Whatever feels right for you right now.
Create the space and comfort with the support you need.
We're going to treat your whole system with deep compassion and kindness.
And we'll begin by setting an intention for today.
An intention is a short positive statement in the present tense.
It often begins,
I am.
Take a moment to feel into your intention,
To see what arises from your heart or from your belly,
From that deep wise place we all have.

Perhaps beginning with the words,
I am.
My intention today is,
I am kind to myself and others.
And if nothing else is coming up for you right now,
Feel free to use that phrase too.
I am kind to myself and others.
Place your hand on your heart and repeat your intention quietly to yourself three times.
Now take three breaths,
Make the exhale twice as long as the inhale.
Simply do whatever feels okay for you today.
When you're ready,
Let your breath settle back into its own rhythm and pace.
Allow your whole body to continue relaxing and resting.

When you love yourself deeply,
You make room for others to love you too.
When you get out of your own way,
You remove what hinders love in reaching you.
When you hold yourself in your most loving arms,
When you see yourself with your most loving gaze,
When you hear yourself speak your most loving words,

I am seen,
I am heard.
When you learn how it is to love yourself,
You learn how it is to love and be loved in return.
