Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this Aligning with Intuition meditation.
Now let's begin.
Inhale slowly and just exhale with a soft sigh.
With each breath allow your body to soften.
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw relax and your mind beginning to quieten.
And bring awareness into your heart space and from here begin the journey inward.
Visualize a beam of light running from the crown of your head down to the base of your spine.
This is your central channel,
The space where truth flows.
Imagine any scattered thoughts or mental noise gently being pulled back into the earth.
And let them go.
They are not needed right now.
And repeat silently in your mind.
I am open,
I am still,
I am ready to receive.
Now bring your awareness now to the space between your eyebrows.
This is your third eye.
This is the seat of your intuition.
This is your mind's eye.
You may feel a subtle pulsing,
Warmth or simply a gentle focus.
Visualize a deep indigo light.
Glowing in this space.
And as it brightens,
Imagine it gently clearing fog.
Making space for your truth,
Your clarity and your inner wisdom.
With every breath,
Feel this space expanding.
And say quietly or in your heart.
I trust what I feel.
I trust what I know.
Now in this quiet space,
Imagine a version of you.
Your highest self sitting before you.
Radiant,
Calm,
Wise.
This is your intuitive self.
She knows without explanation.
She feels without fear.
Ask her,
What do I need to hear right now?
Let's just take a few moments and allow the answer to arise.
Inner sensation,
Image,
Word or silence.
There's no need to force,
Just receive.
Now trust what came through,
Even if it was a simple,
A feeling of peace.
Your intuition speaks in many ways.
Begin to gently bring this intuitive energy into your body.
Feel it anchoring in your heart,
Your belly,
Your hands and feet.
Imagine this wisdom circulating through your whole being.
Let it become part of you.
Not something you visit,
But something you've lived.
Repeat silently.
My truth is within.
I carry it always.
You're feeling yourself grounded,
In trust.
Safe in your knowing.
Aligned in your own rhythm.
Now begin to return gently to the space around you.
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
And take a deeper breath in.
And exhale fully.
As you open your eyes,
Carry this connection forward.
You are always guided.
You are never alone.
And so it is.
