In this episode, I guide you along with a short energy healing meditation with nature sounds in the background (sounds of water, birds) to help us release any energy that we may be holding onto, that may be trapped in our bodies, or lingering in our minds. This practice aims to achieve this goal by first bringing us to a sense of relaxation, by bringing our awareness inward, scanning through our body, recognizing any energy that may be lingering or stuck. We will then use the new and powerful energy. This track was recorded outdoors and contains ambient sounds

Hello and welcome back to another episode of Zen Talks,

The podcast series.

My name is Victor and I'll be guiding you along today through a short energy healing meditation to help us quite literally release any energy that we may be holding on to that may be trapped in our bodies,

Lingering in our minds.

And so what this meditation aims to do is to first bring us to a sense of relaxation and to scan through our body and to recognize and acknowledge any energy that may be lingering or stuck.

And then we're going to release it out of our bodies and into the universe so that the universe can take that energy,

That negative tainted dark energy and recycle it and transfer it back into the universe with love.

I'm sitting out in nature today so that's the sounds that you hear in the background,

Sounds of birds and water.

This will be our sacred space for this meditation today to really help transmute that energy of power,

Of light,

Of love.

So you can go ahead,

Find your comfortable seat and you feel relaxed and centered.

And then just turn your attention inward and just start becoming aware of your physical body,

Where you are in the present moment.

And just gently scan your awareness in the bottoms of your feet,

Really connecting deeply into your feet and just scanning all the way through your body.

Just working your way up from your feet to your ankles,

Legs,

Stomach,

Chest,

Shoulders,

Jaw.

Just sinking deeper into awareness of your body.

You can move your attention up through the body,

Just being aware of any places that may be holding tension and noticing places that feel open and soft.

And just really honoring all parts of you in this moment.

And as you scan with awareness,

Gently envision yourself clearing your body of any blocks,

Tension,

Stress,

Or fear and just allow that energy to float away.

Just scanning deeper now into your body,

Tapping deep into your belly,

Into your heart,

Your spine,

Your brain.

And with your breath,

Envision as you breathe out that you're gently letting go of all tension through your body.

And as you do this,

Begin to notice if you experience any shifts through your body.

Perhaps your breath feels a little more relaxed.

What are the subtle shifts that you're experiencing right now in your body?

See if you can have a whole awareness of your entire physical body,

Just noticing from top to bottom,

Front to back.

And now just gently draw your attention to the center of your physical body and allow yourself to surrender and soften into the core of your body.

And trust that you and your body are aligned with the universe above and below.

And at this time,

Take a moment to envision a cord,

A grounding cord,

Connecting you to the earth.

And so this grounding cord can come from within your body,

Coming out into the earth,

Connecting you to the earth,

To the ground beneath you.

And simply make the intention here to balance your energy to Mother Earth's energy,

Becoming one with this moment.

And as you set this intention,

Notice how your energy responds.

What do you feel?

What do you notice?

Just let whatever arises arise.

Let it be comfortable,

As comfortable as possible.

Envisioning your grounding cord from your physical body as a powerful cord that extends deep down into the earth.

Feel and see the roots move down deeper and deeper into the earth,

Anchoring you,

Supporting you and uplifting you.

Allow yourself to really feel the earth.

Feel the connection moving through your body and into the earth.

And just allow this flow of energy to be relaxed and comfortable.

Allow yourself to feel ease,

Peace,

And flow.

Breathing and flowing with the energy.

Taking time to release any energy down through your grounding cord,

Releasing anything that's keeping you from being present and clear in this moment.

Releasing any additional stress,

Anxiety,

Worry.

Releasing any problem.

Releasing all the things that you've worked on,

Such as goals,

Passions,

And creativity.

Just giving yourself right now the opportunity to simply let everything go.

Feeling a conscious,

Energetic release of letting energy flow down your grounding cord and into the deep crevices of the earth where there it's transmuted and transformed into love.

And as you practice,

Continue to be aware of your energy space.

Noticing what's happening in your body and the subtle feelings of your awareness.

Just noticing what happens to the quality of your attention as we move deeper into the practice.

Remembering where you are and if you like,

You can move into those parts of your body that may feel a little more tight or a little more tense and just allowing yourself to become more aware of those parts of your body.

Just imagine inviting the energy there to open and to flow down into your grounding cord.

And simply witness yourself letting go of energy.

As you witness yourself releasing energy,

Allow yourself to settle a little bit deeper.

Just settling into your center.

And now we can invite a golden sun of your own energy above your head and just gathering all the energy from all directions,

Places and spaces.

Gathering all this energy with love and light so that you can light up this golden sun of energy with brightness and with love.

Know that you deserve to cultivate,

To contain and to value the energy of your life.

And now gently invite this golden sun into your body and feel the golden sun fall into your center and allow it to fill your body and space around you.

See it as it moves down towards the earth.

And just take a few mindful breaths here.

And now just quietly in your mind ask yourself,

What would it take for me to feel completely free,

Connected and balanced in this moment?

And just breathe it in and soak in that energy.

Feel this state of being where you're completely supported,

Grounded and connected.

And from this place you can offer up an intention for your day today or for your evening.

As you set your intention,

Become aware of any subtle energy moving and shifting through your body,

Noticing how it feels in your physical body,

In your heart and in your energy.

Giving yourself grace and gratitude for your intention,

Trusting your heartfelt intention.

Giving grace and gratitude to yourself for being here,

For practicing this meditation,

For honoring yourself,

For releasing old energy and for welcoming in the new.

And when you're ready,

If you had your eyes closed,

You can open them now.

Open your body again wherever you're seated,

Readjusting if needed.

Just allowing yourself to feel the energy that you have cultivated within this practice.

And see if you can take that energy with you throughout your day,

Throughout your life.

Remembering that you can always come back to your body to find that sense of connection and re-censoredness that you deserve at any time.

Sending you so much love and light.
