As you begin this meditation for anxiety,
Start with these positive affirmations.
I am present within myself.
I can centre myself with the ease of my breath.
I feel grounded,
Confident,
Worthy and whole.
Now soften your edges.
Smooth down your aura.
Start to allow your body,
Through the breath,
Become weightless.
Just breathe.
Begin to connect with the fear now.
And travel with your thoughts.
Let your thoughts drift in and out of your mind freely.
If some linger,
Just let them be.
Don't rush them or force them away.
As the ripples of fear pass through your body,
Do not resist them.
Welcome them in,
For this too will pass.
And when they are ready,
Give yourself permission to release them with peace and love.
Just breathe.
You are in control.
You are safe.
You have chosen to give yourself time to work with the fear and let it pass through you.
As it rises,
It will fall.
Let your energies expand and connect to the universe.
Let them too rise up to meet the fear.
Embrace the fear with your energy.
And then let it go.
When you let go,
Let the fear travel towards a golden light in front of you.
This beautiful light will absorb fear's energy.
And dissolve its power.
Without its power,
It can no longer consume your mind or your body.
This is where the journey of fear ends.
