Hey Achievers,

Welcome back to this new meditation for healthy high achievers.

How is your day going?

Rushing from here to there?

Checking off things of your to-do list?

Or do you feel like there's not enough time in a day?

I get you.

You have that unbeatable drive to keep achieving,

Keep improving,

Keep being productive.

In today's short meditation,

Let's take a moment to come back to ourselves,

To check in with your body,

And check in with your life in general.

Where are you heading to?

What's the bigger goal behind all of these daily tasks?

I invite you to sit or lie down somewhere comfortable and make this a cozy moment just for yourself.

With your favorite slippers or happy socks,

You can light a candle or cleanse your space,

Whatever you need to truly give your soul some undivided love and attention.

All too often,

You are focusing on what's out there,

External circumstances,

External demands,

Other people.

How often do you go in?

Let's just start by taking a deep cleansing breath together.

Here we go.

Want to do another one?

Wonderful.

Now put your hand over your heart and just smile.

Try to relax your facial muscles.

They might have been tense all day because you were concentrated or busy.

Relax those facial muscles and put up a small content smile.

Isn't it nice to just put up a smile for no apparent reason?

The reason here is that we're getting back in touch with ourselves and our positivity.

Even though your day can feel like a wild river,

You can always stop and sit on the shore of that river to just enjoy the view and smile before you dive in again.

All right.

To get a bit deeper into that relaxed,

Loving feeling,

Think of one reason why you are just a wonderful human being.

In what way are you proud of yourself?

Don't be shy.

You can brag and exaggerate,

Nobody will hear you.

Is it a natural skill that you have that others admire about you?

Like problem solving or empathy?

Or is it something you're good at and you've taken for granted until you look around and you see that it is a special talent?

Feel that gratitude,

Proudness,

Appreciation for yourself and your superpower.

Really feel it in your heart.

Imagine you're sitting there on the shore of that river,

Watching the water flow in one direction.

Even though there are rocks trying to stop the current and all kinds of challenging obstacles,

The water itself is strong,

Decisive,

Certain about its direction.

My dear Cheever,

Where is your river flowing towards?

Where are you heading to in your life?

And don't worry,

I am not talking about a specific job or a country or city where you want to live or if you want to have any kids at all.

Here's something important that you should know.

You don't have to have full clarity about the circumstances of your future life in order to start building or to flow strongly like a river.

These kinds of life goals or circumstances,

They will change,

They will shift and that's okay.

I am talking about a layer that lies deeper,

At the bottom of your river.

The bottom of your river is a foundation on which your energies flow freely.

Now if that sounds too vague,

Let me give you an example.

For me,

I want to have people in my life with calm,

Positive energies.

Know that I am not talking about a specific group of friends or the kind of partner I want to have.

Just the people who touch my life,

Whether they stay or not,

Should have that same feeling of calm,

Positive energy.

Another example is,

I want a warm,

Cozy house.

I am not saying that I want to buy a house or rent an apartment or have a big garden or move countries.

Wherever I am,

Whatever my home looks like,

The place I am calling home should be warm and cozy.

Now take a moment to imagine where you are heading to,

What is important to you in your life on a deeper level.

How do you want to feel?

What do you want to experience?

Just let your mind flow freely for one minute.

There you go.

Go with the Mt.

Good job.

If you feel like you're still only scratching the surface,

That's okay.

Just ask yourself the question,

What does this goal mean to me on a deeper level?

What's the essence of what I'm wishing for?

You don't need to have the answer to that question right away.

Just asking the question will help you to start cultivating the answer and get clarity bit by bit.

It's not about finding all the answers,

It's about asking the right questions.

Today you've done a great job at planting the right seeds to make sure you are heading in a direction that makes you feel happy,

Calm and fulfilled.

And with that,
