
Letting Go Of Holding

We bring awareness to our Heart center, Awareness of the action of Grasping and holding, and learning to let go. According to ancient wisdom, the human being is seen as a building that has ten doors. Five incoming senses: the sense of Sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch are the entrance doors, and five outward actions: elimination, procreation, movement, grasping, and speech are the exit doors.

Very gently let's go ahead and close our eyes and align our posture to the cosmos.
We are sitting nice and tall,
Alert and awake.
Our neck and spine are aligned.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Your feet are firmly grounded,
Connected.
Sit bones supported by Mother Earth.
If you're lying down,
Bring awareness completely to the support of your back by Mother Earth.
And simply let it go.
Today we are bringing into awareness to let go.
Any grasping,
Any holding.
Not just to non-nourishing aspects in our life,
But also staying detached to even the nourishing aspects in our life.
Simply be with it.
Enjoy it without worrying of losing it.
Relinquish the need to hold on to.
Set it free and it will come back to you.
So as you have brought your awareness to your body,
Gently let's bring our right hand onto the chest and left hand below our navel and bring awareness to your breath.
As you inhale,
Let your belly rise and as you exhale,
Let your belly go in.
Inhaling and exhaling at our own pace,
At our own comfort.
Today as we bring awareness of holding and letting it go,
Maybe for a few seconds as you fill up your breath,
Try to hold on just to bring awareness that we don't need to hold on to things even if it's nourishing.
We have to let it go as you let go and exhale your breath.
Know how good you feel.
As you gently bring awareness to the sense of touch.
Today we are bringing into awareness our heart center.
The sense of touch is associated with our heart center.
The element air is associated with our heart center.
A couple of inhales,
Exhales.
And very gently bring both your palms back to your lap or to the sides,
However it's comfortable to you.
Relaxing our shoulders back in town.
Bring awareness to your feet as it's firmly holding you,
The Mother Earth.
Know that,
Trust that.
We do nothing to balance ourselves.
Truly universe takes care of it,
Mother Earth takes care of it to keep us grounded on this earth.
If there is no gravitational force we'll be flying around.
So as we feel that connection to Mother Earth bring awareness up to your ankles,
Up to your knees,
Up to your thighs,
And gently towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
As you pull in the Mother Earth energy at the base of your spine,
Stay there for a few seconds.
And gently shifting it towards your lower back,
Mid-back,
Upper back,
Back of your head,
Crown of your head,
Curving around towards your forehead,
Reaching trillions of cells.
Feel the breath inhale and exhale at your forehead.
To your softly closed eyes,
Cheekbones,
Relax your jaws and clench your teeth and gently bring a beautiful smile to yourself.
Maybe take a dip into your heart center and bring that love and joy to your smile,
To yourself.
Gently towards your throat center,
Your shoulders,
Upper arm,
Elbows,
Lower arm,
Wrist,
Center of your palms,
Fingertips.
Again feel that as if you're pulling in that beautiful universal energy through the now endings of your fingertips.
Up to your palms,
Up to your wrist,
Elbows,
Shoulders and center of your throat.
Down towards your heart center.
Connect with the breath at your heart center.
As you feel the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center.
Today as we bring into the awareness of the action of grasping and holding for letting it go.
As you inhale and exhale feel as if whatever you are holding is melting down.
We don't need to worry what but just simply feel it go.
Gently towards your belly.
Watching the rise and fall of your belly,
Belly breath.
Again connecting to the trillions of cells in your digestive system,
Pancreas,
Liver.
Be with it.
And gently.
Repping around towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Again connecting to our first energy center.
If you like simply think of sound,
Lam.
Or simply be aware with your breath at the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
However it's coming to you today.
Very gently.
For a few seconds ask yourself what is that you want to let go in terms of your physical self.
What's holding you to express yourself with your actions for the highest purpose?
In terms of your physical self.
What is that you want to let go?
Gently.
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I let go the fear of survival.
I let go the fear of survival in every aspect of my life,
Physical,
Emotional,
Intellectually,
Ego,
Social,
Financial,
Spiritual.
I am fearless.
I let go the need to define me.
The need of any external anchors to define me.
Simply let it go.
Gently shift your awareness towards your belly below your navel.
As you are at the second energy center.
The swadhisthana chakra establishing our own self in the true self.
The joyfulness and the blissfulness.
The creative source.
Thinking of sound,
Vamu.
If that comes to you today.
I let go the need to control my own creation.
I let go the control of my own creativity around me.
Rather,
I aligned with the cosmos as a co-creator of my life.
Just like beautiful grass spreads out through the tough earth effortlessly on right time.
As it aligns with the cosmic glass.
I align my actions to the cosmos for its unfoldment towards my creativity.
I let go of any control.
Very gently shift your awareness just about the navel to our solar plexus,
Manipura chakra.
The sound is ram.
If you simply think of sound ram.
Let go the need to control our actions and movements.
Simply let it go.
To do our actions based on our mind shadow.
Based on our past experiences.
Based on our future worries.
Based on our ego and intellect.
Simply let it go.
As you stay at the solar plexus to recognize what actions and movements we take.
Through our inner sight,
Inner wisdom,
Inner intuition.
Rather than our ego.
Very gently as you shift your awareness at your heart center.
Thinking of sound yam.
Today green light,
Green energy,
Green color comes to you allow it to manifest.
Exuberating through your heart center as if it's reaching trillions of cells within you.
As you continue to think of sound yam awakening our heart center.
Listening to that unstruct sound of our heart and our heart chakra.
The action of holding and grasping is associated with our heart center.
So as we awaken the inner joy,
Inner blissfulness,
Our true self.
There remains no need to hold on to things.
With this dynamic exchange with the universe.
Allow this affirmation and announce it to the trillions of cells.
That I am the nourisher of the universe and the universe nourishes me.
There's an equal exchange of give and take.
We have to let go to invite the new things.
At the same time.
Making.
The things that come to us.
Experiences.
To evolve in our life.
Just like breath.
The oxygen reaches trillions of cells.
For its enhancement of life.
We keep that.
And nourish the universe back.
But what we have.
With what we transformed.
Let me bring into awareness this question.
What is that you're holding that you want to let go.
In terms of relationship to yourself,
To others.
In terms of love and compassion.
In terms of gratefulness.
What is that you're holding on that's constriction causing constriction in your heart center.
As you shed light on that.
Take those couple of deep inhale and exhales.
Even for the purpose of this meditation,
Let it go.
Feel your heart with fresh love and joy manifesting and oozing from your own self.
As you gently shift your awareness to your throat center.
As you shift the sound to hum.
As you shift your awareness to your throat center.
Letting go.
The need of non nourishing internal dialogue.
To allow our own expression to others without any holding.
Letting it go.
Letting go to express ourselves with resentment.
Bringing love and nourishment,
Joyfulness and compassion in our conversation and dialogue with others.
Gently shifting your awareness.
To the center of your forehead,
Center of your eyebrows,
However it comes to you.
Simply staying silent.
If any thoughts,
Images,
Experiences come through.
Then simply be with them without any judgement,
Without any analysis.
Letting go.
Shifting your awareness to the crown of your head.
Simply staying silent.
Letting go.
And very gently shifting your awareness from the crown of your head towards the back of your spine.
All the way to the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Feeling grounded,
Feeling connected.
Gently shifting your awareness to your entire body.
Trillions of cells as we inhale,
Exhale,
Relax,
Rejuvenate.
Being joyful today.
Settle at your heart center.
And gently bring both your palms,
Place it onto your heart.
As you feel your heart center with the sense of touch of your palms.
Let this affirmation vibrate into your trillions of cells.
That I am being joyful and energetic.
Blissful and peaceful.
With a loving and compassionate heart.
An alert and reflective mind.
Enjoying the lightness of my being.
Lightness of my being.
Gently palms back to your lap.
Take a couple of nice deep inhales and exhale out.
And today as we let go,
The need to hold on things,
Any aspects of our life.
We allow this intention to work.
Allow the universe to take care of the details of this intention to work.
We simply start observing.
Observing what we are holding on to.
Non-nourishing aspects,
Even the nourishing aspects.
Is it based on our ego,
Intellect,
Past experiences,
Future worries.
Fear,
Anxiety.
What is it?
We simply bring awareness to that.
We are not asking ourselves to take action towards any of those things.
This is just to cultivate the awareness,
What's going on.
And that's about it.
Again,
A couple of nice deep inhale,
Exhale out.
And very gently bring both your palms together.
Go ahead and rub them.
Place it onto your eyes.
And gently massage from head to toe.
Nice circular motion to your neck and throat,
To your all joints,
Shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists.
Your lower back,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your ankles.
Back to your eyes.
And open your eyes when you feel comfortable.
