Hello dear friend,

Let's presume that you have a magic wand.

What would you change about your life?

There are no limits,

No restrictions.

You are the director,

Producer and screenwriter of your life.

So everything is possible.

Don't hold back wondering what other people will say of you if you get that or because of the fear that if you get to change something,

You will lose something else.

Go ahead,

Ignite your imagination and trust that you deserve the life of your dreams.

This guided visualization meditation will give you the opportunity to look at your life from an observer point of view,

Identify your values and beliefs,

Your resistance blocks and limitations,

Reflect on your life and decide what to keep and what to let go so you are left with the best ingredients to create your dream life.

So let's dive in and find your inner center.

Choose a comfortable posture.

Sit up nice and tall.

Straighten your back,

Open your chest and roll back the shoulders.

I invite you to gently massage your ears if you wish.

So you can invite a deeper feeling of relaxation into your body.

Take your earlobes and pull them gently downwards as much as it feels good for you.

Next,

Go all the way up,

Pulling each section of the ear.

Roll out the area where it goes over.

Grab the top of your ears and gently pull them upwards.

Notice how your whole head feels right now.

Perhaps quite a lot of tension and fog has disappeared.

Slowly and gently close your eyes and notice where is your awareness.

Let go of your day.

Let go of your week.

Let go of the interactions and conversations you had with yourself and other people.

Let go of how things should be,

How life should be,

How you should be.

With every in-breath,

Invite inner peace,

Clarity,

Inner knowing,

Acceptance,

Love,

Forgiveness and trust to settle into every cell of your being.

With every out-breath,

Release any fear,

Especially the fear of missing out,

Worry,

Stress,

Tension.

Let go of all your problems,

Other people's problems.

Let go of all the drama.

Slow down your breathing and begin counting your breaths.

Every inhale is one and every exhale is two.

Stay focused on the counting and breathing for the next few breaths.

Invite your awareness to drop from your head into your heart space.

See if you can notice a shift in your energy.

Open your heart and see if you can sense into your future self.

Relax your body even more.

Feel all your muscles,

Joints and bones softening and melting away into the ground.

The more relaxed is your body,

The easier the energy can flow through it,

As well as new ideas and possibilities.

Connect to your body and notice where within your body you feel a tiny layer of resistance,

A tendency to hold on to a past experience.

Take this moment to ground your body and your energy.

Breathe in from the base of your spine all the way up into the top of your head.

Breathe out through the front of your body and all the way down into the ground.

Repeat this exercise a few times until you feel balanced,

Grounded and connected.

Acknowledge where is your mind and gently bring it back to your breath and the sensations in your body.

In this moment there is nothing to worry about.

You are okay,

You are safe and there is nothing that needs your attention.

So I invite you to journey with me if you wish.

Allow your imagination to get wild.

Remember you are only limited by your own imagination.

Imagine yourself in your most favorite place in nature.

Notice how it feels for you to bask in your favorite environment.

Absorb all the beauty that surrounds you,

The taste,

The smell,

The sound,

The color.

Let go of any tension and just relax.

In your mind's eye imagine that you turn your head to the left and see an image of yourself one year from today.

Think deeper into the depths of your being and sense your higher self inviting you to your new reality.

Who would you like to be one year from today?

How are you spending most of your time?

Don't hold back and listen to your higher self guiding you.

Notice who is with you and the place you are in.

Is there anything you'd like to say to your future self?

Or maybe your future self would like to say something to you.

Notice how confidently your future self moves,

Talks,

Acts and smiles.

Imagine your future self leaning forward and whispering softly in your ear.

My dear one,

Relax and have more fun.

Everything will be okay.

Believe in yourself and hang in there.

You are valuable.

Take a deep breath and notice how you feel right now.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

You are a beautiful person.

Strong and powerful in every aspect of a human being.

The confidence that the new you has,

It's radiating through time and space.

And you feel the result in your body right now.

Notice what you are wearing,

The place you live in,

Who is with you,

How you spend most of your time,

And what are your values and beliefs about yourself and life now.

Lean into your higher self for any messages.

You probably can hear your higher self whispering to you.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

Everyone makes mistakes.

It's part of the human experience.

Remember to laugh more often and don't take everything so seriously.

Let go of the struggle and stop trying to make everything look perfect.

Take a breath and notice how you feel.

Perhaps everything you knew all along has been confirmed to you now by your higher self.

It's healthy to pursue your dreams and create the life you want.

You notice in your future self a reassurance that everything will work out in the most beautiful and harmonious way and for the benefit of your highest good.

The trust radiating from your future self is something that will never be forgotten.

The trust radiating from your future self is so encouraging and uplifting to know that life is beautiful with all the ups and downs and it's worth it.

Take a few deep breaths and let everything sink in.

Remain in this space for as long as you wish and when you're ready gently open your eyes.
