Welcome to Day 6 of the Chakra Guided Affirmation Meditation challenge. This meditation focuses on the Third Eye chakra which governs our intuition and psychic abilities. 741Hz Third Eye frequency music is added to the background of the meditation to enhance chakra healing.

Welcome to Day 6 of the Chakra Guided Affirmation Meditations. Today's focus is the Third Eye Chakra or the Ajna. It is located in between your eyebrows. The colour associated with this is indigo or deep purple. It is related to our ability to listen to our intuition, Insight, Imagination and concentration. When it's out of balance we may feel like we are out of touch with reality, Lacking faith, Poor focus and rigid in thinking. Physical symptoms may include headaches, Migraines, Vision problems and insomnia. These affirmations will help to balance the third eye. Before we begin please ensure you are comfortable you can either stay seated or you can lie down. Take a deep breath in, Hold at the top and exhale release. Start to imagine an indigo purple light glowing from in between your eyebrows making that connection to activate and balance the third eye. In this meditation I will repeat the affirmation out loud. I'll give you space to repeat it in your mind and we will go through the affirmations twice. Let's begin. I trust my inner voice. I believe in my own magic. I have the power to change the world. I am connected within. The universe gives me signs every day. I just have to look out for them. I meditate often. I spend time in silence to listen to my inner self. I am open to change and growth. I am opening my third eye. I am ready for new experiences. The universe supports me in my next evolution. I am developing my psychic abilities. I am calm and centered. I follow the guidance I receive. I trust my purpose in this lifetime. We are all connected. I am connected. I am connected. Let's go through these one more time. I trust my inner voice. Notice your body, Any sensations, Your emotions. Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows. Notice if you feel any sensations here, Perhaps burning, Tingling, Or maybe you feel nothing. Just know your work is done for the day. Begin to open your beautiful eyes, Taking the world around you. Thank you for practicing with me.
