Hello and welcome to this guided affirmation meditation for loving your body.

Before we begin,

Please get comfortable either seated or lying down.

Let's land here in the present moment by taking one deep breath in,

Holding at the top and exhale.

Let it all go.

Perhaps right now in your life you don't feel very good about your body.

Maybe you don't like how you look when you see yourself in a mirror or you don't feel confident in the clothes you wear.

These affirmations will help you develop love for your body which carries you through the whole of your life.

I will say the affirmation out loud and then I'll leave you some space to repeat it in your mind.

We will go through the affirmations twice.

Let's begin.

I love my body.

My body is a temple.

I feel good in my clothes.

I feel beautiful when I see myself in the mirror.

I am proud of who I am.

I am raw,

Unfiltered and incredible.

My body has done so many amazing things for me.

I am so grateful for my legs that carry me throughout my day.

I am so grateful for my arms that allow me to hug a loved one.

I am grateful for my stomach for digesting food.

I am grateful for my hips for the mobility they give me.

I can move,

Dance and walk.

My body has done so many amazing things for me.

I feel attractive.

I radiate and glow.

I treat my body kindly.

I say good things to myself about my body.

I only live once in this body and I make the most out of it.

I move my body in ways that feel good to me.

I honor,

Love and accept myself.

Let's repeat these affirmations one more time.

Notice how you feel now as opposed to how you did at the beginning of this meditation practice.

Maybe you feel more grateful for your body and all the incredible things it does for you.

Maybe just for today,

If you catch yourself having a negative thought about your body,

Just remember how grateful you are to have a body.

Take one deep breath in and hold the biggest breath you've ever done today and exhale,

Release.

Begin to open up your beautiful eyes and take in the world around you.

I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.

Thank you so much for practicing with me.
