Welcome beautiful souls of the light to this Letting Go meditation.

So take a moment to find a comfortable space,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

This is your time to release,

To reset and to return home to yourself.

So often we get caught up and we hold on to things that no longer serve us.

Emotions,

Expectations,

Attachments,

Even identities.

Today we're creating space.

Space for your heart,

Your breath and your truth.

Let's surrender together,

Knowing that by letting go,

We create room for what truly aligns.

Begin with a deep,

Intentional breath.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Let each exhale soften your body.

Now bring your awareness to your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your chest.

Where are you holding tension?

I just want you to feel into that.

Now imagine a golden light slowly washing over you,

From the crown to your base and into the ground,

Melting away the heaviness.

Now see in front of you a small river,

Flowing gently.

With every exhale,

Visualize placing something you're ready to release into the water.

Fear,

Judgment,

Old patterns.

Watch them drift away.

Say quietly or in your mind,

I lovingly release what no longer serves me.

I trust the process of my becoming.

Stay here in this flow with the river.

Let go and breathe deeper into trust.

And begin to return with gratitude for the space you've reclaimed.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes and bring gentle movement to your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and feel the lightness within you.

Carry it with you.
