Hello dear friend,
I invite you to start every day with feelings of gratitude for yourself,
For others and for your experiences.
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies and the more you practice gratitude and spend time in gratitude and love,
The more you will reconcile with your true self.
And slowly you will develop a sense of peace and calmness and you will find it easier to express love,
Kindness and compassion towards others.
You will raise your vibration and heal your body.
So let's begin our practice.
Take a moment to center,
Pause and connect.
Find a comfortable posture,
Sitting up nice and tall,
Rolling the shoulders up towards the ears and then relaxing them down your back.
Take a moment to rest in the awareness that you are now present in your body,
Inhabiting every cell and atom of your being.
Welcome your breath and allow each breath to roll down your spine and into the earth.
Close your eyes if you haven't done it already.
Feel life orchestrating your inner landscape.
Let go of the past.
Let the past rest and don't bring it into the present moment.
The same with the future.
No need to bring your worries of the future into the present moment.
You are okay.
You are safe.
Honor the present moment and let go of anything else that doesn't serve you right now.
You choose what you want to keep and what to let go.
Relax and soften the body.
Let go of any tension,
Tightness,
Stress or discomfort.
Imagine breathing in gratitude and breathing out gratitude.
Take three deep and slow gratitude breaths.
Breathing in from the center of the earth through the soles of your feet all the way into your center,
Your solar plexus and breathing out through the soles of your feet,
Releasing fears,
Worries and doubts back into the earth.
Breathing from the center of the earth through the soles of your feet all the way into the center of your heart.
Slowly suspend the breath and slowly release any negative emotions,
Anger and frustration.
Another slow and deep breath,
Breathing in from the center of the earth through the soles of your feet all the way into the center of your head.
Allow the breath within your brain and then release it all back down into the earth.
Perhaps setting the intention to let go of all your limiting beliefs,
Negative thinking patterns and control.
Allow life to flow with ease and grace,
No resistance,
No control,
No judgment,
No attachment and no expectation.
Notice what is happening in your body right now.
Become aware of your experience.
What is the first thing that you are grateful for?

I am grateful for my inner organs functioning together and listening to each other.
I am grateful for my abilities,
Skills and gifts.
I am grateful for having spirit by my side always.
I am grateful for my legs taking me to beautiful and mesmerizing places in this world.
I am grateful for my hands cooking delicious food.
I am grateful for my skin protecting my internal organs.
I am grateful for my home.
I am grateful for my warm and cozy bed.
Breathe in and breathe out.
I am grateful for my fluffy pillow.
I am grateful for my soft duvet.
I am grateful for hot water.
I am grateful for my soap.
I am so grateful for my toothbrush.
Take a moment to breathe in and breathe out.
I am grateful for my clothes.
I am grateful for my comfortable shoes.
I am grateful for my couch where I can relax.
I am grateful for the dining table and chairs.
I am deeply grateful for a comfortable life.
I am very grateful for a peaceful life.
Take a deep breath,
Breathing in and out.
I am grateful that I can pursue my dreams.
I am grateful that I am aligned with my higher self.
I am grateful for my intuition.
I am grateful for all my life experiences.
I know that deep down my soul wanted these experiences.
So I can grow,
Evolve and learn.
