You want to imagine that there's a time when you didn't have a memory,
There was no past,
No yesterday,
Only now,
Only today.
You were an embryo,
A baby,
An infant,
A child.
That version of you is always with you and will never leave.
Let's tap into that version of you now.
Take a deep breath and let that being into yourself now.
That being is you.
Imagine.
Imagine you are that infant,
That baby,
That toddler.
There,
With no memory of yesterday,
Only a need.
A need to sleep,
A need to eat,
A need to be loved.
Moment by moment.
Sit with that feeling for just a minute.
Feel the essence of only being.
There is no idea of who you are,
Where you came from,
Whether you're female or male,
Blonde or brunette,
Blue eyes or brown eyes.
You are just being,
A body that simply needs to be nurtured.
There is no thought of tomorrow,
No memory of yesterday.
Relax into that being of you.
It's not easy.
I understand that.
Every time your mind starts thinking about tomorrow or yesterday or earlier today or later on today,
Imagine yourself back when you were very,
Very young.
It's a reality that time did exist.
Even if you can imagine how it feels for a split second,
A split second you had that nothingness.
Sit with that.
Sit with that for a moment.
Do not have a feeling around it,
Nor a thought.
Don't ponder it or question it or wonder.
Just be.
Just be.
If this is your first time with the guided meditation of being,
Be patient.
This is something you need to practice every single day.
Eventually,
You will not need to visualize or imagine that version of yourself.
After listening to this at least for 21 days,
You will begin to be able to slip into a space of being without the visualization.
So for a moment,
Relax and enjoy the music.

Whenever you find yourself slipping into the past or into the future,
Practice the visualization of just being that young baby child.
