This meditation is about Acceptance of our lives as it is, acceptance of the present moment without resistance. Acceptance translates into allowing. When we align with the cosmos, or rules of cosmos we simply allow. When we set aside our logical mind chatter we allow. When we become non-judgemental we allow. When we do not expect a specific outcome we allow. When we simply accept without resistance we allow. When we accept the past choices we allow. Let's get comfortable.

So if you like to close your eyes.

Sitting nice and tall.

Today we are talking about acceptance.

So acceptance is also allowing.

When we allow we accept.

And when we allow with gratefulness then it becomes powerful.

Allowing is first to connect and align with cosmos.

So let's get aligned to the cosmos,

To the cosmic rules.

Aligning with our physical body,

Especially our spine.

The antenna to the universe.

So bring your awareness to your body.

Your feet are firmly grounded,

Connected.

You're sitting nice and tall,

Alert and awake.

Shoulders relaxed back and down.

Maybe keeping your palms on your lap,

Facing up.

And simply be.

Feel this alignment of your body.

Feel the breath.

Feel the alignment with the universe.

As you simply be.

Allow this to be your internal dialogue.

When we accept we allow.

What does allowing truly mean?

We align with the cosmos.

We simply allow.

So you're sitting nice,

Aligned.

Allow yourself to receive this beautiful universal vibration.

Around you and within you.

Very gently.

Let's bring your right hand onto the chest,

Left hand just below your navel.

Take nice long deep inhale and exhale.

So when we set aside our logical mind,

The mind shadow,

We allow.

So as you're inhaling and exhaling,

Let go of any expectations,

Judgment,

Analysis.

And simply be.

There's nothing to worry about.

Nothing to concerned about.

Nothing to feel frustrated about.

Simply nothing.

No past or in future.

Simply at this moment as you connect at this moment with your breath in and out.

Very gently.

Bring both your palms back to your lap whenever you're ready.

When we see the present as it is.

When we accept the present without resistance.

We allow.

And allowing that gratefulness is powerful.

So bring awareness to your present moment.

Maybe physically where you're sitting.

Your own environment.

Emotionally.

Physiologically.

Socially.

Just for a few seconds.

And as you're watching your breath.

Accept your present without resistance.

Feel the calmness.

When you accept.

When we create this nourishing thoughts,

Speech,

Actions.

With ourselves or internal dialogue and with others.

We allow.

So for a few seconds.

Allow any thoughts.

Experiences,

Images come to you.

And as it does.

Allow it without resistance.

Without judgment.

Instead.

Send love and compassion to that dialogue.

It's okay.

And all is well.

When we become nonjudgmental.

We allow.

And when we do not expect.

Any specific outcome.

We allow.

And we accept.

And when we accept.

All our past choices.

We allow.

And simply watching our breath.

In and out.

Brings a beautiful life.

To the meaning.

Of acceptance.

And allowing.

So simply.

Bring awareness to your breath wherever you like.

For a few seconds,

Maybe at the base of your nostrils.

Or connect to the trillions of cells.

Or maybe simply settle in your heart center for a few seconds.

And watch your breath.

Gently.

Shifting your awareness.

Towards your legs.

All the way down to your feet.

Bringing in that supportive strong.

Mother Earth.

Gravitational energy.

The loving energy.

Into your feet.

All the way up to your knees.

Your thighs and wrapping around towards your lower back.

As you stay at your lower back,

Let this affirmation vibrate into your trillions of cells.

That accept my presence without resistance.

Very gently.

Shift your awareness towards your navel just below the navel.

As you connect with the breath.

At your second energy center.

Allowing the creative forces within.

To help us accept this present.

With resourcefulness.

And simply watching your breath below the navel.

Knowing we are the co-creator of our life.

When we accept the present.

Without resistance.

Our life flows effortlessly.

So let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.

That accept the present.

With creative response.

I creatively use my resources available to me.

As I accept the present.

Very gently shift your awareness just above the navel.

As you connect with the breath at Manipur Chakra.

Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.

That accept the present as it is.

I accept the present as it is.

And therefore I am active with purpose.

Very gently.

Shift your awareness.

To your heart center.

As you connect with the space,

The expansion and contraction of your heart center.

Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.

That I accept this present moment with utter calmness and gratefulness.

I accept this present moment.

Sending love and compassion to myself.

Very gently shifting awareness up to your throat center.

And simply watch your breath at your throat center.

Maybe visualizing this beautiful calm blue sky.

Where truly we do not need to verbalize anything right now.

Very gently.

As you shift your awareness from your throat center.

To the center of your forehead,

Center of your eyebrows,

However it comes to you.

Again.

Stay silent intuitively.

There's nothing to be said,

Nothing to be done,

Nothing to worry about.

Gently shifting your awareness from your forehead up to the crown of your head.

Silently connecting to the universe,

To the world.

Sending this positive internal dialogue,

The vibration,

Bringing healing power to all.

Very gently.

From the crown of your head towards the back of your head.

Upper back,

Mid back.

All the way back down to the base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone.

Feeling grounded,

Feeling connected,

Feeling supported by Mother Earth.

Very gently.

Sending awareness to your entire body,

To the trillions of cells,

Wherever it rests.

Wherever you feel like bringing it.

Maybe at the center of your forehead,

Base of your nostrils.

At your heart center.

Or anywhere.

As you simply be.

Announcing that you are joyful,

Healthy and energetic.

Laying instruments.

Very gently.

Bring both your palms placing on to your heart.

Continue to announce,

Feel,

Experience,

Truly enjoy that I am joyful,

Healthy,

Energetic today and every day.

Having loving,

Compassionate heart today and every day.

Alert and reflect your mind today and every day.

And experiencing joyful and energetic lightness of my being.

Lightness of my being.

Very gently.

Bring both your palms back to your lap.

Take a couple of big inhales and exhales.

Few more inhales and exhales and let the universe take care of its details.

Very gently.

Bring both your palms together.

Go ahead and rub them.

Place it on to your eyes.

And as you place your palms into your eyes for a few seconds,

Let the boundaries of your body melt.

Feel connected to others,

To the universe,

To the world.

And very gently,

Massaging from head to toe,

Circular motion to your neck and throat,

Your joints,

Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Your palms,

Your lower back,

Especially your knees,

Your ankles.

And as you place your palms together,

Let the boundaries of your body melt.

Feel connected to others,

To the universe,

To the world.
