Welcome to day four of the chakra guided affirmation meditations.
Today's focus is the heart chakra or the anahata.
It is located where your heart is.
Place both your hands over your heart to make that connection now.
It is related to our ability to love and to receive love,
To have compassion and self compassion,
To forgive and to connect.
When it's out of balance we feel disconnected,
Jealous,
Lack of compassion and feelings of rejection.
Physical symptoms may include heart issues such as high blood pressure,
Low immunity,
Asthma or breathing problems.
These affirmations will help to balance the heart chakra.
Before we begin please make sure you are comfortable.
You can either stay seated or lie down.
Just take a deep breath in,
Hold at the top and exhale,
Release.
Start to imagine a green light glowing from your heart center,
Making your chest feel warm,
Healing your heart.
I will repeat these affirmations out loud and then I'll give you space to repeat it in your mind after me.
We will go through the affirmations twice.
Let's begin.
I love myself.
I have compassion for myself and others.
I find it easy to connect with others.
I am kind.
I am a great listener.
I surround myself with people who love and support me.
I speak with kindness and compassion.
I deserve to be loved.
My heart is healed.
I open my heart up to new experiences.
I allow myself to be vulnerable.
I am worthy of loving deeply.
I treat myself with love.
I take care of myself like a best friend would.
I trust my emotions.
The deeper I love,
The more connected I feel.
I send love to those who need it today.
I receive love back to me from the universe.
Let's go through these affirmations one more time.
I love myself.

Take a deep breath in.
Hold at the top and then release.
Let it go.
Notice how you feel now as opposed to how you did before this meditation.
Notice your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions.
Bring both of your hands to your heart and feel it beating beneath your hands.
Making this connection today to love yourself and to love others.
To forgive yourself and to forgive others.
Begin to open your eyes,
Taking the space around you.
