Let's start with just normal nice breathing.

So let's go ahead and bring our right hand on to the chest left hand just below and around our navel and as we inhale let your belly rise and as you exhale let your belly go in inhale and exhale at your own pace at your own comfort let go of any expectations,

Judgment,

Analysis about yourself about the situation we are in today instead simply be in this present moment with your body with your breath inhaling and exhaling as you are connected with your body with the sense of touch of your palms on your chest and your belly press them lightly to be in the present and connect with the breath as you are following your breath letting your belly rise in and out today we want to bring into the affirmation that I'm strong and healthy so at this time take a couple of more inhales and exhale and just subtly think I'm strong and healthy and repeat as many times as you can as you are inhaling and exhaling beautiful very gently let's bring both your palms back to your lap and this time as I bring awareness to your entire body what we are doing is relaxing ourselves relaxing our muscles and that way we can go deeper and connect with our inner self so bring awareness to your feet they're firmly pressed so as you press really hard and strong continue to think I'm strong and healthy as you really press hard from all the four corners just your feet and as you let go think I am relaxed so again couple of times pressing your feet from all the four corners hold it tight it and as you relax and let go say I am relaxed very gently from your feet onwards to your ankles to your knees to your thighs towards your lower back again as you hold and tighten tense think I'm strong and healthy and as you let go think I'm relaxed very gently awareness wrapping around towards your lower back your mid-back your upper back your shoulders your hands your palms make a fist and hold it tight it tense it I'm strong and healthy as you let go I'm relaxed I went as to your entire face squeezing your jaws your eyes your face go ahead and squeeze and tight and feel the strength and gently let it go relax your jaws and clench your teeth I am relaxed now with your entire body from your feet all the way to the crown of your head so your feet your fist your shoulders your upper arm your face squeeze it scrunch it tight it tense it I'm very strong and healthy and I'm relaxed beautiful couple of more inhales and exhale connect to each and every trillions of cells with your breath with your subtle thought with your affirmation that I'm strong and healthy beautiful very gently bring both your palms towards your lower back to the base of your spine tip of your tailbone however it comes to you relax your shoulders sit nice and tall align your neck and spine and let's go ahead and bring awareness to our first energy center the most physical energy center and continue to bring this affirmation again it's just a subtle thinking pattern and repeat that thought as many times as you can I'm extremely healthy today I continue to stay healthy every day you you very gently relax your shoulders back and down and bring both your palms below your navel that's our energy center affecting our creativity so again connect with your palms with your breath just below the navel you subtly thinking the affirmation that I'm very creative and joyful today I I continue to be joyful and creative every day you very gently bringing your both palms about the navel to third energy center our money poor chakra which gives us strong metabolism willpower and confidence affecting a digestive system pancreas liver let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I'm active with purpose today I continue to stay active with purpose every day you very gently shifting both your palms at your heart center you connecting with your heart with the breath with the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center I am full of love gratefulness and laughter today I continue to stay grateful loving and blissful every day.

Very gently just massage your neck and throat keeping your palms around your throat center affecting our thyroid and parathyroid gland.

Keeping your awareness there.

Let this affirmation vibrate that I only convey and express positive thoughts to myself.

I only verbalize positive communication with others.

Gently placing your palms at the center of your forehead.

As you connect with this intuition center affecting our pineal gland,

Affecting our sleep patterns.

Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of sounds that I foresee healthy peaceful prosperous world.

I visualize with my inner sight healthy peaceful and prosperous world.

And gently to the crown of your head.

For a few seconds feel the connection to the universe.

Have an intention of connecting with a healthy peaceful prosperous world.

Very gently through the back of your spine all the way to the base of your spine tip of your tailbone.

Feel grounded and connected.

Balance and supported.

As you stay at the base of your spine feel as if you're pulling in this gravitational energy the mother earth energy from the feet up to your knees up to your ankles up to your knees up to your thighs wrapping around towards your lower back at the base of your spine.

Very gently keeping your awareness there just simply bring both your palms on your lap.

And if you like today just connect the ring finger with the tip of your ring finger with the thumb.

Keeping all the fingers straight and just the tip of your thumb with the tip of your ring finger.

Whenever you can you could connect that otherwise you can let it go keeping your palms straight and open.

Facing the roof on the sky.

Today we are also bringing into awareness the gratefulness.

So gently connect shift your awareness from your lower back as you have pulled in the support of Mother Earth from your feet all the way up towards your lower back to your mid back upper back crown of your head towards your forehead and for a few seconds visualize however you can and bring in the gratefulness to the Mother Earth.

How would you thank the universe and Mother Earth who has been supporting us for millions of years.

Today we have taken a pause the whole world so let's take and bring the gratefulness to Mother Earth.

As you gently shift your awareness from your forehead to your entire body as I gently guide you think subtly let this be your internal dialogue without moving your lips or tongue in a very subtle thought allowing and announcing your trillions of cells that I'm grateful to be healthy.

As you shift awareness to your eyes cheekbones tip of your nose your mouth and cleanse your teeth relax your jaws as if you're knocking into those trillions of cells each and every place telling them that you're grateful that you're healthy to the center of your chin to the center of your throat to your vocal cords to your thyroid gland parathyroid gland to your shoulders your arms your palms fingertips back up to your wrist elbows shoulders center of your throat and down to your chest your heart your lungs your thymus gland send that love and compassion to your thymus gland giving immunity and gratefulness that you are healthy towards your belly your digestive system pancreas liver connect with the breath reach each and every cell be grateful gently down towards your legs knees ankles feet toes up to your knees up to your thighs wrapping around towards your lower back mid-back upper back lower back lower back lower back lower back lower back upper back back of your head crown of your head and wrapping around towards your forehead for a few seconds visualize with your inner sight a joyful energetic healthy you gently shifting your awareness from your forehead to the tip of your nose base of your nostrils watch your breath as it goes in and out through your nostrils let this affirmation be in your awareness that i'm grateful for my breath so so as we watch our breath in and out we also realize there's always ups and downs in our life nothing is permanent what we are experiencing today will go away but everything is needed just as an inhale and exhale watch it without judgment without analysis without analysis and simply be grateful gently shift your awareness from the base of your nostrils to the center of your chin center of your throat and down to the center of your heart so as you watch the expansion and contraction of the breath in your heart center the space in your heart center connect with the love and joy that you have within you that this affirmation vibrate that i'm grateful for my friends and family i'm grateful for the support of my friends family and the community if green light green energy a beautiful green color if that comes to you allow it to manifest through your heart center oozing out through your heart and reaching trillions of cells within your body the green light full of love and the healing power within you reaching each and every trillions of souls within you gently introduce this affirmation again as you are rested in the silence at your heart center that i'm very healthy joyful and energetic today and every day foreign i'm very alert reflective and active today and every day.

I continue to share my love and compassion with everyone around me.

Today and every day.

And experience and enjoy lightness of my being.

Today and every day.

Very gently take couple of big inhales and exhales.

And allow this vibration of yours.

We are all connected.

And our mindset and our healing touches everyone around us even if we are far apart.

The medium of heart center is air.

Air is the element through which we touch each other.

That's why we say I was touched by that person.

And that's why whatever we are doing today,

Healing ourselves,

Loving ourselves and the world around us is reaching whoever you bring into your awareness.

Let this vibration reach your friends,

Family,

Your neighbors,

Your community and the entire world.

Very gently bring both your palms,

Place it down to your heart.

Take couple of more inhales and exhales.

Allow that love and compassion to reach to your trillions of cells.

And again to the entire world.

Let's gently bring both your palms,

Go ahead and rub them.

Place it down to your eyes.

And gently massage from head to toe.

Crown of your head,

Neck and throat.

Circular motion to all your joints,

Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Your palms,

Your lower back,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles.

And open your eyes when you feel comfortable.
