And go.
This first song is about three minutes.
Use this to transition.
Theme,
Single point,
Single point.
A fascination rather than focus.
But if we deleted the word,
We have to focus on something.
The side.
Curious and fascinated.
Around my attention,
How it can spiral in and get pinpointed towards something.
How we can spiral away from that.
And how that's kind of the ongoing dance of our attention.
Thanks for watching!
As you're making any sort of adjustments to your body,
To your environment.
Let's also all awaken to the fact that,
Like,
We We focus in on things that we care about pretty effortlessly and also the things that like cause us fear,
Anxiety,
Worry,
Like how often are we just like in a similar thread of thought.
You know,
Ruminating.
On things that maybe we don't really want to be.
So it's like you already have this skill set inside of us.
Um.
.
.
We're just learning how to how to utilize that for some other other types of aliveness,
You could say.
The aliveness of worry,
Anxiety,
Fear.
Feeling low,
Feeling frustrated.
It's a type of aliveness that we're all going to experience and we can also,
We all know,
Experience like fun and joy.
Connection.
Just that permission,
Reminder,
You can be moving.
You can be moving right now.
Start walking around,
You could do some yoga.
You could take this outside.
You can get really cozy.
Play a little nest for yourself.
You're holding your breath.
Let's not do that.
You can scan the face,
The eyes,
The jaw,
The neck,
The tongue,
The shoulders,
If there's some holding there so you can consciously release.
We just aim to send some signals to the physical body through releasing tension to having more of a harmonious breath that we're safe right here right now.
We're safe to relax a little bit more.
So let's.
Imagine all of however your attention is moving like as a swirl.
There's a swirling going on the thoughts,
The emotions,
The external awareness of the internal awareness is listening to me hearing the music.
There's a spiral of attention.
It's kind of circling around,
Spiraling.
A certain direction.
And let's imagine a spiral.
We're spiraling now.
Up and out,
So up the head and out the head and into the sky.
Into sort of a vastness through this like knowledge right there's all this space there's the sky there are the clouds stars And then just imagine your attention,
You might start to imagine it as a a ball of light,
A point of light spiraling back down.
Tension moving down to the crown of the head and down the head and towards the heart and we just dial right into the center of the heart,
Center of the chest.
So you might bring a hand there if it's kind of hard to feel internally or visualize internally,
Like let your hands feel the heart space.
Like,
Right,
I'm just gonna see if I can.
Linger.
Space of the heart.
A few seconds.
And then again,
Let's consciously choose.
Imagine that.
Spiral,
Kind of like a funnel shape.
We funnel,
We spiral all the way up the head and out the head and beyond the head and into the space and upward upward upward we spiral out once again.
Acknowledging the space.
Vastness.
Spiral slowly back downward.
Point of light.
Basket,
We invite it,
Conscious awareness coming back down,
That funnel,
That spiral from vastness,
Or the head,
Crown of the head,
We enter the head,
The eye is the nose,
Jaw,
The tongue,
The throat,
All the way down into one little point.
The center of the chest.
If you can just imagine this,
There's this.
Golden speck grain of sand,
A mustard seed,
A little tiny light right here at the center of the chest.
Or in.
Imagine a city to.
Bring our light into this conscious awareness into this one point,
Single point.
And then lift up into the center of the head and notice if it's easier for you to access a point of light,
A little golden light,
A seed,
The center of the head.
Which area feels more intriguing,
Interesting,
Or just easy to tune into.
And then choose that.
And linger for a few more seconds.
If you can see,
Feel,
Notice.
It's golden.
Seed or ball.
You And as you notice,
When you notice some spiraling away from that seed,
At light,
Follow it,
Let yourself spiral away.
But the thoughts,
The emotions,
Whatever's coming up carry you.
Spiral you out and then when you're available for it you consciously choose all right now i'm gonna Lovingly choose to spiral back towards that single point of awareness in the center of the head or the heart.
Pronounced really simple acknowledgement of this.
That's why.
Space.
You this inner wellspring of potential energy of wisdom.
Center point.
I ask,
But would you have me know today or hear today?
Or anything that you'd like to show me.
Anything to be experienced or remembered.
And let the questions go as we linger in the space.
This body.
This body is sustained by altars to the radiant nectar of life around you.
An ocean of air ready to become your breath.
Above the head,
The glow of an invisible sun.
Within the spaciousness of the heart,
Pulsing throb of creation where the breaths meet,
Fuse,
And transform into each other.
Whenever wherever your mind wanders,
Whatever you wonder return to the luminous.
Choose any altar.
Have heart.
Throw your attention again in the end.
Spiral,
Spiral towards.
Into one of these centers where spirit and flesh consummate their love.
Spirit and flesh.
Consummate there.
Let's gather a few conscious breaths,
Intentional,
Maybe a little longer.
The inhale and the exhale.
Of knowledge,
The state that you're in.
And the shifts in state.
Not needing that to happen,
Just a truth.
What's true for you right here,
Right now?
What are you noticing?
About your attention,
About your energy.
That kindness,
Kindness and grace say in this transition,
How to practice the skill of being gentle,
Graceful.
Kind to.
To ourselves before moving into whatever is coming next for you,
If there's any need.
Extra space,
Journaling,
Motion that would feel supportive.
Please offer yourself that.
And spacious if you have that time,
Another three or so minutes to.
Surface from practice and.
Towards whatever is coming next.
