In this meditation we are going to talk about calm.
We are going to experience calm,
Serenity,
Softness,
Gentile,
Relaxed.
This will be a slow,
Deliberate,
Affirmative meditation.
I want you to relax.
Relax your mind.
Relax your head,
Your face,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders.
Relax your chest,
Your back,
And your stomach.
Relax your hips,
Your buttocks,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
And relax your feet.
Together we will unwind.
We will rest,
Lounge.
We will luxuriate in the nothingness of silence.
Unbend.
Bask and play with the feeling of relaxation,
Decompress,
De-stress as I ease up and ease off,
Let up and loosen while I sit back and slow down.
Take it easy.
Unwind yourself.
Be calm.
And most of all,
Breathe easy.
Take a breath in,
Not too deep,
Just really slow,
Comfortable,
And relaxed.
And breathe out.
Be gentle with yourself.
Rock like a child,
Like a baby,
Like a toddler.
In your crib,
In your bed.
Enjoy yourself.
Have a break.
Let your hair down.
Let yourself go.
Lie down,
Lighten up,
Settle back and simmer down.
No more work.
It's time for a break.
Take a breather.
Be mindful of your breath.
It's just a little bit slower than normal because you're at your leisure.
Make yourself at home with your comfort and your relaxation.
Slow out,
Do nothing.
Put your feet up and release.
It is time for you to calm,
To soothe yourself and unwind,
Pacify and quiet your mind.
