Welcome,

Beautiful souls,

To this gratitude and release for restful sleep.

So take a deep breath and arrive here.

In this moment,

Safe,

Relaxed and ready to release the day.

And close your eyes gently,

Let your body sink into your bed or chair,

And feel the support beneath you,

Letting go of tension.

And bring your awareness to your breath,

Slow,

Soft,

Like a gentle wave.

Inhaling calm,

Exhaling any tightness.

And place your hands over your heart,

Feel its rhythm,

And silently say thank you for carrying me through this day.

Bring to mind the moments of this day that you are grateful for,

Big or small,

A smile,

A task completed,

A connection.

And silently offer thanks for these moments,

Sending warmth and love to yourself.

And to anyone who touched your day.

Now notice any heaviness,

Worry or lingering tension.

Imagine these energies as a soft cloud of light.

And breath out,

Releasing them into the night sky.

Visualise a gentle,

Soothing light surrounding your body,

Clearing,

Calming and protecting your energy as you prepare for rest.

And silently say,

I release what no longer serves me.

I bless my day.

I welcome peace and rest.

And feel your body becoming lighter,

More relaxed.

Each breath deeper,

Your mind quietening,

Your spirit aligned for peaceful sleep.

And bring your awareness to your body again.

Notice how it feels supported,

Grounded,

Safe,

And ready for rest.

And take one final deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale fully,

Letting go of completely of today's energies.

And place your hands over your heart once more.

And silently thank yourself for showing up today,

For all that you gave,

And all that you experienced.

And as you drift into sleep,

Carry this calm,

Gratitude,

And light with you.

And know that you are safe,

Loved,

And restored.

And rejuvenating.
