Hey Cheevers,
Welcome to this full moon meditation.
You are here because you're looking for a moment to connect with yourself under this full moon.
I invite you to get cozy,
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
And get a blanket if you want to,
Light some candles,
Put on your favorite socks,
Put your hand over your heart,
Whatever it is,
Just take a moment to get into your own safe space in your own way.
This moment is completely yours.
There's no other people or obligations waiting for you.
You are here,
Present,
With yourself.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths to release.
You breathe in through the nose and out with a delicious big sigh.
In.
And again.
In.
And out.
And again.
In.
Last time.
In.
Good.
Notice what your body feels like.
What tension do you feel?
Do you feel relaxed or stressed?
Notice.
What's going on in your head?
Does your mind feel full of thoughts,
Doubts,
Plans?
And what about your heart?
What does it want?
What does it desire?
A lot might be coming up or nothing at all and that's all good.
We're just taking stock.
Taking stock of our inner world so we can release and surrender under this full moon.
When we have a full moon,
It can feel like you have a lot going on.
The energy is high and it can feel overwhelming.
You might feel like you're looking for balance or relief outside of yourself.
In other people,
In other projects,
In online courses.
This is a natural consequence of a full moon.
And this is why today I'm inviting you to focus only on yourself and to filter out whatever is not invited in your life any longer.
Whatever has served its purpose,
Has taught you a lesson,
Is ready to be released.
You might not only need to release some things in your life but also surrender.
What do you need to surrender to?
What are you trying to force or change or get your way and what would it feel like to just let it be,
Surrender?
I'll let you take a minute to take note of everything you want to let go of or accept and surrender and imagine putting them all in a basket right on your lap.
What do you feel needs to go?
Now imagine you are standing on a grass field on a beautiful sunny day.
Can you feel the wind caress your face?
Can you feel the sun shining on your skin?
Can you feel the grass tingling your toes?
Can you feel your basket in your hands?
You are looking at the horizon and you feel ready to put a stronger filter on your life and let go of whatever does not fit for you anymore.
You want to feel more light,
Create space for what's truly important to you?
And with that energy,
Hold your basket in front of you and you can just imagine doing this on that grass field or at the same time you can literally move your hands and your arms imagining there's a basket you're holding.
You're feeling more strong and confident,
Ready to let go of everything you put in that basket.
You are ready to release it all into the earth.
So when you're ready,
Pour everything that's in your basket into the grass field.
Let mother earth soak up everything that's not serving you into the earth's core,
Away from your body,
Your mind,
Away from your heart and your soul.
How does that feel?
Just watch mother earth soak up everything that is not welcome in your life anymore at this moment in time.
When we're done with today's full moon meditation,
I recommend you grab your journal or a piece of paper and write down a couple of affirmations that start with I release,
I surrender to,
I deserve to let go of.
Write these down and repeat your personal affirmations tonight before you go to sleep.
You can even choose to burn them with a candle but if not,
Just repeat the affirmations so that they're deeply ingrained in your brain,
In your heart,
In your soul and you will feel more light,
Free and happy.
When you're ready,
Connect back to your body by giving yourself one big hug.
Embrace yourself literally for taking this moment of self-care and self-love together with this global community of healthy high achievers.
Thank you achievers for sharing this moment with me under the full moon and with that,
I'm wishing you a wonderful rest of your day.
