Heather Briann is a meditation teacher, facilitator, and guide whose work centers around helping people reconnect with their Essential Nature: the grounded, loving, wise part of themselves beneath stress, conditioning, and fear. Her work is influenced by Instinctive Meditation, ThetaHealing, parts work, yoga, and a lifelong relationship with nature. While these modalities shape her approach, the heart of her work comes from lived experience: learning to listen inwardly, trust the body’s intelligence, and return to what feels most true. Heather specializes in supporting people through life’s in-between spaces: seasons of transition, uncertainty, grief, awakening, and transformation. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and experiential. Rather than leading from above, she walks beside the people she serves with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. She creates spaces that invite authenticity, embodiment, nervous system restoration, and meaningful connection. Heather helps people cultivate a more trusting relationship with themselves and their inner knowing. Creativity and curiosity are central to her work. She designs experiences that honor each person’s unique path while encouraging deeper self-awareness, presence, and alignment with truth. At the core of Heather’s work is a devotion to transparency, relational healing, and embodied living. She believes transformation happens through honest connection with ourselves, one another, and life itself.
