All right.
Oh.
The invitation for today to begin is seated or standing.
You or not to listen.
We'll miss you.
Feel open to.
Another invitation is to hum,
To hum along.
With this repeated pattern with the song today as we transition.
I'm gonna go on you and on myself.
I'm in with you.
Three minutes.
Yeah,
Maybe a hum that's filled with kindness,
Tenderness,
Like soft and gentle.
Place your hand near your neck,
Feel that vibration.
Soft touch.
For these words,
This body.
Oh,
I love you Oh,
I love you most of all.
Oh,
I love you.
I love you.
Oh,
I love you most of all You haven't already and courage.
Some gentle circular motion.
The whole of the torso,
You're available for that.
And if not,
You could circle.
Your neck,
You could circle your wrists.
Bye.
Idea for practice together if you're willing to experiment is shifting your body weight around.
Your bum so we lean to the right.
She going back a little bit over to the left and a little forward toward the sitting bones.
An embodiment of motion.
Movement.
Body moving through space subtly.
We might recall times when we've been Ruminating.
Spinning on the inside,
Swirling thoughts,
Swirling emotions.
Everything's really active in there.
All had times.
Worried,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed.
Busy with caring for things that we love,
Our to-do lists.
Really living out this.
The humans doing all the doing.
Remembering this.
Wow,
There's so much movement.
At times so much movement inside of me.
And this embrace,
This welcoming kind of acceptance as we move our bodies,
Like,
Of course.
Of course there is.
I care so much.
I'm in so much pain.
I have so much to think about.
I have so much I care about.
How much I want to do.
Worse.
What about the of course of the opposite?
We pause.
Find a still point.
Comfortable position for your spine,
Your shoulders.
Your head and we pause and see if you can settle.
And that,
That pull of gravity.
Anchor your,
Your bomb,
Your feet.
We say yes,
We soften our shoulders,
The jaw,
The eyes.
So notice the body now not moving through space.
There's a sense of pause,
A sense of rest.
Resting in the center.
Permission to rest in the center.
Right here,
Right now.
And one more time together.
Encouragement to start to muse ahead.
And you don't want to move your head,
You could move your shoulders,
Your upper back.
In that circular pattern.
Changing directions when you feel calm.
Slow and subtle.
There's constant movement.
Notice how the movement calls your attention.
There's something to notice.
Maybe there's stretch,
Maybe there's tension,
Maybe there's feel-good sensation,
Not-so-feel-good sensation.
There's thoughts that we could be.
Engaging with as well.
Is the love I need inside.
Mmm.
There's a love I know Yeah.
There's a love I know Okay,
Let's again find a still point.
Center,
The pause,
The rest.
An invitation to our attention,
Notice.
Body not moving through space.
But like to purposely.
.
.
Ours.
Or any sort of deliciousness or luxury that can be felt in the pods.
Be around these.
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to figure out.
Are the poles.
Feed one another,
Give to one another,
Influence one another,
The movement,
The rest.
Emotion,
The stillness.
Of the two poles today in this moment.
You feel a more natural inclination as emotion.
It's like,
Oh,
I want to lean back into the emotion.
Savor the stillness.
Of yourself back.
Say yes.
The desire,
The need,
The want.
You.
So,
You together if you haven't already survived to the stillness.
And the listening.
You you When we're together,
It's like this conscious choice to enter the space,
Tune in to.
.
.
Space of the heart.
There's a line in the sutra,
There's a space.
In the heart where everything meets.
Comes here.
Come here if you want to find me.
Mind,
Senses,
Soul,
All are here.
Are you here?
Time,
Tender touch.
Turning an ear,
Turning an eye down toward.
A hollowed space.
Of Susset and intention or invite some words,
Your own,
A prayer,
A blessing,
Intention to to notice,
To feel,
To listen.
What is here on the space of the heart.
There's something here.
May I know it.
May I hear it.
May I feel it.
May I remember.
You you you you.
Mindful,
Spacious,
Luxurious transition on your own today.
Much gratitude and love.
Thank you so much.
