And the creative,

The wise and the knowledgeable,

The artistic,

The musician,

And the artist,

The intuitive,

As well as the intellect,

The rational,

The one that needs to analyze,

Quantify,

Plan,

Prepare,

Control.

Let's work with both.

We need both.

When it's in imbalance,

That is when it becomes a problem.

That's when it becomes uncomfortable.

Let's bring that back into balance now.

I want you to take five deep breaths in and out for five seconds.

Five in,

Five out.

That's right.

Breathing a little deeper.

Five in,

Five out seconds.

Think of something that brings you joy.

Think of something that brings you joy,

And bring that into your heart center.

And if you can't think of something that brings you joy,

Such as a child,

A person,

A loved one,

A flower,

A garden,

Food,

A memory,

A movie,

Then just imagine joy and love.

Just imagine joy and love,

And put that in your heart center.

Put that in your heart center,

In your heart center.

Breathe in five seconds.

Breathe out five seconds.

That's awesome.

Very good.

We are going to bring you calm,

Clarity,

Stability,

And peace and serenity.

I want you to imagine that you have many,

Many,

Many tiny angels all around you.

I know this is not really pertaining to the cerebral,

Rational,

Critical side.

And I'm going to explain.

When we use our imagination,

When we use our creativity,

When we imagine things that are creative and not necessarily realistic or not,

Not necessarily real or not.

Not necessarily real or not.

Okay.

Good.

Get back into the imagination.

Because the cerebral,

Who is going to create the imaginary,

Is going to speak to the creative.

That means the left side of your brain is going to speak to the right side of your brain while you're breathing slowly and thinking of some joy and love,

And that brings in the heart center.

That brings in the heart center.

Keep breathing.

Very good.

They are here for you right now,

Can you see them flying all around you?

They're almost a cross between an angel and a fairy,

Because their wings flutter very quickly.

And even though they're more like a bird-like wing,

They are all different colors,

Blues and greens,

Purples,

Violets,

Even colors you could not ever imagine.

They're so excited and so happy to be all around you right now,

Supporting you,

Bringing you joy,

Happiness.

You may not feel that joy and happiness at this moment,

But they are surrounding it.

They are surrounding you within.

They are it.

You are it.

You are supported by love and joy.

Every time you listen to this,

It will create a heart-brain connection.

Every time.

This is a daily,

Even twice or three times a day,

Practice.

Feel the love and the joy and breathe in for five seconds,

And out for five seconds.

This is going to create a change in your heart rhythm pattern.

It takes your heart rhythm pattern out of being erratic,

And disordered,

And it creates a signal that travels from the heart to the brain.

Science has proven that this works.

And it will create a heart to the brain,

Higher cognitive functions.

We want to bring the heart and the brain,

The intelligent heart in coherent state with the brain.

Scientifically proven five seconds in,

Five seconds out,

You will create a rhythm,

A heartbeat rhythm,

That will speak to the mind,

Speak to the brain.

This is called heart rate variability.
