your emotions are heavy.
Yeah,
We can take care of it later.
But number one and most important is to acknowledge the truth of who you are.
So,
As the infinite source or infinite boundless awareness try to keep that state of infinity and at the same time,
Let's say,
Invite our heart center to soften,
To unite,
To dissolve into that infinite space which we are.
Okay,
So the whole trick here is to keep the awareness boundless and let the awareness recognize in the same time its infinite being and the heart space.
So,
The awareness is bridging between these two differences in congestion and inviting the higher congestion in the heart space to synchronize with the infinite space.
Every cell,
Every chakra every organ every atom of our existence is really yearning to feel its infinity.
So,
It's not only that the heart chakra is infinite your whole being is infinite and functions the best in the space of infinity.
Every cell,
Every atom that's the best space,
Environment it functions.
So,
Let's call our nervous system to dissolve into that infinite space.
Just connect without leaving that infinite space which you are acknowledging the same time an aspect of nervousness within you and call that nervousness to dissolve into that infinite being which you are.
Here we are training the mind to function completely opposite than normal.
Normally we identify as me and then there is the world outside and now the me is the whole creation looking or working with that personal aspect which is part of me.
Let's include into this process of invitation for synchronization a lot of compassion because being a human being is not an easy thing and many of our friends and family,
Brothers and sisters on this planet right now are facing a lot of difficulties a lot of tension and maybe ourselves as well facing a lot of difficulties and a lot of tension.
So,
It's beautiful to do this process of inviting for synchronization with a lot of love a lot of compassion a lot of softness to that part of us as a human being that find life difficult.
And as we harmonize the heart,
Center and the nervous system let's say invite our brain also to synchronize with the infinite being which we are.
Your real mind is the whole creation it's pure consciousness and part of this is your personal mind.
Invite them to communicate and to synchronize and to dissolve into each other.
Beautiful.

This process bound to work,
You know you are bound to succeed when you do it on your own.
Just remember that energy follows image.
When the image is clear the energy will follow it.
It must be like this.
Just be very clear what you are doing where you are directing the energy have a clear image and you are going to feel better.
So,
The steps that we followed number one we harmonize,
Harmonizing,
Force the energy front,
Back and sides then we did all four directions at the same time then we pushed the energy from center out and illuminated from the center the whole creation and then we shifted to become the whole creation and we called synchronization between the human form or the human being and the infinite being.
