You can either sit or lie down and make this moment a special moment just for you.
A gift to yourself.
A gift of peacefulness.
As you're sitting or lying down pay attention to your body.
What does your body feel like right now?
Are you feeling any tension in any part of your body?
Are your eyes feeling heavy?
How is your breathing?
Is it short and quick or long and calm?
Give your body the space to calm down,
To unwind so you can feel grounded again.
Your body is finding its peacefulness with every word I say and with the frequencies that you can hear in the background of this meditation track.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And even bigger now,
In and out.
Wonderful.
Welcome to this new,
Powerful,
Wonderful state of peacefulness.
A state where everything is as it should be.
Nothing needs to happen.
You don't need to change anything.
It's just a moment of pure connection with yourself.
Of being in the moment and letting your body and mind just unwind for a bit.
I know you are a busy high achiever.
You love getting things done.
And now by listening to this meditation you are balancing your moments of action with moments of pure relaxation.
And you deserve this.

Feel that positive loving emotion so that it becomes more present just here and now.
Breathe into this feeling.
