Welcome beautiful souls,

You truly are the light.

Meditation and take a slow breath in and let it move all the way through you.

You are here now not to become anything,

Not to fix or change yourself,

You are here to remember.

This is not about reaching for the light,

It's about allowing yourself to notice what has always been within you and let yourself arrive fully and bring your awareness into your body.

Feel your breath in your chest,

Feel your belly soften as you exhale for the weight of your body being supported.

The light you are does not live outside of you,

It shows this body,

This moment,

This life.

Let your body know it is safe to be fully here and bring your awareness to your heart space.

Without effort,

Without forcing,

Notice a soft glow beginning there.

This light is gentle,

Steady,

Present.

It has been with you through every season,

The moments of clarity and the moments of forgetting.

With each breath,

Allow this light to grow,

Not outward yet,

But deeper into your chest,

Into your spine,

Into yourselves.

Allow the light to move into the places you once hid,

The parts of you that learned to protect,

The moments you felt you had to dim,

The places that carried weight for a long time.

The light does not judge these places,

It doesn't try to remove them,

It wraps around them,

Bring them back into wholeness.

Feel integration happening now.

Let the light expand naturally through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Into your hands,

Down through your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Up through your throat where your truth lies,

Through your face,

Out through the crown of your head.

You are not holding the light,

You are the source of it.

Allow this light to move beyond your body,

Softly,

Naturally.

See it touching your life,

Your conversations,

Your choices,

Your rest.

You don't need to try to shine,

Your presence does that for you.

Let that truth settle.

And take a slow breath in and release it gently.

Notice your body now,

Notice the steadiness,

The warmth,

The quiet clarity.

This light does not turn off when this meditation ends,

It is not something you visit,

It is who you are.

And before you return,

Quietly acknowledge,

I allow myself to live as the light,

I don't need to dim to belong,

I trust whatever moves through me.

And when you're ready,

Gently return and carry this light with you,

Not as effort,

But as truth.
