Hey achievers,
Welcome to this short meditation for healthy high achievers.
Today I'd love to help you prime your mind to get into a mindset of decluttering and simplifying your life.
I invite you to get comfortable in whatever position relaxes you the most,
But make sure your whole body is feeling supported.
If you want,
Grab a blanket,
Put on your favorite bunny slippers,
Whatever you need to feel taken care of.
This is a relaxing moment,
A small gift from you to you.
Now close your eyes,
Put one hand over your heart and take a deep breath with me here.
In and out.
Let's do this again with a delicious big sigh as you breathe out.
In and out.
One more time.
In and out.
Now put on a soft smile,
A smile of gratitude for taking this moment to take care of yourself.
Ten minutes is enough to truly wind down and relax.
Gently put your hands on your lap with the palms up.
If you're lying down,
You can let your hands rest next to your body,
Palms up.
I invite you to take a step back from your life.
It's like you're an eagle flying high in the sky,
Looking down and seeing your life in the bigger picture.
You're not judging.
You're a kind,
Patient,
Loving observer of this life you're living.
In mindfulness,
You learn to step out of the intensity of your own drama and stress and observe from a kind and gentle third person's perspective.
You are that strong,
Wise eagle flying over your own life.
Now with an open mind and heart,
Where is the main clutter coming from in this person's life?
There might be various areas,
But what kind of chaos in this person's life that you're looking at looks like it has a heavier weight?
Just notice,
As if you're looking down at a landscape and you're pointing at something,
Saying look at that area,
That busy highway in the middle of these green areas and villages.
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
I want you to open up to your intuition,
To that small inner feeling that will give you a hint to find the answer to this question.
Where is the main clutter coming from?
If you're not sure,
Play a game with your intuition.
Ask yourself,
Is it social life?
And see what sensations you feel in your body.
Do you feel nothing?
That's okay.
When the answer is yes,
You will feel it in your body in your own way.
Something will change,
Or you'll feel a pressure in your stomach or in your throat or wherever your intuition speaks to you.
You might not feel anything in your body,
Just a feeling,
A feeling that this is it.
Ask yourself,
Is it my desk?
Is it my schedule?
Just ask and observe what sensations you're feeling.
Is it my commitments at work?
Is it my wardrobe?
Is it my daily structure?
Is it my meal planning?
Is it family life?
Is it the storage room?
Is it all of my hobbies and passions?
Is it my to-do list?
You can go on with your own questions and know that you can always,
At any given time,
Access the wisdom of your inner knowing.
If you felt yes with all of this,
Just see where did that feeling get most intense?
Where was it really calling for your attention of like this is that number one thing right now that's most pressing?
Don't let the mind get in your way.
Don't overthink.
Go beyond the mind to that instant hint from your intuition.
The conscious mind is slow compared to what your subconscious mind knows.
When your conscious mind gets to a realization,
Your subconscious mind has known all along.
Trust that.
Trust yourself.
Trust your gut feeling.
Dear achievers,
Let's start decluttering your life,
Step by step,
Day by day,
Until you've cleared enough headspace to send that energy towards what is truly important in your life.
And with that,
I'm wishing you a wonderful rest of your day.
