Crown Chakra Opening

This is part three of the series and where we start our journeying through the inner energies, beginning with the Crown chakra. This chakra is our gateway to the universe, it heightens our awareness, deepens our understanding and strengthens our spiritual connection. The practice will bring focus, guidance, and vibrational energies from the crown crystal bowl, giving you the opportunity to clear and cleanse any stale vibes within.

Very effective visualization with the combination of purple mist and white light. Try letting it come up through all the chakras from crown and cycle back. Great voice and use of bells. Namaste.
