We're going to use this song to transition as we're all getting more and more familiar.

Just lovingly noticing.
How your attention is moving,
Let's start to notice the pace,
The pace of the thoughts.
You need to do this without judgment or observing.
How interesting.
It was so fast or maybe there weren't many thoughts.
It was quite slow.
Is it thought-based or are you more body-based,
Sensation-based,
Breath-based in that time?
This continuation,
A gentle massaging of our attention.
Horns.
Some tension a little bit more time spent right here right now without force.
This whole,
This interest in this present moment,
How fascinating.
I'm alive.
I have this ability to consciously change my breathing.
Have this ability to feel such intensity in this body both the The panic,
The.
.
.
Sweating,
The heart racing,
The worry.
To the grass.
To the hair of an animal.
To the cozy blanket.
To the cold snow,
To the warm house.
Right here,
Right now,
Let me notice.
I invite my attention to notice my sensory experience right here,
Right now,
This ground.
This movement of air we call breathing.
These movements of our mind,
We name as thoughts.
This amazing,
Resilient,
Adaptable.
Wild form that we call body.
Conscious awareness inhabiting this form let us feel into the crown of the head You could feel,
You could touch,
You could move these areas of the body or simply bring your mind's eye here.
Crown of the head.
Down this is slow trickle down like pouring honey into a jar molasses in a bowl,
We just slowly downward we go to the eyebrow center.
Softening the eyes,
Relaxing your jaw,
Noticing your jaw,
Your tongue down into your throat and your neck.
Taking a full breath in all the way up into the collarbones and feel that lift.
Into the heart and exhale fully.
Tension into the heart,
The front and the back,
The shoulders.
Spiritual heart,
The center of the chest.
We go down,
Another full breath in,
Feel that expansion into your ribcage.
Down through the solar plexus,
We exhale,
Notice that release of pressure.
Awareness in the trunk,
The torso,
Down around your navel,
Beneath the navel toward the sacral area.
You might move your hips,
You might squeeze the bum,
Squeeze into there,
Lift the pelvic floor and relax.
All the way downward,
We flow our attention into the base of the spine.
Tailbone down into your legs,
Down into your feet.
Right down into the ground,
Once again,
The earth underneath this body,
This connection you have,
Remember.
Is it the snow?
Is it the grass?
Is it rocks?
Is it the sand?
A mountain?
A tree?
A forest?
A desert?
A beach.
Those parts of the earth where you feel so content and home.
Spacious,
Unhurried.
Remember.
Remember that feeling of contentment or peace,
Alignment.
Groundedness,
Centered.
We're going to bring that energy right up from the earth.
Right into the base of the spine.
That quality of the earth.
The quality that the earth enlivens in you remembers what it reminds you of.
Up into the roots.
Beneath the navel we rise.
Into your solar plexus,
Torso.
We rise into this heart space.
Might place a hand or both hands here.
Imagine this heart space,
This bowl.
A ball of vastness.
An open expanse as wide as the universe.
When you peer downward,
You might tilt your chin down.
Or beneath the closed eyes.
Just imagine you're looking down,
Peering down to the space of the heart.
Where everything meets.
Curiosity forms.
Genuine curiosity.
Feeling just right here right now,
This touch,
This breath,
The subtle movement.
Let's imagine.

A glowing ball of light,
Whatever color that resonates for you in this moment,
This ball of light.
Beginning to fill up the space of the heart.
And as this light grows.
It's slowly pushing out anything that's no longer serving you,
Living in the space of your heart.
Shining so bright that that is being overtaken with this radiant light.
And let's now imagine this light as an attractor.
This light having the ability to draw in,
To bring towards.
That which is in your highest and best.
And let's ask,
Peering down this region of the heart.
What do you need?
What do you desire?
What would you have me experience?
What would you have me remember?
And we just lovingly open heart,
Open mind,
Listen.
No force,
Just open,
Flowing,
Listening.
Let's take a breath together.
And in this space,
We ask.
Mother,
Father,
God,
Creator of all that is.
Divine Beloved.
It is requested that all waywards.
And anything that's not my highest and best,
Anyone else's energy be pulled,
Released,
Sent back into the light or back to wherever they belong.
Let's call all soul fragments,
All of your own energy back home to you,
Cleansed and cleared.
Invite this earth energy to move upward all the way upward through the body From the earth up into the heart,
Out through the head.
The sky energy moving downward.
The sky down through the heart,
Down through the roots.
We ask that all the chakras in the body be aligned and harmonized.
Any rips or tears in your auric field be patched up and fortified.
May all the cells in the body be reminded of their essential nature,
This frequency of love.
You might set your own intention here in the heart.
What do I want to be reminded of tonight,
Tomorrow,
In my dreams?
Please show me.
Please help me to remember.
I know.
May I know more and more each and every day this frequency of love that I am.
May I be receptive and open.
To the creatures,
To the humans,
To the books,
To the resources,
To the music,
To the environments that help me to remember my essential nature.
And take a breath.
Let's send our attention all the way downward through the body,
Down,
Right back down into the earth,
Remembering that seam.
That environment,
Your unique connection to that environment where you feel most content.
Present,
Peaceful,
Home.
Bringing that awareness right up into the heart.
Expanding out into the right here,
Right now moment,
The environment that you're in now.
Time of the day.
A day of the week.
This gratitude for yourself and one another for showing up,
