
Letting Go Of Fear

This meditation is about bringing awareness to our fear, allowing our physiology to let go of that fear, at the same time balancing out our negative internal dialogue with positive affirmation towards that fear. It’s also about setting nourishing Intentions for the future to be hopeful against that fear. While affirmation is about present nourishing internal dialogue. Intentions are for a hopeful future for the universe to help us unfold for us.

Our eyes are softly closed,
Not squeezed,
Not scrunched.
You're feeling the sense of touch between your eyelids.
Unclench your teeth,
Relax your jaws.
As you bring a smile to yourself,
Full of love and joy from your heart center,
Be aware of the sense of touch between your lips.
Regently bring awareness to your feet.
They're firmly grounded,
Connected.
So today,
As you bring awareness to our thoughts,
That drifts away into past,
It drifts away into the wrong choices that we have made in past and regrets it.
It drifts away into the fear of future.
And it's okay.
As far as we are aware of those driftingness,
It's okay.
As far as we know that our mind just went into the dark tunnel of past or the fear of the future.
That's our first step of recognizing that.
So as you bring your awareness to your feet,
Your entire leg from your feet to your ankles to your knees,
Up to your thighs,
Towards your lower back,
At the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone,
Towards your lower back.
Let's first ask ourselves,
What is the fear,
The physical fear that you have?
The physical is material,
Social,
Financial,
Your physical health.
Only one prominent that just pops up in your head.
As you gently breathe in,
As if you're holding that fear into your entire legs and your lower back into your first energy center,
The root chakra.
Feel it.
Inhale and hold it tight and tense it as much as you can.
And very gently as you exhale,
Let it go.
A couple of big inhales and exhale and just an intention of letting that fear melt away.
Being released from the energy of your trillions of cells.
Now that you know what you'll be doing,
Again bring the same fear again into your awareness.
And as you hold it tight,
Maybe you'll find the less impact of that fear.
And as you exhale,
Gently let it go.
Do not worry whether you're doing right or wrong.
Do not worry whether this fear is melting away or not.
Let the energy and the memory of the trillions of cells do their work.
Beautiful.
Very gently awareness towards your belly.
Repping around towards your lower back.
As you inhale,
Again bring in the awareness to any emotional fear that you're holding.
And as you let go,
Feel you're letting it go.
So as your awareness is below your navel,
Again inhale,
Hold.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any emotional fear that you're holding.
Let's do it one more time.
Maybe you want some time to announce what is that fear to yourself and announcing to your trillions of cells that you're letting it go.
So as you inhale,
Let your belly rise.
Hold it.
And at your own pace,
At your own comfort,
Exhale.
Letting it go.
Beautiful.
Let's bring awareness to just above the navel.
And again,
As you bring your awareness above the navel,
As you inhale,
See your belly rise.
As you exhale,
Let your belly go in.
This time bring into awareness what is the fear.
That you hold towards action or inaction of yourself.
This energy center helps us move,
Act,
Carry out our plans and goals with the help of the fire element within us.
So what is that you're holding?
What is that fear in terms of acting,
In terms of movement?
Take few seconds as you bring that into awareness.
And let's again,
As you inhale,
Holding that fear.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of that.
One more time,
At your own pace,
At your own comfort,
Feel the hold.
Announce to your trillions of cells that this is how it feels to hold something which is not nourishing to us.
And as you let go,
Feel the lightness.
As you gently bring awareness towards your heart,
Your lungs,
Your shoulders.
And again,
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel the expansion and contraction of your heart center.
As you fill up your lungs with an inhale,
And as you let go,
Feel the contraction.
This time,
Bring into awareness the fear that we hold in terms of our social relationships.
Take few seconds in what is it that you want to let go.
And gently,
Let's again inhale,
Filling up our lungs and chest,
The entire chest cavity.
And at your own pace,
At your own comfort,
Exhale in feeling it,
Letting it go.
Beautiful.
Awareness at our throat center.
Take few seconds to bring into awareness what is it that you're holding in terms of expression.
What is it that you're not able to express with love and affection,
With a nourishing dialogue,
With yourself and with others?
What is something that comes up to you right now that you are fearful of and that's why you're holding that conversation,
Even with yourself,
Even as an internal dialogue or with others?
As you keep that in awareness,
Let's gently make a first of our palms.
As you squeeze your palms,
Bring your shoulders up towards your ears.
Hold it tight,
Tense it however it comes to you with the fear of holding of expression that you have in your awareness.
And with a big exhale,
Let it go,
Open up your fist as if it's going out in the universe,
Allowing it to bring back to you with a nourishing solution.
Let's again bring into the awareness what is that you want to express,
Even in terms of internal dialogue that you're holding,
That you feel like letting it go.
Bring into your awareness to your throat center as you gently make a first hold it,
Bring your shoulders up as you inhale.
And as you exhale,
Gently let it go.
Feel the breath at your throat center.
As you gently bring your awareness to your entire face,
Your forehead.
And gently bring into awareness what is your one strong perceived fear about future.
As you are at your forehead,
Connecting with the breath of your trillions of cells,
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
As you have brought into your awareness the fear that really comes out to you right now at this moment about future.
It's not just about us all.
We are connected to every being in this universe.
So whatever your fear is,
Bring that out into your awareness at your forehead.
And very gently let's go ahead and squeeze our eyes,
Our face,
Our jaws,
Squeeze it,
Scrunch it,
Tight it,
Hold it really hard.
With whatever fear is in your awareness and gently as you exhale let it go,
Relax your jaws,
Unclench your teeth,
Relax your eyes.
Feel the fear melting away.
As you gently shift your awareness to the crown of your head.
As you allow this beautiful divine healing,
Supporting energy entering through the crown of your head.
Awakening your connection to the physical world with the universe.
Connect and allow this beautiful divine energy.
As if all must shining the words all is well.
And reaching to your entire body trillions of cells.
As you gently,
Using your own imagination,
As if you're filling up this divine energy of love,
Joy,
Hope into the trillions of cells as it enters to your forehead.
The trillions of cells which are light are now fearless,
Ready to receive.
As you now allow yourself,
Using your own imagination,
To bring in a formation and intention to counterbalance that fear which is gone now.
Announce that to your trillions of cells.
If I have let go of that fear,
Then my formation is all is well.
And my intention is all is well for years and years to come.
As you're allowing that affirmation and intention to vibrate into the trillions of cells,
Be with yourself,
Be with your body,
Be with your breath,
With your soul.
And if your attention when drifted away,
Noises outside,
Sensation into your body,
Emotions,
That's okay.
All you have to do is gently come back to your own guidance,
To your own affirmation,
To your own trillions of cells connection,
To your breath.
As you gently shift your awareness from your forehead to your entire face,
To the base of your nostrils.
You continue to infuse that beautiful energy,
The universal energy surrounding us and within us,
Watching your breath going in and out.
With each inhale,
Feeling that supporting,
Loving energy.
And as you exhale,
Feeling the expansion of your own love and joy to the trillions of cells and to everyone around us.
As you're watching this dynamic exchange with the universe,
Feel empowered by this breath.
That no matter what goes around,
Universe is there supporting us with each breath we take in.
Let this affirmation come to you.
That universe nourishes me.
And with each breath out,
Knowing that now that we are nourished,
Are able to nourish others,
Everyone around us with this affirmation that I nourish the universe.
As you gently shift your awareness to your throat center,
Asking for the affirmation towards your answer to your emotional freedom,
Towards our own internal dialogue and communication with others.
Ask yourself what is your intention in terms of expressing your internal dialogue to yourself,
Your communication with others.
Let this affirmation vibrate into your trillions of cells that I will always express in the harmony of my thought,
Speech and action.
I will always express the truth.
And I will always express with love and compassion.
As you gently take a couple of nice inhale exhale reaching to your heart center,
Connecting with your heart the true blissful nature of our heart center.
Feeling the love and joy which is our true nature.
What is that you want to bring into your affirmation in terms of your social relationships?
What is your intention?
What is your intention for a hopeful future?
Our affirmations are at the present feeling and enjoying and experiencing that.
Our intentions are for future.
Become yourself and the trillions of your cells that I love.
I love myself.
I love my friends,
Family,
Neighbors,
Community and my entire world.
At present right now my heart is full of love and joy,
Vibrating and oozing out and reaching whoever is in need of it.
And as you gently shift your awareness towards your navel,
Towards your heart,
Your mind towards your solar plexus awakening your seat and center of transformation.
The center of action and movement,
Letting go of the fear.
What is that you want to affirm right now to your trillions of cells?
Gently asking what is your intention towards the plans and goals that use your own willpower and confidence to achieve it?
What is your intention towards that?
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I take all actions and interactions with a nourishing purpose for myself and others.
As you gently shift your awareness towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone,
What is your affirmation in terms of the physical and the material world?
What is that you want to affirm to the trillions of cells?
What is the intention that you carry for future?
What is that you want to announce right now to your trillions of cells for a future intention in terms of your physical world?
What is that you want to announce right now to your trillions of cells for a future intention and very gently affirm yourself announcing to the trillions of cells in your physical realm,
In your energetic field,
In your astral realm that I am strong and healthy,
I am joyful and energetic,
I am loving and compassionate and I am fearless of my future.
I have right to insist.
As you gently shift your awareness from your lower back to your mid back,
Upper back,
Back of your head,
Crown of your head and reaching trillions of cells connecting with each inhale and exhale.
Feel the lightness.
Feel the hope.
Feel the lightness.
Very gently.
Let's take couple of deep inhales and exhale and allow the universe to take care of the details.
Trust this process.
Allow your affirmations and intentions and desires to come true.
As universe works for its details to unfold it,
We truly do not worry how these intentions are going to come true.
We simply let it go.
And when we see it unfold for us,
We commit with 100% commitment with our will power and confidence with our own ability to finish the task of that intention that we had unfolded for us.
Again couple of nice big inhale,
Exhale out.
Very gently bring both your palms together.
Go ahead and rub them.
Place it onto your eyes and gently massaging from head to toe awakening yourself with subtle awareness to all your five senses of touch and taste and smell and sight and sound.
Connecting back to this physical world.
Massaging your neck and throat,
Your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your wrist,
Your lower back,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles and back to your eyes.
And whenever you are ready you may open your eyes.
