Today, Let’s Let Go to Receive. Let’s bring into awareness some Internal dialogue, experience, interaction, attachment, etc., that you want to let go, make a simple phrase and if you like, take a moment to write it down, to Let-go. For example, you feel “All is not well,” then write or think of a positive notion/affirmation/intention to replace the previously written phrase that you want to let go -for example, “All is well .“ We will prepare ourselves to let go and meditate to receive.

Let's go ahead and close our eyes.
Sit nice and tall.
If you are lying down it's okay.
Just relax yourself.
So very gently.
Today we want to bring into awareness something that we want to let go.
Just to start with a simple thing that you feel like letting it go.
As we talked about it's important to bring into awareness what we want to let go.
To identify what we want to let go.
It's very important and to accept and to confront it.
Sometimes we are in denial.
We think it's non-existing and we can put it in the corner of our heart somewhere.
But it's always there.
By identifying this way while we are sitting quietly or truly writing it down or sharing with others.
And then sharing,
Writing it down,
Sometimes just writing it down and tearing it off that page and flushing it out or burning it off truly transforms that energy which is within you which is stored now.
Every energy is transformed.
Nothing is destroyed.
So that negative energy which was within you could be could be transformed by sharing by talking about it.
By writing it down and then letting it go.
By EFT what Sue just showed us and many other ways,
Many other ways that can be brought about.
But first thing is to identify it.
Be peaceful with it.
Make peace with it and then letting it go.
After you confront in however way you want.
And sometimes you can do it alone on your own.
But identify do you need to do it can you do it by yourself or do you need to somebody else to help you out with that.
So today what we will do is something that we can do ourselves if it is a simple thing that's boggling your mind throughout the day.
Let's identify that.
Right?
And then you bring that awareness to it.
And then gently bring your awareness to your feet.
As if that internal dialogue is we realize it's stored in in our energetic field in our entire body wherever it is.
So as you bring your awareness to your feet just the feet hold it tight.
Tense it with a big inhale and with a big exhale as you are alone in your home safe and secure make a big ah and let it go.
As if now we don't even want to know whether it's you are letting go is going away that phrase that's something that you want to let go that something you have acknowledged ready to confront it.
Again gently bring awareness to your feet hold it tight and tense it and gently let it go as if it's melting away.
Don't worry if it's not just an intention of letting it go.
Awareness from your feet up to your legs to your ankles your knees your thighs your hips your lower back.
Go ahead and squeeze and tighten tense however it's coming to you.
We are all unique so it's okay.
Hold it and gently with a big exhale let it go.
Simply let it go.
Awareness towards your lower back your mid back your upper back your shoulders your arms your palms they're resting on your lap and as you gently slide your palms up towards your torso as you bring your shoulders up towards your ears hold it and relax and let it go back as if it's gone whatever was bothering you.
Again with a big inhale bring your shoulders up to your ears hold it and as you exhale let it go.
Very gently bring awareness to your palms make a fist and tight your fist your arms your elbows your shoulders with all your might hold it tight and tense it and gently let it go.
Beautiful.
Awareness to your face your jaws your eyes your entire face.
Go ahead and squeeze and crunch and tighten hold and tense and with big exhale let it go.
Again your entire body from your face your neck and throat your shoulders your arms make a fist your legs press your feet and again in unity your entire body hold it tight and tense it squeeze it with all your might truly intending to let go and feel lighter and lighter.
Beautiful.
Be with this flow of energy unblocked opened up ready to receive as you now gently place your palms facing up.
As we are ready to receive opening our heart bring into awareness that positive internal dialogue that phrase that you want to bring it to manifest in your trillions of cells in your energetic field in your astral field.
Take couple of inhale exhale as you gently bring both your palms towards your heart center go ahead and rub them and as you are doing so gently spread it out to your sides open your heart and as if now even the universe is helping you towards that internal dialogue and you know as you go by you can change that internal phrase if you want to it's okay.
As you bring it feel your feeling from the universe and very gently as if you are holding this big huge beach ball and then you're making it smaller and smaller like a little tennis ball as you bring those palms very gently towards your heart slowly feeling that love energy from the universe and placing into your heart.
Beautiful one more time open your heart bring your palms to the side scooping that beautiful universe energy the surrounding serene energy into your heart as you bring it to you.
Beautiful if you can try forming this beautiful lotus flower at your heart center to receive so you are just joining base of your thumb and your index finger pinky finger and opening your other three fingers like a little flower however it comes to you know hard and fast up here it's just the feeling of receiving but also this is called the mudra or the hand gesture of the Padma mudra where you are receiving and your nervous system is ready to receive is fully calm and concentrated all your no endings as we bring this awareness is working for you as you feel in your heart the phrase that you want to receive that you want to allow the universe to help you as you gently bring both your palms let your elbows touch each other and bring it to the crown of your head and feel as if you are truly receiving that beautiful divine energy the universal energy feel the flow of the energy in your palms as you gently bring it back to your heart and gently place your palms back to your heart beautiful very gently bring both your palms back to your lap allow them to face up again completely relaxing and ready to receive as you bring your awareness to the crown of your head now truly forming the thought we are replacing all the other thoughts with one truly focused one-pointed attention to the awareness of that positive internal dialogue that phrase you want all is well maybe that's for me today all is well for myself and everyone around the world always bring in that's nourishing to yourself and others as I say when we ask the nourishment for others as we you are included in that as you form that phrase I think you can think it without moving your tongue or lips literally replacing your other thoughts with this thought whichever you have chosen and now as you bring it towards your forehead announcing to the trillions of cells the change of that internal dialogue and if you want to today if that's not what you want to do then simply relax and be with your trillions of cells in this beautiful serene internal dialogue just quiet nothing beats silence the verbal silence when we do is the expansion of the inner silence in our wisdom so if that resonates to you do that as you gently feel each and every trillions of cells at your forehead inhaling exhaling rejoicing acknowledging towards your eyebrows to the softly closed eyes tip of your nose base of your nostrils as you feel the breath around your nostrils bring into awareness this understanding that everything is impermanent at the same time it is the law of giving and receiving it is also of letting go what we are holding and allowing something beautiful life-sustaining vital to us even if something is very nourishing to ourselves we need to let go to allow new beautiful nourishing thing to come to our life this also did tells us to stay detached to what comes and what goes if something negative happened to your life it's okay to let go because new beautiful thing comes to your life at the same time do know that something again might come that now it might not be nourishing to you and it's okay as far as you stay detached and ready to let go and not harbor it as you feel your awareness away from your breath to the center of your chin again and clench your teeth relax your jaws and bring that beautiful smile from that heart knowing all as well truly now feeling your internal dialogue that you have just introduced take a breath feel it as you feel the joy and the love for yourself in your smile as you gently bring awareness to your throat to your shoulders elbows wrist palms allow that beautiful universal energy to serene calm energy supporting your internal positive dialogue today as you pull in through the thousands of now endings of your fingertips up to your wrist up to your elbows up to your shoulders to the center of your throat maybe visualize yourself lying down wherever you want under the blue sky a beautiful serene blue sky as you stay at your throat center allowing this internal dialogue the internal communication at the communication center at your throat truly announce and communicate with yourself all is well and whatever you wanted to today as you are visualizing the serene blue sky lying on your back feeling that calmness the joyfulness continue to lie down watching that blue sky as you shift your awareness to your heart center as you're inhaling exhaling lying under the blue sky feel the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center the joy of that beautiful phrase that you have formed today the change in your internal dialogue now truly feeling joyful as you are lying down under the blue sky maybe stamp your feet like a little kid being joyful being happy knowing everything is wonderful with you at this point while you are lying down under the sky visualize yourself if you want to get up and skip around jump around sing around dance around do so you as you did come back to your chair or wherever you are sitting feel the breath in your belly with all that sinking dancing skipping being joyful fill your belly going in and out as you're sitting back into your chair truly feel that be with your breath as your belly is going in and out allow your awareness to the solar plexus where our willpower and confidence were our ability to transform ourself awakens the fire element within as you stay with your breath at your solar plexus as you feel your belly going in and out take few seconds and commit to yourself to stay focused on that positive feeling to that positive internal dialogue to take steps towards that as you gently shift your awareness below the navel and towards your lower back base of your spine tip of your tailbone feel settled feel connected feel connected with this physical world when you are focusing and being aware of your physical center the entry to the physical world the base of your spine tip of your tailbone the Muladhara chakra Mool is support root Mool is root and Adhar is support feel the support of your own awakening of the solar plexus of your own ability to carry out and continue with that positive feeling feel the support of your friends and family support of the universe that we just invited to ourself and support of mother earth as you are connected with mother earth right now through your feet through your sit bones as you feel that connection support now truly bring in the feeling that you got it enjoy it you have it however you want to visualize that in your tangible form enjoy truly feel that bring that feeling in the trillions of cells that have intelligently listen to your internal dialogues our trillions of cells work in a community they work in harmony they intelligently listen what brain has to tell and brain listens what the peripheral nervous system the nose the neurons the cells has to convey to our brain there's a constant beautiful positive internal dialogue between them to keep us going do not allow your mind to interfere that actually observe that beautiful internal dialogue the teamwork the harmony that trillions of cells do at the same time maintaining their own identity the heart cells in the heart maintain their own identity the lungs they know what's coming in what they have to let go the carbon dioxide they communicate with the entire body and the organs starting with your one inhale everything is known to every cell and the solution is also offered by every cell everybody's taking that suggestions doing what's right so allow that allow that visualize that so the cells are intelligently listening to what you are saying what your brain you just told your brain the brain announced it to the trillions of cells that all as well not to worry and the response from the all the trillions of cells was everything is great let's function normally as you gently shift your awareness from your lower back your mid back your upper back back of your head crown of your head your face your entire torso your arms all the way to the legs tip of your toes visualize each and every trillions of cells relaxing rejoining being happy joyful blissful let's send lots of love from ourself to ourselves to our friends and family let it expand if you like you can bring your both your palms at your heart air is the element of our heart center allowing it to travel through the medium of heart we say somebody touched it somebody touched us from far away through their love because the heart functions with the element air and the sound sense of touch so send your love your peacefulness positivity joyfulness all as well to yourself to friends and family to your neighbors to your community to the entire world which needs us right now take joyful inhale exhale allow it to manifest in your aura in your energetic field expanding to everyone beautiful let's very gently take couple of big deep inhale exhale out truly allowing the universe to take care of the details and it will we do not worry how and what and when what we just intended will happen we just trust the process take couple big inhale exhale out bring both your palms together go ahead and rub them place it onto your eyes to the crown of your head to the neck and throat to your heart your belly gently massage your lower back that kidneys and adrenal glands just located about them as you awaken yourself also with the sense of touch and smell and taste and sound gently bringing palms again go ahead and rub them and massage in circular motion the joints your shoulders your elbows your wrists press your palms to your knees nice circular motion at your knees we store our tensions on shoulders and neck and throat and especially in our knees feel that lightness around in that fluid flowing around our petals to your ankles if
