Hi and welcome to this quantum activation meditation.
Awakening your inner spark.
So let's begin.
Sit in a relaxed position whether you're lying down,
Sitting up,
With your back straight.
Just allowing your shoulders to drop.
Rest your hands on your lap and gently close down the eyes.
I take a slow deep breath in through the nose and feel your belly expand.
Hold for a moment,
Then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Taking another slow deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your belly expand and hold for a moment,
Then exhale slowly through your mouth and releasing any tension.
Now as you breathe,
Imagine roots gently extending from the base of your spine into the earth.
Feel a sense of stability and support.
This is your connection to the nourishing energy of the ground beneath you.
Bring your attention to the quiet space inside of you and notice any subtle sensations,
Perhaps a soft hum or a gentle pulsation.
This is your inner spark,
Your true vibrant essence.
Allow it to be there without judgment and simply acknowledging its presence.
With each inhale,
Imagine your inner spark growing brighter as if it were a tiny flame being gently fanned.
Feel it warm your chest,
Then spread it through your entire body.
With every exhale,
Envision this light expanding outward.
Feel it connecting you with the quiet rhythm of life all around you.
Know that this energy is uniquely yours,
A powerful vibration that is both intimate and universal.
And silently saying to yourself I am awake,
I am vibrant,
And I allow my true energy to flow.

And allow each repetition deepening your connection to your inner truth.
Now as the activation continues,
Be open to any sensations,
Thoughts or emotions that may arise.
They are all part of your journey.
Notice any heaviness,
Old patterns or beliefs lingering in your energy and with every exhale imagine these dissolving into light,
Leaving you free to shine even brighter.
Allow yourself to fully feel this transformation knowing that by releasing the old,
You are making room for the new.
Now gently place your hand over your heart,
Feeling the warmth and the rhythmic beat reminding you of the life force within.
Now softly repeating these words,
I am activated,
I am whole,
I am ready to create.
And allowing this information to settle into your being as you continue to breathe slowly.
Imagine a gentle wave of light sealing your new found activation knowing that this energy remains with you,

And begin to bring your awareness back into the room by wiggling your toes and fingers and taking one final deep cleansing breath.
