Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this morning prayer. Divine Source, God, Spirit. I thank you as I open my eyes and welcome this new day. A day full of possibilities. A day full of opportunities. A day where I choose to live in deep awareness, With my eyes wide open and my heart even wider. I connect with the truth of who I am. With my breath I come home to my body. With my awareness I return to the present moment. Today I walk forward grounded and connected. My heart is open. My body is listening. My soul is aligned. I trust in the whispers that come through me. I trust in the flow that guides me. I trust that I am supported in ways seen and unseen. Thank you Spirit for this new beginning. Thank you for the lessons, The joy, The stretch and the stillness. I am ready to receive. I am ready to expand. And I am ready to walk in truth. Hand on heart and so it is. Blessings.
