This will be the best sleep talkdown and the only one that you will ever need every night.

Listening to the same sleep talkdown every single night trains your brain to go to sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping,

Rest assured,

This may take several days,

Maybe a few weeks.

But that one time that you fall asleep listening to this,

Your body will slowly learn,

Oh,

This means sleep,

Here comes the voice,

That means sleep.

And closer and closer to the time that you hit your head on that pillow,

You will meet your sleep time,

Your dream time,

Your calm time,

Your relaxed time.

So let's get started.

I want you to close your eyes,

And I want you to breathe normally,

And only concentrate on your breath.

If you're breathing through your nose,

Concentrate on the cool air coming in and the warm air breathing out.

If you are breathing through your mouth,

Cool air,

Breathing in,

Warm air,

Breathing out.

I want you to count your breaths.

One in,

Two out.

I want you to slow down your breathing just a little bit.

Count your breaths.

Feel the breath.

What temperature is it?

Warm?

Cold?

Count your breath.

Now replace that counting with the word love.

Breathe once in and once out,

And say or,

In your mind,

The word love.

Love.

Love.

Keep saying the word love.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your face.

Relax your arms.

Relax your torso,

Your stomach,

Your hips,

Your thighs.

Love your calves.

Love your feet.

Relax your entire body as you are supported by what you are lying on.

And now let's add the word gratitude.

Breathe normally.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out gratitude.

Say it in your minds.

You are love.

You are gracious.

Acknowledge love.

Love is not a feeling,

Not a person,

It's not a relationship,

It's not a home or a job,

Or your favorite pair of sneakers.

Love is an energy.

It's only an energy.

And all of us have it in us,

Outside of us,

Around us,

Always.

Like the air we breathe,

Love.

Now,

You may not have known it,

But while I was helping you relax every part of your body,

Love was being infused.

Love now resides within you.

In sleep,

In your mind,

In your body.

It's almost here.

Breathe in for four seconds.

Breathe out for four seconds.

Breathe in for four seconds.

And out for four.

Breathe in for four.

There is an excitement and a tingling,

Yet calming and relaxing,

Just above your belly button.

The day is done.

Night will come to me soon.

And whether I remember my dreams or not,

They will help me to awake,

Happy and eager for the next day.

But now it's time to sleep,

In a lullaby.

Only concentrating on my breath,

Being in touch with my body and my mind and my soul.

You may continue with the mantra,

Love and gratitude,

Or the breathing,

Four in,

Four out.

Or just remain lucid and silent,

With the music.

With the music,

Sweet dreams await you.
