In this meditation, we bring awareness to our Heart center, awakening our gratefulness, which we harbor but sometimes do not take time to express. We fill our trillions of cells with the attitude of gratefulness and allow us to overflow our love, compassion, joy, and blissfulness from our heart center to ourselves and out to the world. We bring awareness to the question ‘Who am I", seeking no answer but simply be!

Closing our eyes softly and again today we bring awareness to our heart center the sense of touch is the attribute of the heart center so bring awareness to the sense of touch of your feet to mother earth your eyes are softly closed,

Not squeezed,

Not scrunched and feel the sense of touch between your eyelids back of your palms your shoulders are relaxed,

Neck and spine aligned so far we have brought awareness to our heart center with the actions of grasping and holding by awakening the love and joy and blissfulness the attribute of our heart center,

Our true nature we have learned to let go from the point of ego and intellect from our fake identities that we create based on our first name and last names to increase our efficiency of the roles we play in the physical world as we awaken with our heart center air is the element of our heart center so as we gently bring both our palms at our heart right hand onto our chest left hand just below and around our navel keeping awareness to the sense of touch let's inhale and let your belly rise and as you exhale let your belly go in inhaling and exhaling at your own pace at your own comfort today as we bring awareness to the heart center let's be simply be letting go of past,

Future,

Judgement,

Analysis and simply be beautiful very gently bring both your palms back to your lap facing up throughout today whenever you bring awareness to your breath then just simply be be with your breath and settle in your true self,

True nature as you gently shift your awareness to mother earth towards your feet connected to mother earth bringing the sense of gratefulness towards mother earth as you gently pull up your energy from the feet supported by mother earth up to your ankles,

Up to your knees up to your thighs,

Towards your lower back,

Base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone simply be in a grateful state towards mother earth very gently bringing awareness towards your belly below your navel being grateful to the universe helping you to co-create your life gently shifting your awareness just above the navel being grateful to your own ability,

Your own transformation,

Your own will power and confidence towards your actions and interactions in the world gently shifting your awareness up to your heart center anchoring your awareness being grateful to the loving,

Compassionate,

Joyful,

Peaceful life through all your relationships through all the relationships of this physical world supported by mother earth allow that gratefulness to settle in your heart center as you feel that settled in your heart center very gently shift your awareness to the crown of your head as you invite this beautiful universal energy feeling grateful of your existence through the universe as you gently shift that universal energy being grateful to it towards your forehead being grateful to your inner wisdom,

Inner guidance,

Inner intuition and gently towards your throat center being grateful towards your own internal dialogue the dialogue and the thoughts,

The speech,

The conversation that's inspired by the universal energy the harmony that's created in our thoughts,

Speech and actions and as you gently connect that universal energy at your heart center with that supporting beautiful energy from mother earth filling your heart full of gratefulness being grateful to mother earth,

The creativity of the universe,

The ability of our own self the gratefulness of love and compassion from the world around us grateful for the universal energy,

Grateful for our inner wisdom and intuition grateful for our thoughts and speech inspired by the universe and allow this gratefulness to flow,

Overflow into the trillions of cells within your body as you awaken this pure love,

Pure joy,

Pure blissfulness which is our nature the true self simply stay at your heart center as you watch the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center basking in this pure silence,

Pure existence,

Pure blissfulness as we ask ourselves,

Who am I?

This is not an experience,

It's not any thoughts,

Sensations,

Images it's simply be so simply be at your heart center basking in this pure silence and pure awareness as we ask ourselves,

Who am I?

Very gently shifting your awareness to the breath at your heart center at the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center still basking in pure silence,

Pure existence pure blissfulness manifesting that pure love,

Joy and blissfulness of our heart center the heart chakra,

The anahat chakra,

The unstruct sound as you gently shift your awareness to your entire body,

Trillions of cells feel the lightness of the element air allowing your trillions of cells,

Your heart to touch your loved ones,

Your family,

Your friends,

Your community,

Your entire world touching through the element air,

Sending love,

Compassion and joyfulness from you to them let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I am loving,

Compassionate,

Joyful,

Blissful,

Peaceful,

Nourishing in every action and interaction with myself and others again take nice couple of deep inhale exhales let's gently place both our palms at our heart center as you again fill up your heart with love and joy and compassion and blissfulness allow it to vibrate and flow again in your trillions of cells awaken that energy with the sense of touch as you nicely inhale and exhale allowing it to manifest through you,

Around you beautiful couple of nice deep inhale,

Exhale out and gently bring both your palms together go ahead and rub them,

Place it onto your eyes gently massaging from head to toe,

Your neck and throat your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Palms,

Fingertips towards your lower back,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles and back to your eyes and you may open your eyes when you feel comfortable and I thank you all for joining me you you you
