I invite you to get comfy,

Get cozy,

Put one hand over your heart and try to relax your facial muscles.

They might have been tense all day because you were concentrated or busy.

Relax those facial muscles and put up a small content smile.

Isn't it nice to just put up a smile for no apparent reason?

The reason here is that we're getting back in touch with ourselves,

Even if it's just for a minute.

Even though your day can feel like a wild river,

You can always stop and sit on the shore of that river to just enjoy the view and smile before you dive in again.

Feel that smile,

Breathe a little deeper and when you're ready,

Go on with your day from a place of calmness and positivity.
