Hello and welcome to this guided energetic flow reset.

For this practice,

I recommend sitting in a chair with your feet on the ground or standing.

You'll really get the most out of this if you can feel your feet firmly on the ground.

If you prefer to sit cross-legged on the floor,

Just notice the parts of your feet that are making contact with the earth.

As you inhale,

Remember the flow of universal energy.

Just like the systems of our physical body,

Our energy wants to flow.

Allowing yourself to inhale whatever you need at this moment,

And exhale whatever is no longer serving you.

When we breathe,

We don't specify which air molecules we take in or release.

Stagnant energy wants to flow,

And intention is everything.

Trusting that you can inhale and receive whatever you need,

And exhale and release whatever is no longer serving you.

Perhaps you visualize this new energy flowing from above your head,

And washing down,

While it drains out through your feet and down into the earth beneath you.

Continuing to flow through this cycle,

Inhaling,

Receiving this divine energy washing over you,

And exhaling,

Sending all heaviness onto your feet.

Exhaling,

Sending all heaviness,

All doubt,

All stress and tension out through your feet into the earth beneath you.

Remembering that our energy wants to flow.

This is a natural process as we take in the new,

And release what's no longer for us.

I invite you to continue this process of inhaling what you need,

And exhaling,

Really letting everything release.
