This is a practice about bringing our awareness to the Gap between our thoughts, and to the Gap between our breath. This gap is the silent source of creative, blissful, intuitive, healthy , spiritual life. This meditation is to observe the gap between our thoughts and allow ourselves to be in contact with the creative energy of life itself - God, Universe, Divine. We will bring awareness towards the gap in our meditation hoping to be in the gap which is beyond space and time!
