Yeah,
Okay.
So as I read.
Some words from the Radiant Sutras.
I'm going to invite you to consider this as our transition into the practice.
So you could be walking,
You could be stretching,
You could be setting up your cozy meditation nest.
You could be cleaning.
I don't know about any of you,
But sometimes when I'm preparing before I aim to lay down,
I like to lay down to meditate most days.
Sometimes it's like tidying up the space first.
So I feel like things are put in their place and I feel content and ready to settle.
So feel free to just take really good care of yourself.
Tend to any of the external internal needs as I read these words today.
So let's remember that this is a conversation between the goddess and the God,
Shiva,
Shakti,
Devi,
Bhairava.
And the goddess,
The goddess here at the end of all these different doorways and techniques that the god,
That Bhairava presented,
She still has some questions.
They're part of her questions.
To whom do I offer oblations?
To whom do I sacrifice?
Is everything.
If everything is divine.
And consciousness merges with that divine essence,
Your consciousness.
Your consciousness merges with that divine essence,
Then what happens?
What happens to the distinction between worshiper.
And worship.
The Lord who shines in all replied consciousness.
Oh goddess,
The prophecies you are speaking of refer only to the externals.
When you enter into the great self.
Essential nature that we have.
Feeling of home.
Capital H,
Home.
All prayers go on inside you spontaneously.
Without ceasing.
Take a breath.
In reality,
All songs of gratitude.
And ecstatic lovemaking.
Are resonating in every particle of creation at every moment,
Every thought,
Every heartache,
Every joy.
Every grief,
Every sadness,
Every pain.
When you are established in this recitation,
You are listening and you hear them.
Plunging without reservation into the ocean.
Of bliss is meditation.
Plunge to say yes right here right now without reservation to what is.
How Prana Shakti,
How this aliveness is moving through you as you,
As emotion,
As sensation,
As thought.
No image,
No thoughts,
No props.
Concentrating on the image of God with the body,
Eyes and mouth is not meditation.
No image,
No thoughts,
No props.
Not meditation.
Worship does not mean offering flowers,
It means offering your heart.
To the vast mystery of the universe.
To offer your heart.
To what is.
Right here,
Right now.
It means letting your heart pulse with the life of the universe without thought.
Again,
Without reservation,
Plunging in without reservation today.
As a practice.
It means being so in love.
That you are willing to dissolve.
And to be recreated in every moment.
The willingness in this moment.
Resolved to remember what you love,
The willingness to say yes.
Of a cozy blanket.
Of a fond memory.
Within the heavy heart to.
Remember a simple joy.
What if you offered?
Your heart.
It's fine.
The vast mysteries.
What's the visual of that for you?
The visual lives that's offering.
You might offer that emotion,
The heaviness,
The sadness,
The joy,
The gratitude.
You might conjure up some imagers.
Visualize this offering.
And how about this heart pulse?
What about this heart pulse,
A loving,
Paying attention,
A leaning in and sort of down and towards healing?
Somatic,
The body,
The felt sense.
Oh,
My heart was pulsed.
It means letting your heart pulse with the life of the universe.
Without thought.
And without reservation.
Simple,
Perhaps,
Pleasure of noticing.
The sports.
Animated by LARP.
I want to invite us together.
Ship this song.
To bring a hand or both hands to the heart space near.
The base of the necks,
You might feel your collarbones.
Light touch.
And with this song,
The encouragement today would be to begin to sound,
To hum.
This is a repeating pattern,
The humming and the song.
And offering.
A vibration to hear your own song.
To harmonize the internal state with this humming.
And more into the felt sense the body feeling of resonance coherence.
And your own sound.
And I'm you and I'm with you.
Oh,
I love you Oh,
I love you Oh,
I love you.
Most of all.
Oh,
I love you.
Oh,
I love you Oh,
I love you most of all.
Oh,
I love you.
Oh,
I love you Oh,
I love you most of all.
Now I'm quiet.
Is in our listening.
Noticing loving.
It's going with Amy,
Not to move away from,
Leaning towards.
Leaning towards a partnering with.
What's present.
That's amazing.
Oh,
Sweet.
Make a transition together.
Let's begin.
We'll do this very luxuriously.
I'm going to offer some invitations,
A reminder you have your own way.
Feel called to have my voice fade into the background.
Permission for that,
If you'd like to.
Journey a little together my encouragement will be A little bit of intentional grounding from the space of the head.
Move down into the heart.
And from the heart,
We move down the spine with the tailbone.
Feeling all the way down into your legs and your feet.
Around this urge.
We'll cycle through that two more times from the head.
Allowing our awareness,
Inviting our attention all the way up in the head.
The brain,
The face,
The throat,
The heart.
We go down,
Down the elevator of the spine,
Down solar plexus.
Sacral area down through the roots.
This conscious connection unique to you,
You make connection with the earth.
This earth home,
Maybe through remembering a tree or the soil,
Or maybe there's a particular environment.
A spot on this planet where you feel most at home.
Remembering that.
And one more time from the head.
Down into your heart.
Heart down into the root,
Root down into your feet.
Wiggling your toes.
Let's once again acknowledge right here,
Right now,
Orienting to space and time.
The day of the week,
The time of the day.
The space that you're in,
That 360 degree awareness,
We expand out all the way around you,
Above and below.
Remembering your connection to the earth,
You being at the center of that sphere of attention.
You.
Good,
And when you're feeling ready,
If the eyes have been closed,
You might flutter the eyes open.
You've been still,
You might add some motion back in.
If you've been moving,
You might get a little more still.
Oh.
Let's circle back a few.
I'd like to share anything,
Feel free to share if you need to zoom out,
This is a great time.
I would say same,
Just be slow and spacious,
Knowing what's coming next and okay,
What do I need between that thing and right now?
And you might even ask yourself that,
Like,
Huh,
What is it?
Before I go interact with the email or the person or the task,
Yeah?
