Hello dear friend,
I invite you to remember that you are in charge of your life.
So take a moment to gather your thoughts and begin setting intentions for yourself.
Life is not always buttercups,
Unicorns and rainbows.
We come across circumstances that throw us off balance.
We feel pushed and pulled in all directions,
Leaving us with no sense of direction of where we are going,
Or even worse,
Not remembering if we are coming or going.
Neuroscience has proven that when you set an intention,
Your brain records it as action already taken place.
So let's begin.
Arrive to your meditation posture.
Sit with your back well supported.
Elongate the spine so it feels tall and free.
Your spine is like an antenna.
It receives information and sends information to all parts of your body.
Press your feet firmly on the floor and anchor your energy into this moment.
Hands softly resting in your lap,
Palms facing up.
Decompress your shoulders and let the weight slide off your shoulders.
Connect with your center of gravity.
Take three deep and long breaths into your center,
Breathing it deeply through the nose and exhaling fully through the mouth.
Imagine every breath washing away any tension,
Stress,
Discomfort,
And pain.
Let go of old and stagnant energy.
Come to a point of stillness and inner connection.
Visualize your energy expanding upwards to the sky and downwards to the earth.
You are space,
Freedom,
And awareness.
Feel a grounding cord extending from the base of your spine and going deep into the earth.
Ground your body and your energy in this moment.
Notice how it feels to be supported,
Grounded,
And protected.
So you are beginning a new week,
Right?
How does it look like?
Is it packed and busy or quite light and relaxed?
How do you feel when you think about your week?
Overwhelmed,
Stressed,
Heavy on your shoulders,
Heavy on your heart?
Allow your emotions and feelings to surface up.
With your breath,
Open the space for all your feelings and emotions.
Let them be.
It's okay to feel what you're feeling.
You will be playing many roles this week,
So it's normal to feel a bit apprehensive about your week.
I invite you to step out of the survivor mode and set an intention for this week.
I will share with you a list of intentions.
Settle for the one that feels good for you in your heart,
Mind,
And soul.
Take a deep breath and release.
Rest your awareness in your heart space and let's begin.
My intention for this week is to accept whatever happens as if I had chosen it.
To tap into my intuition and deeply appreciate my human experience.
To invite more love and light into my life.
To believe in myself and become more confident.
To spend more time in my heart rather than my head.
To brighten up other people's day.
To be strong and calm.
To encourage and inspire others by showing up as my true self.
To show up for myself.
To flow with the rhythm of life and nature.
To believe that I am enough.
To love myself unconditionally.
To love others unconditionally.
To release judgment and expectation.
Take a deep breath in and out.
To let go of the fear of uncertainty.
To accept myself as imperfect.
To accept others as imperfect.
To be more of who I am.
To enjoy myself.
To tune into my energy.
To be present in every moment.
To respond instead of reacting.
To live in alignment with my spirit.
To spend quality time with myself.
To be more softer and kinder.
To be compassionate.
To trust life.
To forgive myself.
To forgive others.
To learn from all my experiences.
To hold space for others.
To hold space for myself.
To show understanding and compassion.
Take a deep breath in and a big breath out.
To release limiting beliefs.
To imagine only beautiful things happening.
To shift my perspective about life.
To accept my gifts.
To value and appreciate myself.
To value and appreciate others.
To remember to breathe.
To listen to my angels and spirit guides.
To feed my body healthy meals.
To rest and just be.
To awaken my inner power.
To connect with my heart space.
To accept my shadow side.
Take a deep breath and relax the body.
Connect with an intention that feels the best for you.
Now meditate on your intention for the next few breaths.
Allow your intention to settle deeply into your heart.
